I would advise you not to take up a security job. Is it not better for you to be a Teacher than a security man? I understand what you are going through but if you search and drop your cv's in schools then you would sure get a job. And that would be  better than taking up a securityy job.

Have you guys noticed the recent trend in the energy drink segment of the economy.

etc

These energy drinks have some side effects and i wonder why it seems everyone is now into energy drinks.

What do you feel about this recent thread and which of these drinks do you enjoy taking

Seun by the grace of God you would still succeed at many more things. You have simply learnt one more way the business won't work. That does not mean it won't wuk but it means it might not wuk using that method. Just try and change the method and sure it wud wuk.

Don't get discouraged or lose focus

Why noy just try and use freelance writers for a start and let's see the way things go.

After using them for a while and the blog becomes successful by God's grace then you can employ more full time writers.

There wud be a way out!!!

It's all gud but i don't just understand, how you want to motivate someone for that long without pay and it's still going to be on a full time basis.

Personally, i feel the person should still be given some kind of allowance before the business becomes very profitable. No matter how small so as to cover some personal operational costs of the person.

Another option, you can have some topics and then make an advert for freelance writers to write on each topic. If your article is taken then you are paid or compensated or better still, your blog or site would be promoted by the blog or your site.

You can also finetune or edit the articles to suit your standard.

It's a nice idea and there would always be a way for you to work things out and you would still be the Chief Strategist abi Chief Strategic Officer (CSO)

If you however still insist in having things done your way. Then you post the job descriptions of your partner and also am sure the partner would be reporting to the Chief Strategic Officer.

But wait a minute, if i can write that well and am really that gud at writing. Then can you tell me why i should be writing for another person for months without pay when i can also have my own blog and be making pay?

Sure that is food for thought.

I think you  need a freelance writer not just a full time writer. And you don't really sound as if you need a "real" partner. i love your ideas and concepts but would need people to execute them. It might not be very easy to motivate some one for that long without pay.

You have to give your "partner" , a sense of belonging. He would like it and appreciate it, if his ideas are also implemented. You just have to learn to be flexible and not be like Ford.

Try and get freelance writers to write for you. And you should pay them or find a way to compensate them for it. Everyone needs a reliable business partner

No doubt, you are a genius but you need also very gud interpersonal skills to get gud people to work well with you.

Obajana Cement Company is coming to the market soon to raise funds. Obajana Cement Company is part of Dangote Industries Limited owned by the business mogul Aliko Dangote.

I am not yet sure about the pricing but heard it might be more likey on the high side( not sure). Following the recent success of Dangote Sugar Refinery, am sure there should be mad rush for the shares.

Dangote Sugar Refinery came to market last year @ N18.00. and is almost N50 now. This Dangote guy is just to much. Also heard that the guy has been granted a telecommunications license.

What do you guys feel about the offer and also the guy

I believe there still has to be a number one. Is Ruggeddy baba gradually losing his position and his mode 9 taking over.
Listened to Mode 9's album and most of the songs there were very tight and he had a very good concept, Ruggedy Baba also has some tight songs on his album.
I believe Ruggedy baba has a tighter stage performance than Mode 9 and he would rock better in parties.

I hope they get to do a duet or collaboration very soon.
