We say the eye evolved from over time. This is evidenced from light sensitive spots/cells in some single cell /tissue level organisms with increasing complexity in higher animals. What annoys me about education in the east is how brilliant the students are at secondary school level as attested by the very high WAEC scores in SE schools and how horrible the tetiary education system is in the SE. The most greedy lecturers and administrators in Nigeria are in SE public universities, polys and COEs and they are always ready to sacrifice the quality of education they offer the students for cash.

its not magic that foreign breed of cattle produce more than 10x the amount of milk local breeds do. Their feed is more nutritious. There are fast growing grasses and legumes much more nutritrious than we have in nigeria that can be planted in ranches to improve ruminant nutrition. When you hear importation of grass, it means the seeds will be imported, planted in nuseries and transplanted in ranches all over the country.
