Christianity Etc › Re: Is It A Sin To Sit With The Congregation While On Menstruation? by GboyegaD(m): 12:07pm On Mar 05, 2023 |
omolola100: Good evening my brothers and sisters There is something I still don't understand and I need a clear and better explanation.
I attend a white garment church and the doctrine does not allow us to sit with the congregation because of the stain, there is a place packaged for us to sit and the corner of the church.... The issue right now is that my menstruation started last week Sunday and I don't know why it hasn't stop till this present moment. I'm just thinking if I should go to church tomorrow because I don't want to sit at the corner of the church tomorrow because people might be suspicious something is wrong with me. I haven't seen anything about this in the scripture, I just want to know if it's a sin to sit with the congregation while on period... This was the practice when female hygienic products were not so advanced. Provided you can tidy yourself properly, please go to church and sit in the congregation. |

Halcyon123: Really crazy,is cheaper here in zaria. Is a staple here, almost everybody down here is into the business. On a street, you can get like 4 or 5 people frying it. And the are making it. Wish I could find a way to like it. Tried Tofu very few number of times but I guess something in my head keeps telling me I am not vegetarian thus, making it challenging to savor the taste. |

Itulah: It's normal and you have nothing to worry about. So long your wife is still breastfeeding she can't see her period. Talking from experience. You can dm for future information. Not entirely true. Some see their period early even with exclusive breastfeeding. I think it varies from one woman to another. |

mariahAngel: As long as God is, there's hope for Nigeria. We must never lose hope, no matter what.
Nigeria's politics is not for the faint hearted. God has given us all we need and He isn't going to force us to do the right thing. If we choose not to put the right persons and systems in place, religion will remain a tool to suppress us. Those who tell us to keep looking unto God travel abroad for vacation, have a majority of their members living in poverty, can't challenge the government since they are beneficiaries of the corruption etc. |

Kobojunkie: In Nigeria, there are rarely landlords of the kind we are describing here. So, let's not now pretend we have discovered something new abeg! Container gardening remains quite acceptable for many renters to this day. As a matter of fact, the majority don't even bother asking landlords since it is common place. So the moment she mentioned the landlord objecting, I was already like .... yeah right! If her landlord said no, there's nothing she can do and stop trying to make it seem landlords have no right over their properties. That said, I don't know where you grew up but I can say many landlords in the area I grew up wouldn't allow it. |
Family › Re: Help her by GboyegaD(m): 5:46am On Feb 24, 2023 |
Kobojunkie: Really? Have you ever lived in any place Nigeria where the landlord strictly forbids you from having plants in space you pay him to use? Every landlord has their rules just as it is in every other places. If the landlord isn't comfortable with such, there isn't much she can do. Good thing is she is soliciting to work for pay and not begging for money. |

Hopium: During this election period alone, we've seen enough proof that Obi is tribalistic, partisan and not the kind of person we need at the center. If he can't carry along his northern party members, definitely nepotism will reign supreme if he becomes president. We've seen him do this with his media team. Peter Obi will collapse the country patapata if he becomes president. The country has always been in a delicate state, we don't want a presidency that will set the country on fire because of his hate for other tribes.
Anyways, every sane Nigerian already know he's not ready. This only serve as confirmation.
Lol, when they say you can't come out of nowhere 12 months to election and say you want to become president, they aren't lying. Now the party is in shambles. Only God knows the kind nonsense happening in LP down south.
You can fool a few youths with the help of paid social influencers but you can't fool the whole country.
You go dey shout no shishi, savings; If Bola Tinubu took the same approach Lagos won't be where it is today. You have to invest in people and capital infrastructure to birth progress and prosperity. If Ganduje, Akpabio, Sanwo, El-Rufai, Wike said doole doole dem wan safe, their citizens won't be enjoying world class infrastructure today. On top all the billions wey he save for Anambra, na poverty still be the outcome.
How do you shift the nation from consumption to production with this nonsense saving and no shishi mentality? How?
Like I said, you can't fool the entire nation.
He's not a unifier. Too tribalistic. Too frugal to drive Nigeria onto the path of prosperity. Zero loyalty.
Thank God Saturday is here. Obi and his Obidients will return back to the hole they came from. Nonsense will stop. Did you comprehend the post or you were hasty to write against Obi? |
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Lands In Onitsha As Crowd Gathers (Pictures) by GboyegaD(m): 3:09pm On Feb 23, 2023 |
tsephanyah: A vote for Obi is a vote for Tinubu.
Obi will not win he is only helping tinubu by reducing Atiku's vote.
Right now some "obidient" might actually believe they'll win.. but Obi will lose.
If tinubu wins which is hard... we northerners, Muslims are find with it... Igbos and Yoruba christians should know that.. they're the one that helped the Muslims Muslim ticket into victory.
Igbos and Yoruba christians is not too late. Wis e up at least okowo is your own What a silly way to promote Atiku's presidency. You can try in another 4years. |
