I haven't used M2tone before but it's a herbal supplement based Prenatal. Most herbal supplements take an average of 2-3months to become very effective in the body. But of course we all have different body systems and therefore one can feel the difference in a month. M2tone is purported to be very good and so is the brother Addyzoa for men with sperm issues. A lot of men and women have had good results and ttc success using them. My advise will be to continue using it, you can do a home test if your period becomes late by 1week although some women take longer to show bfp on urine tests. Having my fingers crossed and praying that you get your bfp, Amen.

They mostly come in 60 Capsules, 100 Capsules and 120 Caps per bottle. If you're lucky, you'll see 120 caps per bottle, same mg strength or even higher mg strength and same price as the one of 60 Capsules per bottle. It all depends on the brand (company).

The midwife advised me to go for the 1st dosage which usually expels the fibroid even before finishing the herbs. Both dosages goes for 55k. But the 1st dosage goes for 30-35k including courier bill to send to your state of residence. My friend with 12cm fibroid delivered hers after taking the 1st dosage. USS shows a bulky, non- gravid anteverted uterus measuring 12.1cm * 8.9cm * 10.1cm‎ (L * AP * T)
There are multiple uterine fibroids measuring 4.7cm * 3.3cm (intramural and anterior) , 
3.3cm* 2.1cm‎ (submucous and anterior), and
4.3cm* 3.0cm (submucous and posterior). 
The endometrial thickness appears normal.
Both Adnexae are normal.
No significant pelvic fund collection.

You don't have a sign of infection. Your ovaries were not mentioned, pls when next you carry out a scan, ask the operator to check your ovaries too. The only issue in the scan is the Fibroids. It is the fibroids making your uterus bulky. Non gravid anteverted means non pregnant, forward tilting towards the bladder which is normal. It shows you have 3 Fibroids. One is Intramural (within the wall of the uterus), and 2 are Submucous (inside the uterus, Posterior - back, Anterior - front). I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but Submucous Fibroids are the ones that affect conception and/or Pregnancy. They mostly either prevent implantation or cause miscarriage if Pregnancy occurs.

There's been a recent discussion on an RCCG Pastor/Midwife that gives herbs for expelling of Fibroids. And a Mama here shared the testimony of how the herbs helped expel her friends fibroid and she conceived. She's in Akure currently but treats people wherever they may be. From what was shared, all you need to do is contact her, share your result and she can waybill the drugs to you. Her number was shared in the last page or 2 pages back. Please do not be sad, have faith in God, there's nothing he cannot do.

Some Mamas have tried Dollyhams and FOHOW products for Fibroid shrinking without success. in fact some claimed their Fibroids even grew while on Fohow products. So whatever you do, it's advisable to run away from those 2.

Yes Sweet Ripe Mangoes helps with weight gain especially when combined with Milk. I don't know about sour Mangoes though.

It definitely will help as the Omega's are known for balancing all hormones out. Omega 3 is known to work on FSH. Omega 3 is also known to increase chances of conception and lowers risk of miscarriage.

@delor, in addition to what other mamas have suggested you can try this and you will come back to testify, infact you may need to wear a pad due to ur juice. . For me preseed gave me nasty infection so i dumped it.

Brew your lipton tea bag in hot water and leave to cool till warm enough to drink
Break ur egg in another mug/cup and add a little lime juice
Pour the egg mixture into ur tea mix together and drink up to 3 hrs b4 kpekusing.

please use pasteurized eggs only to avoid salmonella infection, make enough liquid u can consume at once half a mug should be enough.
if you can't get pasteurized egg, put your egg in boiling water for a while not enough to make it cook or solid before use

I don't live in PH so can't help. But am sure you can find in Big Pharmacies, Supermarkets and/or online. PH Mamas will help you out further.

I just thought I should give a few pointers that you may or may not be aware of already:

1. Evening Primrose Oil : helps with Hormonal Imbalance and also making/increasing EWCM. Should be taking form AF (Period) to Ovulation as it causes uterine contractions which can prevent implantation or cause chemical pregnancy if taken after Ovulation. A substitute is Omega 3,6 & 9 combo which balances the hormones and helps increase Fertile CM too. The Omega's are safe all through the cycle. There are also home remedies for increasing CM which has been severally shared on this thread.

2. Vitex : Is known as a wonder herb but is mostly useful for women with irregular cycles. Most Women with regular cycles have reported that it messed up their cycles.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar : Please ensure the brand you get has the "Mother" attached. A good and popular brand is Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar.

I don't advocate the use of weight loss supplements for weight loss or weight gain. Take this from someone who have used several weight loss supplements. I always advocate natural means for both.

For weight gain, make a drink out of ground Cucumber and Dates (Dabino) sold mostly by Abokis in Lagos, also found in Shoprite and Goodies supermarket in lagos, this should be to your taste, no measurements needed. You can google Dates to see the pics so you know exactly what you're looking for. 2 Ladies on this thread have started trying this out and will update after I think they said 2 weeks of use. Hope this works for you as well. Let us know if you'll try it and pls update after if you do. If you decide to give this a trial, kindly check your weight before and then check again after.

Mangoes and Milk also work on weight gain. I haven't shared this on the thread because it's not Mango season yet. Take care.

I believe in a lifestyle Change of eating healthy in a sustainable way and exercise and it's been working out fine for me

Good for you! Lifestyle changes are the best but some individuals do need interventions to crash their weight down faster than lifestyle changes will bring for health reasons. Then after the crash, they go on the healthy lifestyle to maintain what they've lost and even lose more if they're still overweight.

You put on weight once you stop dieting because you go back to unhealthy eating and habits. That's why after posting the Egg Diet and all the crash diets, I advised that even before going on the diet, people should put a healthy eating plan and way of living in place which they can fall back on to maintain their weight loss. That's what I did and have maintained my 14kg loss since July 2015. I have also lost an additional 3kg and still counting since after the Egg Fast Diet with healthy living. Namaste.

Hi, you're mistaken about Egg yolks and cholesterol especially during the Egg Fast. During the Egg Fast, you're on a balanced diet which is high protein,high fat and low carbohydrates, with minerals and vitamins. Egg is a balanced diet in itself. When taking meals high in protein and low in fat, you have no issues, carbohydrates is the culprit. once you combine Carbohydrates with a high fat diet that's when the problem is.

Note that before I tried the Egg Fast Diet, I checked my lipid profile, cholesterol inclusive and checked after the Egg Fast. I had better lipid profile after. There are newer updated studies and researches changing the old views on cholesterol from diets. Try to read up on new research. You can also join the Egg Fast Facebook group to chat and meet with men and women all over the world who are or who have done the Egg Fast to see what their experiences are. Namaste.

This is a nice formula...Some of my clients have used something similar(though, not exactly this) to achieve positive weight loss.

I will add the following to the above weight loss program...

--Let your breakfast be more of proteins
--Then be consistent...I tell you from experience, you may not start to see quick weight loss immediately, but something good is going on within!
--Also, give the program 60-days if you really want to stay true to yourself. You don't want to deceive yourself by expecting to drop 7kg in one or two weeks.

Thanks for commending the plan. Your suggestion is also a good one but is only needed to be incorporated into the person's way of eating after the Egg Fast Diet. The Egg Fast Diet is exclusively done meaning that while on it, you don't eat any other thing. Most people do the Egg Fast for 3-5days and then switch to Low Carb, High Protein, High Fat which is where your recommendation will be useful.

I did the Egg Fast for 10days each time before resting and always lost 4-5kg each time. I ended up losing 14kg on three 10day Egg fasts which I did over 4months. On the Facebook support page, Egg Fasters report more loss. Am a very slow loser because I have Hormonal Imbalance, PCOS and have messed up my system with several weight loss supplements and various fad diets. Also we all have different body systems and will lose weight at different rates. My key advice to people is while embarking on special diets to quickly lose weight, make sure to put healthy eating routine/plan in place to help you maintain your loss and even continue loosing slowly but surely.

And yes you can lose even more than 7kg in 1 or 2 weeks. Whether it's healthy and ease of doing is another matter. I've done the Lemon Cleanse / Lemonade Diet made popular by Beyonce at some point even though it's being around for ages. On the Lemon Cleanse, you lose an average of 1kg per day, 7kg per week and 14kg in 2 weeks. I did it for 10days the first time I tried it and lost 10kg but guess what, I went back to my ice cream, bread, biscuits, chin chin and pop corn to mention a few of my favorite daily munchings and gained it all back plus more. The key after every crash diet is to go on to healthy eating and living.

Actually i did not do any special thing, i continued with prayer even though i was frustrated with the situation i found my self but i belief one day my heaven will be opened and all my seeds of prayer will germinate. I also continue seeking solution medically.
In Jan i participated in a 4 days special program for expectant mother in my Region. It was a fasting program and we were given prayer points which we were told to continue at home for 21 days with vigil.
In January as well i visited another private hospital owned by a consultant in O & G for medical counsel as i was fed up and i didn't know what more to do medically that i have not done and to ask if i should remove the affected tube. I went there with photocopied result of all the investigation i had done including the result of the surgery i did. The Dr asked if usually experience thighteness in my Vag during BD of which i do experience he then prescribed bromocriptine tablet. I told him milk was not coming out of my breast and the result did not indicate that but he said it could also be use for thightnes down there. I use the drug prayerfully and i BD for alternate day as i was told. i BD from CD 10 - CD 16 for a 28days cycle. I ensure i use both front and back method during the BD and i did it with fun. i was waiting for the next cycle to repeat the HSG but it never come to the glory of God. Scan was conducted to rule out ectopic and i was placed on progesterone support. I was not on any supplement. Am sorry for the long post.

Congrats on your bfp, I clicked like on your bfp post and will click the like button multiple times if possible. Its possible to conceive with just one good tube. Did you do anything previously either supplement, drugs, home remedies etc to unblock the bad tube? Pls I did urine culture and hvs last week just got the results today. The urine culture shows no growth but hvs show heavy grow of candida ablican. Pls mamas I have come again any idea of how to get rid of this candida have bin treating it for long.

Hi Candida feeds on Sugar so during treatment and afterwards, it's best you eliminate refined sugar and flour from your diet. I used to have recurring Candida infection until I did this and haven't had it in years. I recently got Candida again due to long term antibiotics use as per my recent open Myomectomy. The prescription I got from my Dr is Nystatin Suppositories 1 twice a day for 7days, Gynotrosyd Cream to be applied twice for 7days. I also know that applying Mycoten cream works on the outer itch in case you can't find the Gynotrosyd cream.

My tested and trusted home remedy is Garlic. At night, break off a clove of Garlic from the Garlic Bulb, peel the back, wash and dry with tissue paper, use knife to make piercings on the garlic so that the fluid is oozing out, thread a needle and sew a long thread from the top to the bottom. Leave a long thread hanging out. Insert the garlic into your veejay while leaving the thread hanging out, leave overnight, pull out the garlic in the morning by pulling on the thread. It works like magic. You may need to repeat a 2nd and 3rd night if you have a heavy build up and continue to feel itchy after the 1st night.

Please during and after treatment, wash your panties in water with disinfectant, also ensure you rinse out all soap suds, then soak your panties for like 3-5mins in water with disinfectant before spreading to dry. This kills off any infection/germ that might be on your panties to avoid reinfection. I think it's a good idea for every woman to disinfect their panties after washing to kill off germs whether there is a known infection or not.

I have tried Coconut Oil which only reduced the itch small but didn't cure it. I've also tired out the plain and Unsweetened Yoghurt Orally, inserting into the veejay and rubbing it down there which also reduced the itch but didn't cure me. Garlic is the home remedy of choice for me. Cured me overnight. I repeated the cure for total of 3 nights to ensure that the Candida ain't coming back. Take care.

If you have 28/29 days cycle and at CD 13 you still have follicles developing on the left and right ovaries it could mean that you ovulate late in your cycle or that your ovaries are polycystic, these are the two things that come to mind right now. The size of the follicles are needed to determine exactly what it is. It's well. Happy New Month.

Like iomoge2 said, everything is ok except for the developing follicles on both ovaries at CD 13. The size of the follicles matters. It would've helped to know if you have dominant follicle already. Having multiple developing follicles on both ovaries suggests otherwise. How long is your cycle usually? this will help in torchlighting the test further.

Good to hear you've started. sorry I didn't respond to your earlier question in time. Truth is there's no measurement for the mixture. You just bring and mix both the Cucumber and dates to your taste and drink as often as you like. The more you drink, the better I should think. I won't suggest drinking like it's going out of fashion, 2-3 times a day or whenever you crave a sweet drink. Continue to keep us posted please.

To make it easier, just mix a big batch that can last for 3days and put in the fridge. it will take the stress of grinding and mixing each time you need to drink.

You can also start exercise like walking and light weights or just being active in your daily activities and chores once you start adding weight. This will help keep a balance between muscle and body fat.

For those who use Android phones, please what period Tracker app are you using that you've found to be spot on with your cycle? I've been using an app called "My Calendar" which has been good but I want to download a 2nd one just for comparison. TIA.

On the prayer part, I feel you, sometimes it feels like you've prayed all and you don't even know how to say what you want to say anymore or like you've said it all severally and have nothing more to say. In past years, I've had times I'd just get sad and depressed after "praying so much" in a month and then get AF. Right now I don't even have the strength for the usual supplication prayer. All I do is thank God for everything one after the other including blessings am still expecting to manifest. That way the prayer doesn't get to overwhelm or depress me, in fact it leaves me very happy. I even thank God for AF, a sign that something in my body is working and I've been presented with another month where my blessing can manifest.

Fresh tastes better but I think the dry powdered will also work. Please limit to just AF days to help with cramps and things flowing. Garlic is a blood thinner, also almost a magic cure for several other things like high cholesterol, Candidiasis etc ; but in excess can cause issues like fruitfulwoman pointed out in an earlier post.

@ venizia was able to use Gynapharm from Kedi products plus Guaifebao to unblock her tubes which also had hydrosalphinx.

I've also read success stories of Mamas here using Guaifebao only. Others Clean point Tampon only or a combination that is using one immediately after the other.

Some pple wit hepatitis B are nt infective, he needs to get his viral load checked and monitored. There's treatment for it so relax dearest sis
I know sumone whose dh is hepatitis b positive and she's stil negative after 2 children cos his viral load is insignificant
Health centres around u wil definitely have the vaccines, walk in and get vaccinated
Ensure u complete the dose

She's right. It doesn't affect ttc even if the carrier is a woman so relax. Just get him to do further required testing and get treatment. He should also abstain from things like Alcohol, unnecessary use of paracetamol, bitter kola etc. Just ask your Dr and also do your research. You can get vaccinated in a Health centre or private hospital.

My 1st thought before I read that you have Fibroid was that it could be Fibroid. Some women are able to feel and see their Fibroid on their tummy in different positions. My thought on the discharge is you need to get tested and also complain to a Dr, I have no idea what it could be. Take Care.
