@ Kode Writa
Do you know that you can also start music Cd Burning in your school. Its just about getting current songs and people pay you for them.
It goes like this, you get a database of differnt kind of songs and then you do your proper marketing. Some students would be willing to burn between 13-16 songs for a fee.
Guess this could be also good business.
What do you feel?Let's share views.

Barring any last minute change in plans, the Action Congress (AC) will today adopt Vice President Atiku Abubakar as its consensus presidential candidate for the 2007 general elections.

I really also love Okotie but lets be sincere can he really win in Nigeria. sad sad huh. I feel he should just remain a Pastor .

But Atiku won't really be a bad idea.

Barring any last minute change in plans, the Action Congress (AC) will today adopt Vice President Atiku Abubakar as its consensus presidential candidate for the 2007 general elections.

There are however fears in political circles that impeachment process may be employed by President Olusegun Obas-anjo and his loyalists against Atiku if he made true the plot to contest the 2007 election on AC platform.

I don't care. I believe Atiku should be given a chance to contest the Number one seat.

I am a supporter of Atiku. Let's all support Atiku Abubakar. He has been the most investigated Vice President in the world. He has all it takes to be the President.

Atiku for President cheesy cheesy grin. What do you guys feel.

It's not right to pay evil for evil. I have had my own experiences but won't think of doing that. I have a sister has well and won't like anybody treating her anyhow. Even if she has to pay, what of the other innocent girls that have done nothing to you.
To me, its not worth it.

@ Tellmemore
Don't get me wrong. Their names did not make them. They are people that built their brands, ideas, businesses, goods, services, opportunities, etc. They establised these real values. It was as a result of the success that they achieved in this areas that made their names.
Like you rightly said once you have these values in place. The name association would come naturally. Its all good.

Now, the question: what comes to people’s minds whenever your name is mentioned?

or

Whenever the name, Bill Gates, is mentioned, what come to mind are the computer and the billions of dollars he has amassed. cool When Henry Ford is mentioned, automobile and billions of dollars come to mind angry. When Holyfield is mentioned, people remember boxing and wealth shocked. Mention the name, Ronaldo or Okocha, soccer and fortune come to mind.  kissAnd whenever you mention Cosby, comedy and wealth come to mind wink. When Seun Osewa is mentioned, Nairaland come to mind. smiley
Now, the question: what comes to people’s minds whenever your name is mentioned? huh
You must create your personal identity, not just in the race for fame, but also in matters of business and investment.

The mistake that many people make is that they chase money.Making money their utmost priority. This means that they are chasing a shadow, because money is not real. Those who command wealth know that money is a shadow. It is not real. Only ideas, businesses, goods, services, opportunities etc are real. That is what many wealthy people have realised. They strive to establish those real values, knowing that money will always trail the ideas and concepts. Money would still come but make sure you always think of adding value to people and develop those ideas and concepts.

Now, the question: what comes to people’s minds whenever your name is mentioned

BusinessRe: How To Start An Entertainment Magazine In School? by freelance(m): 11:33am On Dec 04, 2006
[b]@ ace1
That is a very brillant idea, that you have. First of all, since you want it to be focused on the social life in school, you must try and blend and try to be very social active yourself.
You and your crew should also attend parties, awards and the happening social activities @ school.
You must also have good writers and reports and also people that would cover gists, rumours and also some coded happenings in your school.
You must also have a very good photograher cuz you would always have to take photos for you magazine.
Also make sure you have a dedicated team that believes in your dream and also try and wear your branded tee-shirts of the name of your magazine to the social events that you attend. This is necessary to advertise yourself and your vision.
Make friends with the club guys, club chiefs and some key people that cud help your magazine.
There cud also be some upcomin musicians and commedians in your school. You can also interview them and some other key people that you think would add value to your magazine.
Try and also cover the latest shows, faculty and departmental dinners, shows, birthday parties of some selected V.I.P's in your school, etc

@ LoverBwoy and ima1
They both have good points also. Try and have personality of the week or model of the month on your magazine.
You could also get some nollywood stars or good musicians to grace some pages of your magazines and make sure you discuss very attractive topics on the frontpage of your magazine.
Its really a tasking idea but sure you have all it takes to make a success out of it. Whatever your mind can conceive, you can achieve.
You would sure need capital. Its goin to be a gradual process but with determination and hardwork with God by your side. Its just going to be a matter of time, you would make it big time.
Sure you learnt a thing or 2 from all this. Take care and wish you all the best.
You would succeed

A big "Thank You" to each and every one of you, for the huge impact you
