AndSunGorilla: Nit completzky a new idea. Remember we had teams like Leventis, Iwuyanwu, Eagle Cement, Julius Berger, Nigerdock, Ranchers Bees, BCC Lions, Udoji Utd, abiola Babes, Femo.Scorpions, Katsina Utd, Gabros, Jasper, Ubah FC, Mobil Pegasus etc which were all privately owned but where are they now?
Competing with state owned clubs that controls police, stadiums, league board etc. My man, despite these, league sweat to watch that time but at time goes on, some people were diverting money instead of investing more money into the sport.
Like I said, sell ALL government owned clubs and let there be level playing field. You go see improvement.
lovewins: Maybe just maybe football in Nigeria is about to experience change.
I hope this pulls through
This is what I told some people last week. Sell those clubs from state governments to private investors and see how our league will be transformed but the traditional names must be retained.
Marjoribanks: Update! The coaching job is between Amuneke and Finidi. Finidi is ahead due to his clean record and character. Amuneke is being considered for the technical Adviser position (Westerhoff-Bonfrere style leadership). The problem is who would be the top guy in charge of the players list between the two.
This is the beginning of man know man selective selection. Finidi don show em colour by not giving those players chances because he feared they might perform and reduce the chances of his boys. Kkkkkkkk
Inexperience just kill this team. 90+ minutes and you had a conerkick. Instead of you to waste time at that corner by passing the ball with 2 or 3 players at the flank, you decided to look for 3rd goal which led to the counterattack that caused the foul and eventually led to the goal.
Wetin you wan do with 3rd goal with 3 minutes left?
gohf: Good afternoon everyone. I don't know if you have heard of pastor Abel Damina. Please I believe he and many men of God need prayers.
We all need prayers, I feel like there's a spirit of confusion blowing at the world.
Honestly I don't know how to put it, but if it is possible for a man of God to teach error, may God help me not to teach any error and also not be arrogant in talking correction.
The more confusion and errors, the more the truth is attacked, rejected and the growth of believers affected. Meeting new confused believers breaks my heart, the internet is a good thing but it's can also be poisonous.
Please pray. Let God make his gospel and truth louder. Let him back up his truth with power, healings, miracles, deliverance of souls. Let God drive the spread of his word, his gospel. Let all lies, and falsehood even through me be buried.
You didn't tell us the lie and falsehood he said that will warrant us to pray for him. Just one.
swiz123: He didn't anticipate that Bandiashile will be stupid enough to stay close to him instead of opening up to receive his pass and recycle possession.
Later, Bandiashile sent a through ball to Anthony who assisted Garnacho.
Oga! That pass was poor. It has nothing to do with Bandiashile. He virtually passed to Garnacho and at still strolled behind him.
nihilistjnr: You're making the argument for Airmark sef
You can see that when you remove Palmer's contribution from the equation, Chelsea's attacking input has been largely stagnant.
Our most productive attacker last season had 9 G+A in the league. This season the same Sterling has 10 G+A in the league.
Jackson is a like for like match with Havertz from last year, with a minor improvement in output.
Palmer alone has more EPL goals than Jackson and Sterling combined. He has more EPL goals than Noni + Mudryk +Nkunku + Sterling combined.
Cole Palmer has 16 goals on his own. Noni, Mudryk, Nkunku, Sterling, and Gallagher have a combined 17 goals between them.
It shows you that the so called attack that is OK, is really just Cole Palmer.
But when you realise that 8 of those 16 goals are from the penalty spot, and 1 of the remaining 8 was a deflected 'almost own goal', then it begs the question around how really good our attacking saviour is.
Mind you, i'm not saying that Palmer isn't excellent - he is. But if you're making an argument that Chelseas attack is ok, because Palmer is carrying it...most commonly through uncontested shots on goal awarded by the referee's whistle, then that argument is fundamentally weak in my opinion.
Attack is good and not good. It's good because they create chances including pressure on teams that led to penalties but not good because they missed those chances.
They are among top club that created more chances and missed chances.
swiz123: Saka plays in a far better team. Saka can never stand out like Palmer in this Chelsea team.
What makes Saka a world class player? What has he won ? Which of his performances actually won something for his team? Saka with his average technique is world class
Average technique that took England to euro finals? Dey play.
ravensckar: Let's say the TRUTH and shame the devil, POCHETINO is an average coach. His substitution are always WACK! Now I see why he didn't succeed at PSG of all clubs.
For God's sake, how can you substitute GUSTO who has been driving attack at the right wing for a clueless GILCHRIST? Why leave Badiashile on the pitch and substitute our best defender DISASI? Why remove CAICEDO when you have no one else to do the marking? Did anyone notice how fatigued ENZO was?
If only TEN HAG hadn't been useless too, MAN UTD would have won the game hands down. It was truly a game of two useless clubs, coaches and players.
It's now undisputable, COLE PALMER is a BALLER. Dude is truly gifted!
#Hats_Off
Which Gusto? The passenger today? Manu exploited his wing many times.
swiz123: Two defenders being brought on to defend our loss. Poch the master tactician.
If not, it should be 5:2 by now. The defense was wack because of the way it was set up. The wing backs had no backup at the wings which exposed Chelsea.
Jewessgratitud3: Ok. I believe you and I think I can finally rest from troubling my head since childhood when we used to go and play in dolphin estate why the place was called dolphin estate.
Jewessgratitud3: Still the age long traffic jam issue will not stop. Thank God I'm free from that third mainland bridge headache.
Why does it look like a fake pics. The lagoon is not blue now. Hm..
The only time I saw the lagoon blue was during lockdown. When there was no combustion to pollute the water. Infact, I saw Dolphins crossed through that water. No wonder they call that estate Dolphin estate.
Ballzproblem2: ten Hag on Mount departure: “I don't think they wanted to sell him. They wanted to keep him and they even offered him a new contract many times.” [manutd
What happened? I hope this people are not to create false impression of bad relationship between him and El rufai to gain the presidency's trust in other to get information.
