Go back to school so your teacher will teach you the difference between Gas and Electricity.

When Ghana first produced electricity your fore fathers were by then living on trees, chewing Cola nuts and jumping from one tree to another
When did Ghana first produce electricity?

https://fb.watch/lQ6mfJUbxI/?mibextid=Nif5oz

And they will do same to Amapiano

Bunch of talentless people, always stealing other people's concept
If Ghana can influence Nigeria in music why couldn't they do it for themselves to become synonymous with Afrobeat branding worldwide before Nigerians learnt it from them? So funny.

Unlike Afrobeats which evolves all the time and is a fusion with several patterns of Genres, Amapiano to the best of my knowledge is just one Genre. So we can fuse Amapiano with other sounds. Just like Afrobeats is a fusion and flexible with Nigerians.

Hip pop/Rap is US
Amapiano is SA
Afro beat is 9ja
We can add fuji or something else to Amapiano and give the new fusion it's own brand and market it. No problem with that as that would be different from pure Amapiano.

By now you should know that most of the things you mentioned are useless

GDP, Stock Market, e-commerce, Fintech, SME's yet You lead in poverty. How?

Also Boko Haram has rendered your Military ranking very useless

What again? Agric!
Agriculture sector that cannot feed the entire population is useless.
Last time I checked, lots of your people were still starving in 2023.

Now cut the jokes and come to reality.
How is Nigeria on the same level with South Africa?
Mention just 3
Okay everything there useless, no problem.
Now answer me: How is Ghana on thesame level with Ivorycoast? Mention just 3.

No need arguing with you though because I wonder what sector Ghana ranks top in within Africa.

Just know your place, that's all.

Yes we have had influences here and there from Ghana and other places but it's insulting to say Nigerians stole Afrobeats from Ghana.

You can criticize any Nigerian who dares to claim Amapiano, but Afrobeat/Afrobeats? why? 😄

waa see the argument you're making when even Fela is telling you it came from Ghana.

Good you said Fela was known first but before him there were the likes of Ebo Taylor, ET mensah, Osibisa, Kiki Gyan, Koji Ayivor, Emmanuel Rentzos , Potato and the multitude of Ghanaian musicians well known than him including the group of Ghanaian musicians whom he came to form company with.
All those guys were playing shows across the western world.
All these names you mentioned, none of them is known as the Legend of Afrobeat. Don't get me wrong, they may have been great but whatever they did was not marketable enough to transcend their time in the chronological pages of Afrobeat. Especially beyond Ghana over the years.
Of course before Abraham there were men.

The last time it came up...we all settled that it came from Ghana even Fela Kuti himself said it.

Sometimes you guys just need to learn to eat a humble pie 😂🤣

Nigeria need to create something by itself in music so it can stop claiming those of others.
The entire music world both highlife and Afrobeat comes from here
If Fela is the first known Afrobeat legend and not a Ghanaian, then it could not have come from Ghana.

There's almost nothing new under the sun. People get influences from everywhere. You build layers upon layers and mix stuff up to bring out something that looks unique.

Lol! He said BLACK SOUTH AFRICANS! Anybody can see it! Your rugby squad is 90% whites, from under 20 to main team.

Your tech investors are MAJORITY whites. The car you're talking about are white man thing- a zulu or khoisan can't do it.
I think the advantage to this though is that black South Africans do not need to travel to learn advanced technologies from the white man since they have them settled in South Africa.

So South African blacks (getting integrated into white businesses) still have the advantage in Africa and soon they may begin to make use of these advantages.

All you have to do is make some donations to their foundation or political parties, or support a cause and you'd be accorded certain privileges, as far as you conceal your crimes. I can go on and on with examples just to school you on this. Read about sam bankman-fried, Jeffery Epstein, ....their are so much more of such examples.

Tinubu was never invited to Obama's inauguration. Its was busted all over the media and also here on nairaland. He bought a generic ticket of USD 5k for Obama's inauguration, which is same as any individual buying a ticket for a football match or an NBA match. It's just ways that political parties-Democrats- raise money. He told a lie that he was invited, and he was busted.

Awards are gotten same way honorary degrees are gotten. Except you dont know how these things work. Just make donations to Harvard, oxford or cambridge, and see how they shower you with awards, plaques and honorary degrees. Those awards were bought by corrupt laden monies, and they are all meaningless.

For the negative FDI, yes it has more to do with Buhari's government than his. However, if his government was having a positive outlook, he would have recorded some form of inflows within these 2 months. Still nothing to show.

You are actually the one who is over delusional here. Wouldnt be surprised if all these defense where borne out of consumption of some hypnotic or psychotic substance. You feel attacked that's why the desperate need to defend balablu. Birds of same feathers...I get it

https://www.nairaland.com/7196413/tinubu-lied-obamas-invitation
Now you bring in retort from PDP in their lame attempt then to discredit Tinubu's outing. Someone we saw being celebrated by the Democrats and given several awards. Now your excuse is that he bought all the awards in America 😄😄😂.

Imagine a drug dealer buying American immigration office to enter America attending Obama's coronation for that matter without arrest and buying awards left, right, and center 😄. Even being honoured in America and called to give a speech and dedicate his book 😄😂. Drug dealer oo? Someone everyone should supposedly be running from.

Whatever the case, he was hosted by the democrats and gave a speech as his book was launched.

Admit you goofed on the FDI thing, you would not die.

Also, how do you know he hasn't attracted anything in 2 months when the calculation for this year has not been done?

Na wa oo 😂😄

Because of his narco history in the USA.

I only tried to explain to you that the nigerian president was and will always be invited to global events no matter who occupies the office. However, tinubu was obscure because of his person.

And I ask, how many investors have brought down their USD to Nigerian for investment?, none.
Except empty promises.
Gave you evidence of how we recorded first negative FDI in 33yrs, that's unprecedented.

Watch closely, the only persons, country or organisations who will invest in nigeria are those with shady and shoddy credentials, because the message recieved around the world is that this government lacks credibility. So many stains, from corruption to narcos to forgery, and so on. They are uncountable.
International media made a buffet out of it and feasted to their satisfaction. Leaders of every nation will sound political correct with the nigerian government, but when it's time for action, they will back down. It is what it is man
Your delusion is strong.

You said he is a narcotic, yet in 2012 during the coronation ceremony of Obama, he was invited by the Democrats and even given some awards by some Democrats including Jesse Jackson during the launching of Tinubu's book named "Financialism - How long shall we attempt to draw water from an empty well?".

The government is not suppose to be importing Petroleum products that it has comparative advantage in if they fail, it should not be the people that should suffer the consequences in high prices with the attendant multipler effect, besides serious countries subsidises one thing or the other for its citizens, be it health or agricultural or something beneficial for their people but here we believe we are not important to expect any benefits from government who is elected to attend to our needs to our satisfaction or be voted out
It's so pathetic, reason we always get the short end of the sticks from our leaders, they can never respect us,with these attitudes
Then why was Obi against Subsidy?
Also, all you said would have been cool if we were actually paying the subsidy and not doing things like under recovery and oil swap. It means the money was not there. Even if we should subsidise, let's subsidise only the crude oil we sell to our refineries and Dangote (when they start working) and also find ways to sell effectively to our neighbours.

Only then would subsidy make sense in our case. But at the moment, it's not feasible except state Governors decide to subsidise if they can.
