We were still in the middle of either to return double payment at the time and "no source" could vividly state clearly either to return it or not. Hello hopefuls,

There was a sitting between the House committee on public complaints and GMD Nnpc regarding the recruitment sometime last week, another one is scheduled for 11th December, 2019. What I learnt is that the committee are in support of contract staffs being adopted as permanent staffs, while the GMD gave reasons to the contrary. But this is just what I heard as it might not be the reason APL hasn’t been released yet.
