there are several converging evidence for the big bang. Just checking wiki will show you, but you are afraid to, because it might shatter your illusions. The existence of microwaves in the same density and frequencies at various places it has been measured in the solar system, on earth and the universe indicate they exist as reminants of such an event as the big bang. Think of microwaves as smoke after a fire. Their uniform distribution on earth and elsewere is evidence in favour of the big bang. Of course this and many other demonstrable phenomena eg cosmic gravitational waves were mathematically proven by Einstein and other physicists a long time ago. We just recently developed instruments to confirm their hypotheses. Nobody knows what happened before the big bang, including theists, no matter how many words they throw at us. What is certain is they don't have a single shred of evidence to back their several posturings.

we have proof of a big bang. We have no proof of an 'uncaused causer'. It just sounds logical because its been drilled into us. People point to a painting, a building etc as proof of creation, since most of what we see were logically created. However, there are several processes that occur spontaneously like gravitational effects, entrophy etc. Also, if you make a rule saying all things were created by a creator, you simply negate the rule by espousing an 'uncaused causer'. The rule that all things were created by a creator falls flat on its face because of the infinite regression of creators. An 'uncaused causer' is a coop out to make it plausible.
