Truth be told some of these guys will end up selling something entirely different from what they showed you. Sometime ago on this forum someone advertised a puppy that had already been long sold, he was finally exposed by the original owner of the puppy. That's what some of these guys do, they advertise something and sometimes sell something different just to make profit. I have fallen for that type of scam and today before I buy any pup from you I'll call you on video and you show me the pup and it's mother

About selling what is different from what was shown, thats correct. Happens often especially those you meet at Jiji and Olx.

I wouldn't conclude this way. I will say, PDP as a party participated in the elections BUT their candidate did not meat the prerequisite. Anyway, you might be right though.

No, you have to go back to the origin ~ the beginning. Was he qualified to contest in the first place? If the answer is no, then the deputy unfortunately is out of the equation. You have to go to either the runner up in PDP primaries OR the person who came second in the election but this two scenarios is subject to legal interpretation.

It goes to the runner up in their primaries I suppose BUT depending on how the case was presented, it might mean PDP had no candidate because in Amaechi vs Omehia case, Primaries held but his name was substituted. This is entirely a different issue. So only lawyers can debate on this.

S. 177 CFRN 1999 (As Amended) is to the effect that a governorship candidate must have been educated up to secondary school level. If it was the intention of the drafters of the CFRN to make an actual WAEC result the criteria they would have stated it. Lemme burst your brain here, did you even know that a person with a first school leaving certificate can even become the President of the country if he fulfils the provision of the CFRN? He is educated up to secondary school level so I dnt know what the judge's talking about.
Secondly, the court should have even dismissed the case on the ground of locus standi. The petitioners before the court dnt have sufficient interest in the case to warrant a judgment.

For you to be educated up to a certain level, you must seat and pass the said level exam. Thats whay we use the word examination.
A student have to write and pass an exam, to ascertain he have been educated to a certain level. One have been educated up to university level does not include dropouts. Or are you saying, if I got expelled from school @ SS5 I can still contest for election seeing that I have been "educated up to secondary school level"? Lets not turn logic on its head just because certain situation is not going our way.

It amazing how these court cases drag on. What's so difficult about this case? If he graduated he should present his diploma and transcripts. If he lost them somehow the school should have it on file. I dont know how these cases make it up multiple levels of court

Because one person is trying hard to prove it wrong or right. But left for me, I think he forged the certificate he presented.

Please house, I want to send a warning to all the potential buyers of any kind of pet in this forum to be very careful not to loose their money to third parties or people I call the agents touts (ndi oso ahia). i tried calling two numbers I saw here to acquire about a particular dog and puppies. I did video call so I can see the product I want to buy, but this seller was declining my video call. He later told me that his camera was bad, and later said he has no dogs or puppies, that he will help me get one from his friends. I was angry, why should people post pics of puppies or dogs that are not their own. That is the reason they don't even post the price or location. They own no puppies/dogs. What they do is inflate price of an innocent seller in nairaland by doubling the original price so as to give the owner half of the money sold from the dog.

You are not entirely fair to these middle sellers. You cannot jump into such conclusions solely based on two calls you claim you made.
Look, I have pedegree dogs and I never advertise them here. People come to my house take pictures, then market them and make their profit.
When I bring in Generators and cars, most car agents come to my house to take the pictures and put online. They bargain with seller and sometimes take the item to the seller. In every business venture, there are bad eggs this also inclusive. That does not mean they are touts. Will you also call land agents touts? Common' be reasonable.

...and how did you arrive at such conclusions that it was abandoned? Based on this pictures alone? Did he interview anyone in govt or are you one of those that jump into conclusion just to spite the govt?

It's not a club stadium. However, clubs make use of it and pay the govt just like the Wembley stadium in London, owned by the govt and used by clubs.

Wembley was built by the central Govt NOT state. Secondly, Like I stated before, it is NOT the duty of govt. If they choose to build fine, but don't attack them for not completing what is not their duty in the first place. Thanks.

Our take? It's not the duty of Govt to build club stadiums but nevertheless, go and get the governments position on the issue instead of this one sided report.
