My brother its not every employer...early this year i turned down an opportunity with a firm in Lagos lekki.
It was painful to turn it down cos it was a perfect project mgt job for me...Lagos, Ghana, CV...engineering servicing firm, however the pain was that I wasn't going to work with the woman that reached out to me...she was so humane and I knew at once I will grow and develop working with such person. An operations manager....a times I still think of how different her approach was to interview and negotiations from all the other managers I ever met...

Alas today, I'm an employer and her influence though short, taught me a big lesson. Then I just started my firm, so I chose to grow it rather than seek employment again. Today I'm working on expansion but that lady...I saved her number and follow her on linkdein
