If it's a sin, over 95% of all men gleefully commit it. A psychologist said on an online forum I read sometime ago he's more concerned about men who DON'T masturbate. In case you are wondering, 95% includes all the religious people forming holy holy here including ScienceWatch tongue

Mmmmm ! Thanks Martinez19, Now I understand why Gabe had difficulty reading Prof.F. Collins book. He displayed cognitive impairment when he posted his skewed opinion. Then he accused me of trying to make him a believer.
I gently asked him to remain an Atheist. He must never move from where he is.
Have you read the book? Just curious.

Are you really losing it !! Dont delude yourself Gabe. I dont want you to believe in God. Stay where you are !!
I am just dealing with facts.

I doubt that you really read Prof. Collins book. It is really hard to believe an unregistered Atheist. If you disappoint you prophet
Richard Dawkins by ignoring his call for tithes/registration payments, how can we trust you.

Get the book. Read Prof.F. Collins books with out red-glasses. Then express your opinion. But stay where you are Gabe.
Remain an Atheist. I know your type, even if God came down and revealed himself in front of your group you guys will curse and
masturbate.
lol, if I could call for tithes and registration too, I would. it's not the exclusive right of someone who attended a 6 month theology program. And if God comes down today, I would ask him why he left so little evidence of his existence.

I have not used an tactics to present the facts about Prof.F. Collins conversion from Low-level Atheism to Christianity. Your dangerous Atheistic logic makes it impossible for you to accept the facts. Who are you ?

Who are you to discredit an esteemed scientist that admitted that he was a radical Atheist, but after careful study he realized that
his Atheist beliefs were based on school-boy logic.

Are you holding on to School-boy logic ?
lol, typical. I was just waiting for you to resort to insults and innuendo. This just confirms my argument. You want me to believe in God just because Prof Collins says so. Nobody doubts Prof Collins pedigree as one of the foremost scientists of our time. I just said his argument for God was weak based on what I garnered from his book.

You are fearful of truth presented by Christians. Now you are fearful of truth presented by a renowned Atheist scientist.

By using scary logic here Gabe, you are certainly driving most wannabe Atheists away from the gates of Atheism.
I will only agree with your rebuttal if you were an unregistered Atheist, otherwise you dont make any sense.

I think it will help genuine truth seekers if I post a brief extract below;

17th March 2016
Read the amazing testimony of Francis S. Collins, M.D, Ph.D
http://www.examiner.com/article/francis-collins-geneticist-turns-from-staunch-atheist-to-christian-apologist
In the 1990s, Prof.Francis Collins, the head of the Human Genome Project, stood by Bill Clinton’s side as the President announced: 'Today we are learning the language in which God created life.'

As one of the most respected scientists in the field of genetic research, Prof.F.Collins was a self-described 'obnoxious atheist' in his academic days. During this stage in his life, it seemed clear to Collins that science had all of the answers. Any questions about life and the universe could ultimately be reduced to physics and chemistry.

Prof.F.Collins was Forced to examine the evidence concerning the truth or falsity of religion, Collins was eventually led to read C. S. Lewis’ Mere Christianity, where, he says, '...within the first three pages, I realised that my arguments against faith were those of a schoolboy.'
He realised that no law of science could adequately explain the existence of morality

When Collins read Lewis’ critique of moral law, he realised that no law of science could adequately explain the existence of morality, but a Creator God fit the explanation perfectly.
I've actually read Prof Collins book, the language of God. I encourage all atheists to read it and follow your link or whatever. i'm where I am today because I've examined both arguments for and against God and the arguments for God come up way short. Collins' reason for believing in God are pretty daft. The summary of what convinced him is this:

CS Lewis' argument that christianity and Christ must be speaking the truth because they make a very audacious claim.

2. DNA is so well developed it must have come from God. now, in the same book, he urged against using the 'God of the gaps' argument, showing the argument for irreducible complexity has been trounced again and again. he then goes ahead to use 'the God of the gaps ' argument for the existence of DNA!

He then goes ahead to mention the presence of a conscience in all human beings as evidence for God's existence. He however failed to explain how this conscience manifests itself in the different ways people perceive right or wrong eg a pakistani muslim may be 100% convinced the right thing to is to kill his sister who left her husband's house, or an extremist may feel the best moral option open to him is to blow some people up, or a Catholic is convinced he is a terrible sinner if he doesn't eat a wafer on sunday.

You tactics seem to be ' Prof Collins believes in God. Who are you not to?'

If all you said is true or partially true. What then does a man whom is this rich needs in government? Why does he need to be in power by all means necessary? Can't he just live fat of his wealth? Is it a must to lead to serve the people?
How rich is Atiku truly? You can serve and be relevant in any government by proper contribution and godly advice not necessarily lead or serve. No rich man will ever tell you is contended with what he has, they are always looking and working either hard or greedily to earn more all for show off and seeking relevance!
Atiku is greedy and he is seeking power and relevance by all means necessary!
Baba that contested for 12 years+ before winning had no ulterior motive abi? A time comes when you life makes no meaning apart from purpose. Atiku feels his purpose in this life of to affect life at the national level positively as president. Everyone is entitled to his own purpose that gives his life meaning.
Politics / Re: Atiku Is A Bloody Nonentity – Junaid Mohammed by gabe: 11:27am On Sep 25, 2017
ExInferis:
Atiku had alwasy been moderately rich.

He became richer in the Customs service.

He became stupendously wealthy after he became the VP.

No one is fooled by his intentions.
Trace Atiku's wealth. it's from a company he founded after retiring from the Customs service known as INTELS. Atiku retired during Buhari's military regime, when people were jailed left right and centre for corruption. Buhari begged him to stay on, but he refused. he formed Intels after seeing the short comings of the Customs in providing adequate services to port users. Intels is the no 1 oil servicing firm in terms of import/ export logistics. it's business extends to other port users. Such a company rakes in billions of naira yearly. The American University is small change compared to Intels. Intels control all other ports apart from Lagos. Atiku has always been the beautiful bride in politics because he has money to burn. He has used his wealth to establish a wide national network. There is no politician that is not scared of his wealth, that is why he is constantly defamed as corrupt to make him bad goods and take him out of the competition. As VP, OBJ was always fighting him so he didn't emerge as president. OBJ investigated up and down and couldn't come up with any evidence of corruption. if he did, Atiku would still be rotting in jail. Atiku has issued a challenge no one could attempt till today. he said all those with evidence of his corruption from his custom days till today should provide such evidence. All those shouting Atiku is corrupt haven't been able to do this. OBJ tried oyibo tactics to link him with the Halliburton scandal. As at November, 2016, the US department of Justice have said he wasn't under any criminal investigation.

Evaberry:
A child in primary one is not meant to do his/her assignment alone, A parent is suppose to help and explain things better. They learn more and better this way

For those complaining that this is too much, you should help yourself by reading and looking up the USA curriculum for elementary(primary) school then you will know that this is nothing.

There is something really wrong with Nigerians, because a teacher used exhibit and virtue, the English is now considered too big for a primary 1 child, so your primary 1 child is not suppose to know the meaning of virtue or exhibit

The only problem I see here is the spelling error and not the assignment being too difficult because of the grammar used, those words are not even grammars sef

if it was so easy, the teacher should have taught it in class. This trend of giving impossibly long and difficult assignments to children is just ludicrous. If parents had the time and energy to do every assignment for their wards, won't they home school their kids instead of paying a substantial amount of their income as school fees?

Do we even have marriage counsellors in Nigeria? or even psychologists you can both see. Because if e enter family members level, all they will tell you is 'endure. you are not the first'. pastors' own 'is pray and be patient'. I suggest you talk things over with him first. communication does wonders. if you want a child, study and use billings method. Discuss it with your husband as it takes 2 to succeed. most catholic churches have a billings method training program. ask around.

no doubt Eedris is just looking for relevance, but the story that 2face forgot Blackface is false. People close to both of them will tell you how 2face has been picking his bills running to millions until recently when he got tired and decided to cut the deadweight. That was when threats of suing 2face for piracy started. Blackface would go to clubs in lagos with his crew and spend serious money and call 2baba to offset the bill. that's aside from different money problems he has helped him out of. After a while, 2baba got tired.

I'm totally against the way the south east has been militarized. I do ask myself that, what's the job of the Nigerian police?

Fulani herdsmen that are killing people up and down the country are not dancing to the Python dance beat played by the Nigerian army and federal government, why should it be IPOB that has not taking arms against the Nigerian state that should be dancing to the beat?

The Catalonia's are not dancing to any beat, why should IBO's dance to a beat?

A child that dance to the beat of surugede,he does not know surugede is the dance of the spirit and not a child's play
you must heard of the long running battle between the basque separatist movement ETA and Spanish govt forces and the losses incurred on both sides before fighting stopped. Also, the central Spanish govt has threatened to withdraw catalonia's budget if they go ahead with a referendum. Fighting for succession is hard, bitter business. No nation will allow itself be torn aprart without fighting back. To start a succession, you should be prepared for very strong repercussions.

If she wants to use her degree for anything, she should go back and hustle year one admission. Build up her gp to at least 2.1 level. Shouldn't be too hard with her experience. Saying she's no slay mama doesn't exonerate her. An average student in a nigerian university will graduate with a 2.2. Anybody with 10 carryovers is an unserious student, to say the least. You must have just refused to study or you were not available to due to too much hustling which you didn't balance with small reading. If she doesn't want to start over, she can graduate with her pass degree, dump it and start different hustling.

camera is disappointing. Battery is ok, like 10 hours heavy usage. Its fast though, cos of the 3gb ram. Its got 32gb rom, so thats more space to save stuff. Haven't checked out its 4G networks though. Its a hybrid sim thing, with either sim2 or memory card. Its an ok phone for the price i guess.

Nigerians and Africans are known to still hold wide number of superstitious beliefs. Like you indicated, we have increasing numbers of participants because they believe magical potions of human parts can bring fortune even when there is no proof of anyone ever getting rich from such. It is just what it is - a mere superstitious belief!

Most times, what we hear are stories and speculations founded on ignorance and hearsays, and our media and home videos also contribute in propagating these false beliefs.

I will say those who engage or believe in such are driven by ignorance, poverty, desperation, gullibility, and irrationalism.

If money ritual works, it should be ubiquitous. But then, you only hear of it happening in some parts of Africa.

Just try google and see if you will get results of ritual killing outside Africa.

Our govt should just give us to dangote to sell as slaves. Dangote cement made N180 billion profit before tax in 2016. Tax on that at a conservative 30% is N54 billion. For 1 year. A 35 km road at the exhorbitant rate of N1 billion per km used for lagos-ibadan will cost 35 billion. And we are giving him a 10year tax holiday! If his tax in 10 years is about 500 billion, shouldn't he be helping us build 500km of roads? Roads his trucks spoil the most. Are we okay? Anyway, maybe they use other parameters to calculate.
