Zinicc:IPOB should go and die. Abum nwa afo ala Igbo. Unu nile bu Ndi ara |
Until we are ready to seek a solution this will continue to reoccur |
Why not clamp down on illegal foreign exchange dealers? |
One of the key problems in Nigeria's power sector is insufficient power generation linked to uncertainties in gas supply to generating stations. Wind energy will reduce the impact of gas supply inadequacies while at same time reduce the overall carbon emission produced in the country. The fact that wind speeds are significantly, higher offshore than onshore have made the offshore sector a special sector for the installation of wind turbines. Nigeria has a lot of coastal states including Lagos, Rivers, Bayelsa, Cross River and Akwa Ibom which provides a strong argument for the development of wind energy in Nigeria. Developing this sector will provide millions of jobs and boost our local manufacturing capabilities. It has the potential to significantly increas the standard of living in Nigeria. A report by the United States Energy Department has shown the current gains and future future potentials of the offshore wind market in America . 13 projects capable of yielding 6000 MW are in the final stages of completion and 12 more projects will be completed by 2020 (http://ecmweb.com/green-building/new-report-shows-domestic-offshore-wind-industry-potential) . 6000 MW is more than our highest ever generated electrical power which is about 4000MW. cc Lalastica Please put this on the front page, the right eyes might see it there. Thanks! |
Can someone teach me how to do this? |
IPOB123london:All these deranged IPOB Youth! Enyia GA cho oru, agholizina once gi |
simplycarro:And you'll pay them? |
Next we'll see is 'shouts of thank God it wasn't me'and prayers of 'it shall not be the portion of me and my family these ember months'. Everyday these containers keep falling yet no institution or body has bother to find out why this keeps happening and how to make sure it never happens again. That is the black man for you, lack of strategic thinking and inability to learn from bad experiences. Always ascribing everything to spiritual powers. I am ashamed of Nigeria |
Trading one sky daddy for another sky daddy. Religion truly damages the brain |
Religion has no place in a public school, free our young ones from religious madness |
If you don't like Bikinis don't watch pageants or go to the beach. More so you can move to Iran or Saudi Arabia, there women are always clothed. People have the right to live their lives as they so please |
See construction site no high viz jacket! Why can't we take safety of human lives seriously? |
The same old, its not our portion, Rip to the dead etc. No root cause analysis or any genuine attempt to minimise the likelihood of future occurrence. Till we really take Road safety seriously, these accidents will be regular events on Nigerian roads |
taiwolusol:Can you show me a large economy with almost 40% youth unemployment |
As long as the Nigerian youth believe it is God that gives employment, the unemployed youth in Nigeria will swell in number. Before you attack me, I am not in anyway against religion and people of faith but the reality is we need to demand more from our stupid politicians . Not allowing them polarize us into PDP and APC minions. Check countries with low unemployment, the economy of the country is diverse and growing. The major employers in Nigeria are Dangote, oil firms, Banks and say the government. How many graduates can these companies employ in a year? Let's get off our knees and demand real change from our corrupt and inept politicians. |
lokia:Azimo |
When you factor in money spent on cleaning theses schools, supply electricity, security, subscribing to journals and supplying water, you'll appreciate the fact that these schools are properly priced. I haven't even mentioned salaries of lecturers |
When I think of this Bokoharam menace, I become demoralised and my courage fails me. This is because the war on terror especially against religious fundamentalists has never been won. The Americans are still in Iraq and Afghanistan, Russians are still under threat in chechnnya from terrorists and Paskistan is still not rid of terrorism. Guns have never won terrorists |
EgunMogaji:More guns cannot solve a problem caused by poverty and unemployment |
Our leaders need to deal with unemployment, we need to declare a.state of emergency on youth unemployment and lack of development. |
tuoyoojo:Nigeria should keep waiting for foreign companies. Mtchew |
Again I am yet to see the novelty here. Why do we like celebrating mediocrity? You prototype a new technology or a significant advancement to existing technology. Quadcopters have been existing for more than a decade. Rockets and UAVs as well have been existence for far longer than a decade. What's the hype about?! |
Ndi Igbo...Biafra will not solve our problems |
Not to be a bad belle... I am yet to see the novelty here |
The truth of the matter is that the present transport model of many small buses is not sustainable. Bigger buses with designated stops will reduce lagos traffic by a great deal. The routes need to be planned with designated bus times etc The problem is that if the bigger busses are introduced. What happens to the Danfo drivers who will loose their jobs? |
majekdom2:Not yet oo my oga. |
The part that pisses me off the most is that these accidents have the same root cause. |
queenfav:I hate Nigeria |
He can start and manage his own logistics company |
The solution to robbery in Nigeria is creation of jobs |
In the UK, something like this would have cost her, her professional career but in Nigeria.... Tomorrow, the same lecturers will want students to be hones and upright |
Go and die |
