REVOLUTION ID NOT POSSIBLE IN NIGERIA FOR NOW!

When i see or hear ppl talk of revolution, i laff real hard cus most of them are youths, who r not even ready to protest in their various local govts.

Hw do u start revolution when:
1. The country is sharply divided along ethnic lines and bigots abound.
2. The country is also sharply divided along relogious lines.
3. No region wants to strike while its son is in power.
4. There are distrust and suspision all over.
5. No man wants to lead, cus if u do, ur motives will b misinterpreted as personal and selfish.
6. All of us have turned to cowards and no man wants to b a sacrificial lamb, myself included and all those calling our yourhs cowards here. WE ALL R COWARDS!
7. We v learnt suffering and smiling as a virture.
8. We can not hold even our local leaders accountable for their actions.
9. We are too busy with ourselves and immediate family needs?
10. We are not ready for the cost of revolution.

Who will lead us?
No man wants to die!

embarassed huh huh huh
This is all but lies and a big fraud.

What is the name of the REFINERY?. . .Unknown refinery.

Show us pictures of the so-called refinery.
Sir, pls try and read d article cus am sure u never did. D name and location is given dia, i wonder wot propagander u r talking of. Its a private refinery not a govt owned refinery.

efisher:
A little lesson in chemical engineering for those interested. The fractional distillation process will always yield the different "fractions" including gasoline. In order to maximise diesel yield, an additional catalytic conversion process may be used. In any case, those in refining business have to know how to balance the product yield for maximum profitability. What this small refinery may be doing for now is to produce all the fractions but sell diesel and "STORE" gasoline for next year when subsidy will be removed (hopefully). That will give it a good start and a surge in profits after selling its large stock. Every refinery has its strategy and it also has a lot to do with the type of crude being refined. All in all, this is a good step in the right direction. More of this will certainly launch us into our "dream" as a nation.

I think its high time this thing is removed and lets see what happens
BusinessRe: First Private Refinery Begins Operation In Rivers State by Funkymallam(m): 7:32pm On Nov 28, 2011
Pukkah:
There is no reason why the refinery can't survive on diesel production alone.  In fact, it should concentrate on diesel because the product has been deregulated and theirs should be cheaper than imported diesel.  Or do you want them to survive on subsidized petrol?
I still dnt see d possibility in this yet cus hw will they distill desiel without d distilling oda products and by-products? How will they sell d petrol competatively when some peepz r getting subsidy?
Fractional distillation dnt produce just a product unless u want to waste energy. IMHO
Haba aboki

we are not saying subsidy should not be removed, but the necessary infrastructures are not in place for the government to remove subsidy yet.

How can subsidy be removed when we don't have our own refinaries that produce our own consumptive rate of crude oil. Aboki, no one has to be a chemical or economist to know this.
Now u r toking aboki na.
We need our refineries up n running but my point is as for a 'private refinery' it cant run economically when some dudes r still swalowing subsidy.
As for fixing our refineries, its long overdue but with d realities on group, it will take time n enough funding to achieve dis, even my crown prince Sanusi Lamido Sanusi just said dat. IMO

if fuel subsidy is not removed, even this small refinery will close down cus they cant b producing on desiel, since desiel is already deregulated.
Lets deregulat PMS too and oda private refineries can spring up

Okay, they will be producing only Diesel because the Diesel Market is fully deregulated otherwise, if they venture into PMS, it is impossible for them to sustain their business under the current fuel regime in Nigeria!

However, I wonder how they will only produce Diesel without distilling PMS!!!
FACE:
I wonder as well. Maybe there is now an inverse fractionating process. Even at that, PMS would still be a by product.

Deregulation is the way to go and removal of subsidy is necessary to drive private investments in refineries.
