It was very late so it was small amala. It was Turkey and roasted barracuda was part of the garnish for the soup.

OP, the good thing is you are not as bad as you think you are and this is a time to put your plans in place. Service year is near no doubt but please, do not focus only on the skill part only. Think of what next in terms of career while you also work on acquiring skills.

That said, be open to healthy relationship while you build yourself. Try as much as you can to follow the advice of Richy4 as well so that you do not get yourself beclouded by the effect of a good sex if that comes without properly evaluating what you want. For instance, if I wanted to set up a sweatshop, I would look at the countries with the lowest prices and pick one. Labor there too is bound to be very cheap and probably exploitable.

I am not sure the prices are on a PPP which makes the Big Mac a better example particularly, for comparison of living cost/standards.

Normally, this is what I use.
Pineapple, canned tuna, enough ginger to neutralise the tuna taste, lemon or lime, nutritional yeast, small banana, watermelon, kale.

Complete balanced diet with less calories.

My colleague reduced around 25kg with smoothies within 7 months. Honestly I didn't know how she did it and we actually had a bet she will not succeed. Anything she eats is pulverised.

(You can only blend kale with powerful blender to get smooth smoothie. If you have the cash to spare, get any vitamix blender for such. Its a stubborn but very powerful cruciferous veggie. I use lots of it to make yam porridge. Very good)

Thanks. I use it for pinacolado (pineapple, avocado, banana, kale, plain yoghurt, and milk) smoothie but of late, I no get time for smoothie breakfast again.
