Firstly, He is not in anyway insulting or abusing the military uniform or institution, he is only alleged to have committed a crimes which he has not been convicted of so he is very much innocent until proven guilty.

Secondly, today is another day at work, whether in efcc custody or airfoce headquarters, he his not yet a retired military officer, he is still in service of the Nigerian Armed Forces and the Nigerian airforce, so he is within he right to wear the uniform without any query, NOT EVEN THE PRESIDENT CAN QUERY HIM on that.

Thirdly, according to military tradition, as an officer, even after retirement, he is entitled to that uniform you see on him( it is called ceremonial or Number 1 dress) , that's what he is expect to dress with to military weddings, dubars or other social when invited. It is just that in this part of the world, most retired military men hardly wear their uniform to military weddings when invited .

Lastly, this air vice marshal is equivalent to Major General in the Nigerian Army, that means he is a two start general, the best the military can do is to retire him, he can not be dismissed, but after retirement, he maybe charge to court and imprison.

He is not the one desecrating the Uniform but those trying him for “Alleged Corruption” in this manner.

And only if you have had a blood relation in the force got killed by Boko Harram terrorist, not because that your relation did not want to defend the sovereignty of Nigeria State but simply because the money meant for purchase of arms was being stole by top military echelon. Thereby made him to face BH with inferior/weak weapon and that took his life.

The reality is that the 21-day camp is a regimented period in which corps are presumed to be member of army and as such corps got expose to a tip of army's training.

EFCC can't take this kind of action against an Elected Serving Governor. In the absence of Full Autonomy for the State Governments, only the Presidency can take such action after full and prior discussion between the rivaling Governor and Mr. President. And authorized and approved by the Legislature. Suc h is the Practice of good Management and Democracy. Federal Government quasi departments don't just go about embarrassing Executive Governors and Legislators anyhow. What was tolerated under Military dictatorship will not work in a Constitutional Democracy. The IGP was forced to apologize to Tambuwal under GEJ. Now EFCC and CCT must apologize to Fayiose and Saraki respectively for their ultra vires and blind application of their responsibilities. God is our Instructor, Director and Discernment. We should not use Buhari to destabilize Nigeria.

What about Muritala N'yako under GEJ? On 20th June, 2014, his account was frozen just as a sitting Gov like Fayose then.

The explanation made by Bauchi State Govt is unjustifiable in Islam. Public Fund is not meant to sponsor religious activity. If the Gov wants to do such, he should do it using his personal fund and do it within his limited which he will not regret thereon. He could have called on his friends, business associates and well meaning Bauchi citizens to raise fund.

Islam is a religion of JUST. Did the Gov earmark and gave fund to Christians in the state during the last Length? Or other traditional worshipers?

I see it as a way of looting public fund tamed under islamic religion. May Allah save Islam from those their action brings dents to Islam & Muslims.

Let's ask the Gov, are civil service salary and pensions paid up to date? How many primary school teachers' salary would such fund paid if it was channeled to such?

What is News about him receiving his National ID card?

The ID process has been in existence since OBJ administration and for him not to have gotten it before now shows inadequacy/cumbersomeness within the processes, considering his status.

Moreover, that's not leadership by example. He should have go to NIMC office and pick it up by himself. Thereby, setting leadership by example. Abi! since he his own could be delivered to him at his comfort office, so also one as a bank MD can be delivered to one at one's office. And that triple down until it get to lower cadre of the pyramid where when it becomes stiff and opportunity for "Egunje" created for NIMC folks.

I have visited the one in my area twice and the experience was nothing to write home about. Got there 6:20am on my first attempt, it was like a early morning Oyingbo Market in Lagos. And got number 223 in the attendance sheet. After staying till 9:00am and the staff weren't pretty much arrived the office, I left since there was no sign of efficiency from the even the staff that had arrived office. It was a show of "Oga taa, Oga O'taa, Owo Alaru ape"

Second visit was similar to my first visit. Inefficiency and non-chalant attitude to work. To get it done, you need to take permission from your work place for probably 2 days. Which private employer would give you 2 days for because of National ID registration? To worsen the processes, NIMC don't work on Saturday.

The judgement didn't lay any bad judicial precedent at all. What a Hijjab? How is being used?

If CAN in Osun dissatisfies with the judgement. Appeal it. The truth is that wearing Church robes, regalia etc to school is far way off school dress norm. From the pictures, even boys wear church robes. Does the issue concern boys? obviously NO.

The issue centres on Covering of Head by Muslim Female students, using the same color of their school uniform. A corresponding retaliation should have Christian Female Students to put on Scarf like Noun to school.

I see this as a good step in a right direction.

FG must also enshrine another clause for bonds and loans as well. No bank/capital market be allowed to loan any state beyond its repayment period less than 6 months of a sitting Gov.

This means each state Gov will only be able to borrow and repay back within his/her tenure in office. Most Nigerian States are bankrupt today as a result of financial indiscipline by state Govs, especially external financing like loan, be it local or foregin.

If this post is true, it indeed confirms that the Mutiny unleashed by our ever-ready combatant gallant soldiers was justifiable to some extent.

And as such, those mutiny soldiers should be released and reabsorbed into army unconditionally.

The last administration relegated our national defense that BH forcefully taken part of territories in which thousands of Nigerian souls, be it civilians or security personnel, lost.

To serve as a deterrent, FG should pursue conviction up to their legally acquired properties seized and turned to be public asset.

Yes na. Most people of Akfipo town in Akfipo North LG of Ebonyi state are Muslims. But their kinsmen (Igbo) persecuted most of these muslim Igbos in Akfipo town to the extent that they had were seen as outcast. It only took the believer ones to remain as muslims.

Igbos are very intolerant of other religion except Christianity.
