In other words, an atheist owes no one any excuse for his atheistic leaning.

A typical atheist, not anchored on any custodial belief system, is free to exercise his free will and mind in any direction.
An atheist can be a Buddhist, lapping up the philosophical underpinnings of Buddhism.
An atheist can be a Hindu, recognising the many Hindu Gods as symbolic representations of philosophical truths or ideals.
An atheist can be christ-like or christ-ened without all the silly bullshyts attached to christian faith.
An atheist can be a juju man or withc doctor by simply having a better and clearer understanding of the forces of nature that he deals with.
An atheist can be a Pagan by simply acknowledging the facundity of nature and showing respect to mother nature and paying appropriate homage.
An atheist can be a catholic priest and still serve his community and command respect.
In fact, I bet that there are thousands of catholic priests who are secretly atheists.

And lastly, an atheist can be all of the above without any self contradictions whatsoever.

An atheist, being a free mind and exercising such, has no obligation to confine him or herself into any box that you design for them.

noblefada: Let me educate you a bit, Salvation originated from the Jews, the were the people God choose for this purpose, hence they were custodians for the history and prophecies. Thats why you read salvation first to the Jew and then to the gentile. So when Christ came he wanted to first of all prepare the Jews because they had an history and knew that Christ was coming, so he concentrated on them, trying to prepare them for what was coming, which of course was the main thing. But when he died and rose again he then defeated the devil and won salvation for all men and consequently gave the commandments in Matt 28 & Acts 1. Paul did the same thing when he went on his missionary journeys, he went to Jews first before going to the gentiles. The reason for your error is that your don't understand the dispensations that the bible was written in and by the way I'm still expecting prove of your earlier assertion that Jesus and Paul taught different things.

God says here in Exodus 20:3 NLT:

"You shall have no other gods before me."

Simply meaning that God knows that there are other smaller gods but since He is the One and Supreme God and we have Him available at all times, there is no need worshipping other gods...So your allegation of God being a fool from psalm 14:1 is a falacy..


Micah 4 vs 5 simply means that all other nations can adhere to their gods if they so wished but it does not negate the fact that God is not the God of all from Jeremiah 32: 27, it just shows that there are smaller gods, that man maybe out of ignorance, put before the Supreme God.
