so what if the president sends the bill and the nass refuse to pass it? what happens? In order to restructure, the president is not even needed. his input is not that relevant. All that is required is the willingness of the Nass. Anybody can be the sender. its not mandatory that the President must be the person to send the bill

in Nigeria justice is for sale. if you've never been in situation where you needed justice and it was sold you can be saying this. Or is this not the same country where we were getting conflicting judgement report on a particular case (Makarfi and Modu Sheriff). were the prosecutors also responsible for those judgements. Moreover I raised lot of points in my previous post but this is just one out of it

Presidents don't obey their judgements; since the era of OBJ it had been so. Governors don't obey them as well. Even private establishment don't obey them; recently MTN disobeyed a court order and nothing happened.

Those APC leaders are indirectly telling the world and Nigerians that the president is not in control of his govt. Recall the APC chairman once said that PMB condones disrespect in his govt.
