Till today, Festac Area command have not removed the sandbags they packed during EndSARS. Now, imagine a revolution where everyone is armed and ready to die for a just cause. You really think Nigerian Army is better than the Sri Lankan army who ran away when the revolution started? Mind you, the Sri Lankan Army trains the Nigerian Army. |

Okoroawusa: Those were the means of transportation in Lagos since I was born in Lagos until Tinubu put an end to it.
I was talking to a group of young people recently and none of them could conceptualize what a molue looked like until I showed them a picture just like the one you posted here and they wondered how we ( generations before them) survived with such a transport system.
I believe no under 20 Lagosian can tell you that he or she has seen molue in their lives.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu made it possible. Huh? Are you kidney me? Tinubu put an end to what? As at 2007 when Tinubu left Government, molue was still the means of public transport. Fashola brought BRT, not Tinubu. I challenge you to show me where Tinubu changed Lagos transport system.

Femiwilli: Nope it doesn't, for normal cable we buy. ie upto 3m
What affects is the type of cable.
Too negligible to be of significance for domestic phone cables we buy.
Your thinking High Voltage miles long cables, then yes. The resistance does not increase significantly for those home cables It doesn't matter if it is cable or cord, long or short distance. Every current will encounter higher resistance as electricity flows from one end of the wire to another. That resistance results to a drop of voltage which translate to a loss of energy. So yes, the length of the cable have an effect on the charging speed, although, the effect is not significant. |

I mean the agberos give them a ticket and they pay their taxes on the spot everyday. Just the same way they ticket okada riders. Those who don't comply had their wares destroyed on the spot by these hoodlums.

Youoareofoolish: The people supporting Lagos Druggie never lived in Lagos during Tinubu's tenure as Governor, I lived through that time all through in Lagos and I can still say it always and always that physical infrastructural development in Lagos came under Fashola. Tinubu just come claim the glory. You dey tell us say you turned lagos revenue from 600m to 45bn like say na you be governor for the last 21years. Tinubu did jackshit and I repeat Jackshit for Lagos. The only good thing he was able to achieve was get the right person to succeed him. Tinubu is a fraud, even at his prime he was a thief and a mafia, what does he think he can offer the whole of Nigeria in his slow motion bodily state? Lagos is 46bn IGR today, what was the figure in 2007 when he left power? if he is claiming that he changed it to 46bn, is it safe to say baba was the one ruling all these while?
Instead of Tinubu, Atiku should win but Now Obi is in the race too, I would like Obi to win this. You're a true Lagosian. We experienced Tinubu's administration firsthand. Nothing worked except incorporating agberos into every arm of Government. If Tinubu could, agberos would have been our state police. I want you to look at the newly created neighborhood watch and notice the caliber of people employed there. Agberos!!!! That is Tinubu's handwork. |

Classrooms were without chairs and desks, students built their own desks from broken chairs, laboratories were empty, libraries were without books, teachers were unmotivated. For the 1st time in the history of Lagos, our teachers started selling puff-puff in the classroom because Tinubu refused to pay their salaries. How can someone who didn't get adequate lessons pass WAEC? Go and ask, more than 90% of students who wrote WAEC during Tinubu's tenure failed their exam. But apart from the SS killing Dele Giwa during the IBB regime, they have really gotten worse under Buhari unlike the administration of Obasanjo, Yar’Adua and Jonathan. For Christ sake we are in a democracy and not some military junta. True, and like I said they've always been legal thugs to corrupt regimes. They're available to any Government who wants to get dirty. Obasanjo, Yar Adua, and Jonathan had no use for them so they seemed respectable, but that's far from the truth. The only difference between the DSS and NURTW is that they're legally allowed to bear arms. Their sole duties are espionage, abduction and assassination. Nothing else. They like to talk about anti-terrorism and I ask, have they ever repelled a terrorist attack? |
