Juniorangel: See in-depth analysis, after reading this are you still doubting? But why will his advisers not tell him the truth. Pls any Agbado should not quote my because you people don't have sense. He made false claims. This one below for example, I can debate with anyone that it is false and shows the writer does not understand the deposition or has not read it. The certificate which our president submitted to INEC contains signatures of persons who were not where the document says they were when it was made. The document is dated 1979 but Tinubu did not claim losing the original certificate in 1979 so the replacement could not have been made in 1979. The people who signed it held no position in that university in 1979 but the document says they did. The legal authority that should issue it says it never did. |

Immediately I read this part bolded above, I knew the writer doesn't know what he is talking about. He clearly doesn't understand the deposition. I can debate this bolded part with anyone here to establish the author here is wrong and doesn't understand the deposition. |

Stoplying: actually I can, and I did. You started by saying what I claimed is not the deposition. You cannot say that when you've not even read any kind of deposition at all in order to ascertain my claims. |
Politics › Re: Tinubu's Certificate: Setting The Records Straight - Tunde Rahman by GeneralDae: 8:54pm On Oct 09, 2023 |
Stoplying: I gave no opinion, I logically analysed your claim, that is all. You cannot logically analyse my claim when you've not even read any copy of the deposition (whether false or correct) in order to gauge what I say. You started by telling me the deposition never claimed what I said. In other words, you started wrongly by speaking from a point of knowledge. |
Politics › Re: Tinubu's Certificate: Setting The Records Straight - Tunde Rahman by GeneralDae: 8:50pm On Oct 09, 2023 |
Stoplying: Actually, you are supposed to prove your deposition copy is right, I'm not supposed to prove it is wrong. You seem to have difficulties understanding that, your claim needs your proof. I don't have to prove anything, I'm not making a claim, you are. Okay in that case, none of us have been able to bring out a copy we can agree with it. So can we both agree we have no informed opinion on the matter and end it here? I am even better because I proved my point from a copy which may be false according to you, but you didn't even prove your point from anything, you just gave your opinion just like that. |
Politics › Re: Tinubu's Certificate: Setting The Records Straight - Tunde Rahman by GeneralDae: 8:45pm On Oct 09, 2023 |
Stoplying: Look, you have no evidence for your claim. And no, people don't need to prove you wrong, you need to prove yourself right ! That is how a logical world works.
Otherwise I can make a computer program which would accuse you of a new crime each minute for the rest of your life, going by your logic, you would need to prove them all wrong. But you won't have enough time in your life to do that, even if you live for ever. That is why, the onus of proof is on the person who makes the claim. What proof again do you want me to provide? You can only say my deposition copy is wrong if you have another deposition copy that contradicts it. Isn't that logical? |

Stoplying: How can you order a replacement when there is a non retrieved one waiting for you ? Won't they just send you the one waiting for you ? He ordered the replacement in 1999. The non retrieved one was another order he made in 2003 probably because he knows the school changed their logo between 1999 and 2003. |

Stoplying: Ok, I give up my claim of reading it. (I'm not going to waste time to look for the document, I don't need that claim anyway). Now you, are you going to abandon your claim, or provide evidence? I've been providing evidence so far. The copy I shared with you is what I read unedited. If anyone has a different copy from this, he/she can debunk my copy by providing theirs and I would look into it. |

Stoplying: So tinubu's inec diploma is not the original, not the replacement, what does that make it ? Tinubu's INEC diploma is not the original but a replacement copy. You can order for as many replacement copies as you want. |

Stoplying: Because I shouldn't have to put a iota of work to proving your claim, your claim deserves your proof. And no, I won't accept substandard proof, like screenshots which I myself can make and claim the pope wrote a letter to me, I used to do these silly things when I was 10 years old. You said you've read it. Give me the copy you read, I would accept it. What I shared with you was the copy I read. |

You seem in conflit with your self. You are confused about it. There are 3 diplomas here. One original in 1979 which Tinubu picked up but is now lost and the school no longer have a copy. The INEC replacement diploma which resembles 1999 samples. Finally a replacement diploma ordered by Tinubu in 2003 wrongly dated June 27th which Tinubu did not pick up and Atiku got through subpoena. |

Stoplying: That is not what is written. I dare you to show me where that is written. Go read it again. They emphasized that the only reason they have a copy of a diploma for Tinubu which they gave to Atiku was because he didn't pick it up and the only diplomas they have are those that are not picked. Also they don't keep records of requests. |
Politics › Re: Tinubu's Certificate: Setting The Records Straight - Tunde Rahman by GeneralDae: 7:59pm On Oct 09, 2023 |
Stoplying: The school has no record of tinubu's request of a replacement diploma. Because they only have such records when a student has not picked their diploma up. They don't keep records of request or the diplomas issued since its merely ceremonial. It's clearly written there. |
Politics › Re: Tinubu's Certificate: Setting The Records Straight - Tunde Rahman by GeneralDae: 7:44pm On Oct 09, 2023 |
NOETHNICITY: Sir, but in the case of CSU, the registrar admitted under oath that institution allows 3rd party vendors to issue replacement certificates upon verification of applicant’s records. Implying that replacement certificates have no specific prototype. The implication of this is that alteration or certain modifications are allowed. Forget about this 3rd party talk. The institution never said 3rd party issues certificate but that it is sent offsite after you fill a form sent to them. Tinubu most likely got that INEC certificate from the school after ordering for it in 1999. The certificate was compared to a 1999 sample and it matched. Signatures, Logos, Fonts. So there is no case of forgery here. This 3rd party talk doesn't do justice to the deposition. |

NOW, a one time CSU president, whose signature is on the certificate in question is arranging to sue TINUBU for forging her signature. wirinet: I support none. Although among the three terrible candidates, I think Tinubu is the worst. Nigerias reputable will be in tatters by the time FBI release their files on Tinubu. With that security securoty number on Tinubu's CSU file, they will be able to trace all details of the Bola A Tinubu assigned that number, from when and where he was born or entered the US, how he became a US citizen, bank accounts opened, placed lived, etc.
I know Tinubu supporters will start attacking the US with all types of diversions and excuses. They will engage in whataboutism with Trump, Biden and the corruption allegations against Hunter and Joe Biden. Their final justification will be "America no holy". You believe in too much fairy tales. The so called FBI files on Tinubu would it be 70000 pages or 2500 pages? |
Politics › Re: Tinubu's Certificate: Setting The Records Straight - Tunde Rahman by GeneralDae: 10:40am On Oct 09, 2023 |
wirinet: I have refrained from commenting of this Tinubu-CSU forgery allegations up till now, because I believe we should move forward as a country and because I know people very close to Tinubu himself. Having said that I am someone that first of all love Nigerians (note I did not say Nigeria), also I have deceit, fraud and illegality. Lastly, I abhor tribalism, nepotism, whataboutism and diversion or obfuscation of issues.
President Tinubu's supporters instead of dealing with the issues raised prefers to divert and obfuscate by attacking Atiku, obi, their supporters and anyone that does not agree with them. Others employ outright lies.
Now, let's attack the real issues as presented by this article.
By this state it wrong to say that "asserted that President Tinubu is the same person who attended the school from 1977 to 1979." What they actually said was that CSU believed that President Tinubu is the same person who attended the school from 1977 to 1979 based on the records in the file from the information provided by the student or on behalf of the student. So they are being neutral and never asserted anything. They are protecting themselves from perjury or further litigation by either party.
Yes CSU confirmed that Tinubu that applied for admission into CSU and graduated was Male, but the the issue was the certificates he used in gaining admission into CSU. The certificate he used in gaining admission into CSU indicated female. That Tinubu himself nor CSU did not notice or correct this anomalies until he graduated raises suspicion. Furthermore it raises further suspicion that the document from Southwest College contains no high school certificate or record. Can you be admitted into US colleges without a high school certificate?
This statement is misleading and false. The registrar stated that he did not know where Bola A Tinubu got the certificate he submitted to INEC and then speculated maybe he got it from a third party vendor, be never insinuated that the diploma was in their possession at anytime before someone picked it up.
Let me add that the registra in trying to protect his institution from negligence or malpractice has put the CSU, the Chicago education and even the US educational system in dispute. How can someone say diplomas are merely ceremonial in the US educational system? Yes, many employers in the US do not ask for certificates when employing, that does not render them ceremonial or useless. Even CSU was accredited as a diploma awarding institution by relevant authorities. It is like saying you can obtain a doctor's or nurse's license without submitting your certificate.
Then the issue of third party vendors is crazy. How will the third party vendor know the academic record of the students without cooperation from the university? These third party vendors, are they appointed by the University or they can be any business centre any where in the world including Oluwole? Why would a person pay and use third party vendors, when there are provisions for obtaining replacement certificates directly from the university at very little cost?
I am sure the Chicago State governor will look into this Tinubu certificate saga. Most of your claims there are not factual. Let me address them. The University confirmed several times in that deposition it is thesame Tinubu. When asked how they could verify, they made it clear that the records are consistent and the SSN is consistent in both schools. Also the admission letter into CSU from South West college signifies a male. So if someone goes to your University now to confirm if you went there, they would also say they believe you are the one judging by the records in your transcript. For Tinubu, there is also SSN there which was consistent. SSN does not change and same SSN cannot be given to two different people. This statement is misleading and false. The registrar stated that he did not know where Bola A Tinubu got the certificate he submitted to INEC and then speculated maybe he got it from a third party vendor, be never insinuated that the diploma was in their possession at anytime before someone picked it up. The registrar never said he doesn't know where Bola Tinubu got it from. The registrar only said they are not in a position to authenticate it because they don't have in their possession. They don't have it in their possession because once a certificate is picked up, they keep no records. However, they have similar copies of it which they issued to their students in 1999 and they showed those samples. |

The University said they cannot authenticate it because they don't have it in their possession. Why? Because it has been picked up. However, they have samples that are similar to it from 1998 and 1999. |
