@pro01, exactly what i was thinking. It seems you can now be kidnapped anywhere. It is no longer restricted to a particular region.
The worse part is that most of the kidnappings are inside jobs(ie people that know you). Only God can save us.

Our dear Governor Rochas i know you have good intentions but don't make the mistake of starting too many projects at the same time. The ones ongoing are okay for now. At least complete 70% of them before you start venturing into other projects.

Although i agree with the article, but let them lead by example by cutting down the allowances of office holders, then check the cases of ghost workers in all areas of government establishments, then they can go ahead with the cutting down and merging of ministries, and if people lose jobs in the process, so be it. In short our problem is just corruption. If we want Nigeria to survive, then we have to fight it with all determination and political will.

Most people doing their NYSC hardly get any valuable experience irrespective of where they were posted. Most of them end up as errand boys.
