What page of the disposition is that?

CSU never said that. What they said is that when the student fills the form for a replacement certificate, they send it offsite to be printed by a recognized third party. But they are still issued by the University.

I think the one he received which he spoke about in December 2022 would likely be another one as a response to Enahoro who sued him to court in August 2022 saying he forged his certificate because the logo and signatures were different from the copy he (Enahoro) had. So Tinubu may have ordered again around September 2022 in order to get a more updated version of his certificate.

This is absolutely right. The forgery case (if any) must start in a high court. It cannot start at the supreme court. No high court will hear the case while BAT is still the sitting president. As I have said many times, a person is not guilty until proven so in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Funny thing with all these is that when you analyze deeper given the samples CSU presented, the certificate BAT presented to INEC looks even more authentic than the one Atiku got and was comparing it with.

Certificate is not forged. The only problem I see in all of those documents is where he put a false secondary school. Asiwaju clearly never finished secondary school but just wrote GCE from home but why he felt the need to claim a secondary school is beyond me. Maybe it was a compulsory field and he just decided to claim a school then.

But this validates Tinubu further and can't be used to say he forged a certificate. If Tinubu submitted a replacement certificate and replacement certificates are not done by the school but can be collected by vendors, then Tinubu would have done no wrong here.

The issue is not that BAT did not attend CSU, but he submitted a fake result to INEC for screening.
The CSU president that supposedly signed the certificate BAT submitted to INEC was not the president until 19 years after he graduated.
She is suing BAT.

BAT collected a replacement certificate dated June 1997. CSU has affirmed that and even provided similar copies of such replacement certificate that even have thesame fonts.

If this is all you are concerned about, then there's no case anymore because the University said they don't keep records of every diploma they issue to their students, just the transcripts and this is why they can't authenticate whatever Tinubu submitted to INEC. Tinubu collected his cert twice. He misplaced the 1979 copy and had a replacement later on.
