shiwex: You are missing the point, that he went to CSU is not the point, the point is that the certificate he submitted is a fake cert. The date of birth he gave is different. Okay he attended now and he wasn't female but only that he forged certificate. We are getting somewhere. |

Cantonese: So why not take copies of the transcripts to court to end the matter? Or is it not as simple as that? That has been done already by Tinubu since June. He took certified copies of his Transcripts to the tribunal. |
Politics › Re: Chicago State University Refuses To Authenticate Tinubu’s Submitted Certificate by GeneralDae: 8:11am On Sep 15, 2023 |
Cantonese: "Counsel for CSU, Michael Hayes, while speaking before Judge Jeffrey Gilbert in Chicago, stated that the school was not in a position to authenticate Tinubu’s certificate as either fake or genuine”.
They cannot authenticate a certificate issued by them? Abi na roadside university? Because according to them, certificates are merely ceremonial documents but they keep records of transcripts. Simple. |

Should nigeria be pro western or we should be aligned with China's attempt at a multipolar world? I think he is pro-western which I think is better depending on how we go about it. |

South South: Let's all control our own resources. |

Politics › Re: Could Tinubu Have Won If February 2023 Election Was Free And Fair? by GeneralDae: 7:44pm On Sep 08, 2023 |
iammo: Rivers State election wasn't rigged...
Wike employed 200,000 Political Special Adviser
He paid the 200,000 Political advisers 50,000 naira per month
Each of the 200,000 Political advisers where asked to canvas vote for APC Tinubu and PDP Fabura
200,000 Political Advisers got atleast 10, people mobilized through family , friends and Comiunity
Wike , Tinubu, Fabura won
Rivers State Government terminated the contracts of the Political advisers
. Simple. Also with Father Alia campaigning for Tinubu in Benue, that was also a done deal and even at that, Tinubu only slightly defeated Obi in Benue. To tell you how free and fair it was there to an extent when you also consider that Father Alia won with.about 85%. |

LOVEALAIGBO: I get what you're saying, but the issue is a bit more nuanced than you put it! There's a lot to consider like slavery, colonialism, neo-colonialism, and the psychological damage that comes along with all this! But black Africans haven't helped themselves.....as we see being played out presently in Nigeria! Well presently in Nigeria, Tinubu is the best out of the top three contestants. You would soon see. |
Politics › Re: $460,000 Forfeiture: Tinubu Qualified To Contest, It Was A Civil Matter - PEPT by GeneralDae: 4:40pm On Sep 06, 2023 |
bentenny: Read again and stop being emotional! Civil forfeiture implies that a crime was committed.....he was set free after the forfeiture was made! Civil and criminal forfeiture are almost the same....the difference is that if it was a criminal forfeiture, tinubu would have been release from jail after serving a sentence! Tinubu was in Nigeria working when this case came up. He found out that his account in U.S Citibank which was also his family account with 1.4 million dollars was blocked. He then got to know that is due to a drug case investigation whereby he received money at some point from Akande a politician who was a family friend to his wife's family. Tinubu was never charged to court by U.S to determine if he was part of the drug ring of Akande brothers (who were sent to prison but never even mentioned Tinubu as part of their ring). U.S.A courts were focussed on the account and reasons why they should cease the account. In the end, Tinubu and his family sued the U.S for his account and became the claimants. Eventually it was agreed that 460,000 dollars be forfeited based on U.S money laundering law where about 500,000 dollars is forfeited from accounts with huge funds whenever there's a suspicion of the account receiving money linked to crime. So this was no criminal case. He wasn't charged to determine his involvement in the drug case. DEA report wasn't even involved. Only IRS. |

Racoon: OK PEPT! Thank you. I guess Abba Kyari drug running case is now also a civil matter? The precedence have been set. Tinubu was never charged to court for drug rather in the process of trying to get money from his account (a family account), he observed they were all blocked. U.S said this is because they have reasons to believe they are linked to drugs. Unlike Abba Kyari, Tinubu wasn't charged to court to determine if he committed drug crime. Get the difference. |

Tinubu should look for sustainable, long-term solutions to the problem. Unfortunately, I don't see him doing that. Tinubu is not CBN. |
