There is no way the govt will employ 200,000 now and you expect it to start employment process for another 200,000 at the end of the year. Saying govt should absorb you is equal to saying govt should absorb all NYSC members when their period of service is over.

Is the Nigerian Police authorised to do such? If your answer is in the affirmative then why should the civil defense not do it. As far as I know their job is to protect the lives and properties of Nigerians and the private institutions are Nigerians property and Nigerian lives are there. Moreover you wouldn't have asked this question if it was the police you saw guiding them.

Even those that have been conducted is nothing to write home about in terms of free and fair election. THEY ARE IN EVERY STATE OF NIGERIA AND ARE REFERRED TO AS THE STATE ELECTORAL COMMISSION. Their job is to conduct the local governments elections within the states of the federation.
