Five NBA Teams With The Best Starting Lineups for 2010-2011 Miami Heat: Chalmers, Wade, James, Bosh, Ilgauskas https://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images_root/slides/photos/000/401/075/heat_display_image.jpg?1284833035 Of course all eyes will be on this team all season long. The trio of stars hooking up on the same team is becoming a theme in the league. The Celtics did it a while back when KG and Shuttlesworth decided to take their talents to Boston to help out P.P. The surprise of Rondo really put them over the edge. KG said he wished he had made that move early in his career, and now LeBron and Bosh will get that opportunity. Of course, it is the starting five, not three, so the other guys have to step up. Chalmers is a better option than they had last year with Alston, and big Z at Center knows how to play with LeBron.Houston Rockets: Brooks, Martin, Battier, Scola, Ming https://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images_root/slides/photos/000/401/080/rockets_display_image.jpg?1284833257 Even though Yao will be limited to just 24 minutes per game this year, it is nice to see him get back onto the court. Brooks was one of the most improved players a year ago, and Kevin Martin is a solid offensive weapon. Battier is still a great defensive leader, and Scola is one of the best power forwards in the game today. With a healthy Yao, Houston should see some quality wins this year.Chicago Bulls: Rose, Brewer, Deng, Boozer, Noah https://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images_root/slides/photos/000/401/085/bulls_display_image.jpg?1284833498 Derrick Rose is one of the best young point guards in the league today, and he has some new toys to play with. Carlos Boozer (among others) has made the move to Chicago, and will provide them with an inside presence. Brewer may not be one of the best shooting guards in the game, but he will fit perfectly in this system. Deng is a slightly underrated player who will flourish in this environment with the new additions. Noah is there to play scrappy defense and pull down rebounds, something he does very well.L.A. Lakers: Fisher, Bryant, Artest, Gasol, Bynum https://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images_root/slides/photos/000/401/090/lakers2_display_image.jpg?1284833703 Pretty hard to leave these guys off the list. Fisher is another year older, but with the signing of Steve Blake, look for Fisher to provide more veteran leadership. He could use a push in training camp from Blake. Bynum is still very young, and if he can stay healthy, he will be a major force in the paint. Gasol is one of the best big men out there, no worries with him. Artest is still a pesky defender, one of the league's best. His offense has improved, and overall he is a better player. I don't really need to tell you about Kobe Bryant.Portland Trail Blazers: Miller, Roy, Mathews, Aldridge, Oden https://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images_root/slides/photos/000/401/095/blazers_display_image.jpg?1284833928 Obviously this all depends on how two things go over in Portland. The first is the health of Greg Oden. His career is well documented with his injuries, and all anyone wants to see is him healthy, out on the floor. Andre Miller isn't one of the top point guards in the game, but he is a solid passer and takes care of the ball. Brandon Roy is still one of the most underrated players in the league. LaMarcus Aldridge is a solid player inside and out, no worries with him. Oh yea, the other thing that will depend on Portland getting a surprising spot in this list, is the play of Wesley Mathews. If he can win the starting job in training camp, he should be a solid contributor for this team next season.http://bleacherreport.com/articles/466491-five-for-five-nba-teams-with-the-best-starting-lineups-for-2010-2011#page/6 |

Actually I think differently. Nigerians are ranked as one of America's highly educated immigrant groups. many Nigerians have bachelor's, master's and PH.D but are not "famous". Education is an individual issue and is up to the person to decide how much knowledge the want to acquire. I think what nigeria needs is more technical schools i.e. car repair schools, schools for Carpenters , etc. to balance out the education between the blue and white collar workers. |
can someone tell me more about this university. I'm interested in there architectural program. I will like to know more about the university, student life, education, rating etc. or if there are better universities that offer the same program. |

americans are F**king stup!d ![]() anyway someone should contact the chief of defense, NIA or any gov/ military security agency for them to have the proper protocol in place, in-case a horrible event does happen in nigeria in response to the burning. Can someone if not every one contact all forms of gov/ military agencies |
philip0906:no0o. . .nigeria's GDP Growth in 2009 was 6.1%. and with all the new investments we are seeing it should go up to over 10% like the article said. so no it doesnt end at the newspapers. |
^^ very true, i remember hearing a guy say "prove that god exist", and the pastor then read a quote from the bible. lol. you can not prove he exist by quoting the bible. thats like saying "i'm not lying" and your proof is your statement "i'm not lying" lol. as for the scientific "atheists" way of thinking, science have proven religion wrong many times in the past. so they may be right. but science has also been wrong aswell in the past. as for me am neutral on this issue. |
all world governments block road so politicains and head of states can have maximum security. just look at obama lol he is driving down the street not only does he block the road, he also has a convoy containing 60 + cars. now thats secuirty. watch the nice video below [flash=640,385] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=he4IAFix62c?fs=1&hl=en_US[/flash] |

many governors are focusing on beautifying their state to get more tourist. which is good because the trillion dollar a year industry of tourism is the fast way to create jobs, fix infrastructure, and gain money. |
I was browsing Youtube and I found this video. I must say it a okay campaign commercial. I'm not really sure if its truly the first campaign commercial released, but its the first one I've seen so far. This commercial came at a suprise to me because i thought It was a commercial from goodluck, duke or even IBB lol. but it turns out it was from Olu James Omosule, I didn't even know he was running. anyway I though I would share. . . . I dont think its the escalator that is the problem, I think its the people that dont know how to properly use them |
And that is why Nigeria is not developed becuase no one wants to sacrifice. I pay a toll of $11 (N1650) every time i cross the Verrazano Bridge. or $5.50 (N825) every time i take the Queens Midtown Tunnel. New Yorkers aren't rich. These structures were built about 70 years ago and are being tolled. The reason why they toll is to provide security, maintenance, efficiency etc for the structure and passengers. tolling is the reason why these structure are still around today, up to 70 years old. taxes can only go so far but tolling will get the job done. so when i hear people complaining about a freaking toll, I say, do you want that Highway to become like the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in 2 years? Just pay the toll for god sake. people are saying all they did was add 2 lanes. 2 lanes make a BIG difference with traffic. they are also adding ramps to the bridge that connect VI to ikoyi. not to mention the traffic lights, road signage, road markings, street cleaning etc that they did. and as for the alternative route, why in the hell will some one waste money to build a road that will A- take away money from the lekki expressway, B- will create more traffic becuase no one wants to pay a simple toll, C- goes against urban plaining, D- just were will this new route be located? you will then have to knock down houses. if they didnt toll who will maintain the highway? your taxes? well have your taxes maintained the 3rd mainland bridge? or the badagry expressway? no. Its just a toll!!! |

^^ but wont the ikoyi-lekki link bridge be an alternative road? just saying |
call me ignorant, but I still dont see the big deal with this toll ![]() |
Dis Guy: as for the 'alternative' route. I was looking at the lekki masterplan and the only route that I could find that would be completed in the near future was the Ikoyi-Lekki link bridge. there might also be another route that im not aware of? |
there is no such thing as a free meal. if you want development you need to pay for it. plain and simple |
@ beaf there are currently numbers of laser reflectors on the moon placed there during the apollo missions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkzjdTDdq0A @ topic thanks for the link |
but those type of planes dont have the power to carry heavy loads (passengers). The future looks to be going in the direction of Natural Gas, Which Nigeria has plently of. http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2010/06/mit_natural_gas.html |
lol nigeria has a good credit score, Im sure we will pay it back. alos, in terms of countries $9.4 billion is not even that much. |
based on good governing and progress the map looks right to me |
I seems that evry year NPL get better and better. thanks for the videos. ![]() |
nice. . .like the designs. . .next stop engineering and construction. cant wait. |
the other states and cities that banned okodas seem to be doing well. . .Lagos should buy more LAGBUS buses for inner city use to replace okodas. I wont mind seeing nigerian made innoson buses, like enugu is doing. |
