That's the 1st question we all should be asking..

The 2nd should be. What's the motive ?

For me, if the News is true, then it's better for the DSS take over the complex, make their investigations and report back to the PRESIDENT.

It won't be a good news if the military take over o 😂
Any military take over could become the beginning of the end of Nigeria.

I have come to discover that those people who plays the politics of trabalism, politics of party affiliation and to vote based on party, it will make them to look like foolish set of people.
I see Peter obi and kwankwaso to represent New Nigeria, while I consider Atiku and BAT to represent old Nigeria as both of them equally have their good side and bad sides. But I recently changed my mind about one of them, when I saw two controversial headlines of:
(1) Mr shettima urged the northern voters to regect Atiku because he fought against the Islamic legal system in the north
(2) Peter obi will halt the enactment of the Sharia rule across Nigeria, shettima warns north
BAT VP has caused BAT to be the worse presidential candidate for the 2023 presidential election. Funny enough those yorubas Muslim who want to vote for BAT, in their ignorance, they may not know if BAT APC have a hidden agenda of extending the Sharia law enforcement in the SW
Peter Obi new Nigeria despite jumping from APGA to PDP and now LP, abi? grin

Angbian, I am a historian and a Tiv Man, I think I should have an idea about these things.

If you desperately need materials, can even give you once you quote me on a dead thread.
If truly you are an Tiv, you should have known how Tiv firstly defeated Fulani in 1806 in the battle of Abimste let by Bello son of Dan fodio.

Nothing like brother. Fulani is only having upper hand now because they are together in Nigeria and the forerunner in the North.

You're not Tiv or you don't know your history.

alsudan:
Go and read about the Tiv and Fulani history of the 16th Century.

That I called them brothers doesn’t literally mean na the same papa born them.
Fulani entrance into the demography of Nigeria was recorded as early 18th century.

Where did they interact with Tiv who has been in their present location since 15 CE?

They are no brothers because Tiv stopped them from coming down to the SE to be conquered.

Read your history books.
Politics › Re: The Yoruba’s Must REJECT Tinubu to “SURVIVE “ by forgiveness: 8:17am On Feb 14, 2023
alsudan:
The Lie being sold by APC and Tinubu in the South West, is that Tinubu Presidency will promote a Yoruba Agenda.

But, promoting a Yoruba Agenda means going against his Muslim brothers from the North who have put him there.

How do Yoruba Christians expect a Muslim Tinubu to rid the Forests of Oduduwa of Marauding Herdsmen who have continued to kill, kidnap and rape Yoruba Sons and daughters.

We have seen Tinubu in the past fail to utter a word of criticism to the killers, like when Pa Fasoranti’s daughter was killed or when church goers where butchered in Owo, instead he uttered the now infamous words “where are the cows”.

The same mistake the Yoruba’s are about to make is the same one the Middle Belt made when these invaders first came in and settled.

They preached the word of One North, just like they are Preaching One Islam to the Yoruba Muslims, yet went on to kill and displace the original inhabitants and take over their ancestral lands. It’s clearly a case of rinse and repeat.

Many do not Know that even Daura, the current President’s hometown was once a Hausa territory with a female Queen, when the inhabitants invaded Daura.

They preached Unity and togetherness with the Daura people, and even agreed for the throne of the Daura kingdom to be rotated amongst the Hausa’s and the Fulani.

Yes, the rotation of the throne started as agreed, but for over hundred years now, the Hausa’s have not smelled the throne and an Emirate has long been established in Daura Kingdom.

It’s no mistake that the North Prefer a senile Tinubu to share power with, so he can be easily put away if he starts to act as a stumbling block.

The Yoruba now thinks they are the friends of the “North” and the only ones allowed to share power with them, but just as it happened in Daura, it will get to a stage where the North will try to retain power permanently.

They tried doing it with Lawan in the APC, it didn’t work as some felt it was too soon to move on with the plan of total domination, while those Northerners who feel they should go for the jugular are pitching their tents with Atiku.

The only Candidate that can save Nigeria from Fulanization is Peter Obi and that’s why they North despise him.

He doesn’t speak same language with them, neither does he pray to the same god as them, so how do they now hoodwink him to think he’s one of them.

With Peter Obi, the Nigerian Christians will no longer be endangered species and our forests will be rid of invaders.

But with Tinubu/Atiku, the Christians will continue to be butchered and displaced, most churches which are owned by the Yoruba Christians will be tasked heavily and shutdown, and the persecution of the Christians will continue till they rid Nigeria of Arne(Infidels).

A word, they say is enough for the wise, but Benue, Plateau, Taraba and Southern Kaduna once claimed Political Sophistication like the Yoruba’s are claiming today, but these people now wish they could turn the hands of time.

Yoruba Muslims have been blinded by Islam, just like the Hausa’s were and only the Yoruba Christians can save Oduduwa from eventually falling like the Hausa Kingdoms.
This one thinks SW is SE. No matter how you shout Yoruba muslim or Yoruba Christian from now till eternity, it doesn't change the fact that Yoruba sees themselves as Yoruba first before religion.

Yoruba didn't come to this realization on a plater of gold but through battles, wars and blood shedding for years before they finally came to this reality.

There's a signed peace agreement to seal it.

Therefore, you are wasting your time trying to bring religious sentiment among Yorubas.

The Tiv’s and the Fulanis were said to be brothers from same father going by History.

That’s why the Fulani’s call the Tiv’s Mun Chi, that’s for anyone that know anything about history.

But today, no tribe kills the Tiv’s more than the Fulani’s.

If you think Yoruba Muslims and Christians are one, then the joke is on you.
Bloody liar. Tiv's and Fulani were never brothers. God knows where you got your information from.

Obi will have more votes than Tinubu in Ondo State alone where I'm from. Don't even mention Lagos, Osun and Oyo all in SW where Obi's vote cast will dwarf that of APC. Are they thinking only Elderly people will vote in the elections. Most of the youths in South West will queue behind Obi's Labour Party on Feb 25th.

The few youths supporting Tinubu in South West are still those with familial ties to members of APC and card carrying members of APC who have access to Social media and make so much noise on Twitter and places like Nairaland

Tinubu has lost much respect among the youths in South West.

Speak for yourself and yourself alone. Which sw youths?

Election is neaby. Wait for confirmation.

Oshiomhole is playing..edo is for obi
Obi is our next president...we can't allow the world to mock us again..this is not a situation of in-between the devil( tinubu) and deep blue sea( atiku)...what we have is in-between the devil( atiku and tinubu) and redemption( obi)
we are one step into redemption..if we miss this then Nigeria is gone
After this election we are going to be aware of certain things
1)the problem of Nigeria is tribalism and not all about religion but mostly tribalism
And hausas are not really tribalistic the way we thought..the problem with hausas is that religious line..apart from that hausas are fantastic people

But the yorubas are more tribalistic.
Because as at the time Buhari was sick and travelling for medical attention we all was clamouring for him to hand over to a healthy and vibrant Osinbajo. We regretted our action of being stupid to elect a sick old man

But now we have a vibrant and healthy Peter obi contesting but the yorubas because of tribalism wants us to install tinubu again knowing fully well that the world will mock us

The worse part of it is that the pain and memory of the incessant travel for medical check up by Buhari is still very fresh in our mind.not like it happened 20 years ago. It just happened yesterday..

And for all those quoting me. Please am not any of this tribe not igbo, yoruba or hausa. I'm from the South South
Yorubas are tribalist because they will vote Tinubu? Are you alright?

Vote for your preferred candidate and move on.
