Use a VPN problem solved. There are many free VPNs in the appstore and playstore and they will work just fine. Twitter isn't restricting IP addresses, so even blacklisted IPs will work 100%. The ban is usless because of VPN just as the ban on cryptocurrency is usless because of peer to peer. Nigerian government are not smart at all.

If the ban is useless, twitter wouldn’t raised concern..

As for vpn, let them get it started. A lot of people won’t understand how vpn works until they tried using it..

Jesus christ! PayPal sees At&t USA as my network provider not glo or mtn. And vpn controls your entire internet connection not just your browser but all apps on your phone. Cashapp, PayPal, Greendot and all USA only apps I use them without any problems.

Those apps are not Banned in Nigeria, so you can sure use the App with a vpn without any problems..
