Politics › Re: Bomb-blast In Maiduguri As APC Hold Meeting by GenOrumov: 8:14pm On Feb 28, 2013
take dat: There is hardly a day bombs don't go off in Maiduguri, mostly not reported by the media, so today's is not an exception. The travelling governors and the host were aware of the risk, so nobody should assume it was staged. At least the governors still dared where others feared to tread!
warrior01: just imagine what this nonentity wrote here. you guys are just pathetic
according to what he wrote, i dont think he deserves to be called a nonentity. Isnt everyone aware of the risks associated with visiting Maiduguri except our President, C in C of our Armed Forces? If he has balls, let Jonathan also visit Maiduguri.
Politics › Re: Bomb-blast In Maiduguri As APC Hold Meeting by GenOrumov: 8:08pm On Feb 28, 2013
dougivilla: this is politics taken too far. Them wan play on our emotions, enjoy our sympathy. Why was not a single APC member wounded. U don ever hear say boko haram miss target just like that?
PDP members have been holding several meetings in the North and parading themselves all over the place, Then why havent they bombed PDP members? or have you at any time heard that Boko Haram bombed a group of politicians holding meetings? Boko Haram usually attacks our Military, Police force and innocent citizens. They are cowards. They should attack out politicians starting from PDP members then we will know that they are serious.

kenis: What kind of fucckery is this. I'm really shaking my head on the comments. These goes to show that yorubas don't know zilch about Nigeria.

For Gods sake there have been street light in other states for a long time. So, if we have to vote a governor for putting on street light Fashola we have to wait until after the likes of Chime, Imoke/Duke, Akpabio, etc. Lighting the street is good but the way you guy adore Fash over nothing is alarming.
This is not an ordinary highway but a 10 lane expressway and not a 2 lane road. I guess you haven't crashed your car into kerbs or haven't been robbed on a road just because the road isn't lit up.
Politics › Re: Streetlights At Jibowu To Maryland Underpass On Ikorodu Road. Pics by GenOrumov: 7:42pm On Feb 26, 2013
Driving on our highways without streets lights has been hell. I remember during Eko 2012 games the lights were switched on throughout the competition but immediately the games ended, they suddenly went back off. I hope this stays forever and vandals don't tamper with it. Anybody that intentionally vandalizes it, vandalizes his/her her life. And please install cameras too. I was a victim of armed robbers last year.

Lathunjimi: Nice Wetin? the first 17 points makes sense for PASTAS only but the 18th one spoilt it all 'cos I'm AFRICAN & PROUD so don't deny me of the ecstactic feeling in eating my African dishes i.e Tuwo Shinkafa, Semo, Wheat, Eba & others with my bare hands..... :-)
jmoore: Use fork and knife when eating Garri and Okro soup?

Those that don't have western friends? what's their option
Pls don't crucify us that use fork to eat solid foods e.g eba, amala, tuwo, semo etc
I started using fork to eat these foods at a tender age because I have kept long nails since primary school. I use a fork in order not to ingest germs with my food. Using FORK TO EAT SOLID FOODS IS A WAY OF LIFE FOR ME AND NOT FORMING!
Food › Re: 18 Basic Dinning Etiquette by GenOrumov: 7:27pm On Feb 24, 2013
sexy glow: 8. Hold the knife in your right hand, and fork – in your left hand.
And what hand should left handed people use in holding their knives?
Was at a restaurant with my girlfriend on valentine's day and because she is left handed she couldn't use the knife in her right hand. So as not to break that rule i had to help her out but after a while I got tired of helping her cut her food into tiny bits and I had to encourage her to use the knife in her left hand not minding anybody that says we have committed a faux pas.

We all know that NFF haven't been taking care of our ex-players but let us know this, our help doesn't lie in the hands of someone else but ours. Nothing stops these players from investing the money they are able to make in their playing days. Nothing lasts forever. People will teach and help you spend your money but Nobody will teach you how to save your money. These players should be wise and make good use of their money while its rolling in.

Politics › Re: Death Penalty Approved For Terrorists In Nigeria by GenOrumov: 2:47pm On Feb 21, 2013
I propose they add Piracy and Illegal Oil bunkering in addition to Kidnapping as offences that should carry the death sentence. Piracy because in most cases they kill those they take as hostages and illegal oil bunkering, because they have no regard for their own lives because the pipelines they destroy could therefore go up in flames thereby endangering their lives, the lives of those habitating around the pipelines and they also destroy the ecosystem.
Politics › Re: Confused Fashola Paid USD500000 For Kim Kardashian & Nobody's Talking? by GenOrumov: 2:33pm On Feb 21, 2013
I believe the the so called yemojanews and op are intelligent enough to know that they have to provide us with evidence and facts that Fashola was indeed associated with Kim's visit to Lagos before they feed us this shit. If they can't do that, they should be sent to a male prison yard to be molested by the inmates.

RIP ESIRI, YOUR ROLE IN THINGS FALL APART REMAINS MY BEST MEMORY ABOUT YOUR PERSONALITY
Quit the conspiracy theorem and face the real facts of life.

Laila Ikeji: Gosh, am in tears. What's happening this year?
Death is expected but its just that we don't know when. So don't be suprised people die every minute, its just that you're not aware because you don't know them or didn't hear about them. RIP to all the departed souls. The most important thing is to do good always because I could be next, you could be next and every other person could be next.

Politics › Re: APC Will Displace PDP - TB Joshua by GenOrumov:
Read his statement again. He said ' new party APC will knock out PDP IF they are able to unite and
work against those sent IN by PDP.' This is how APC can ensure that PDP moles don't infiltrate their ranks -
1. They shouldn't let LP, APGA and other parties that have supported PDP in the past join the merger. Okorocha and his faction must be told to decamp from APGA first and foremost before joining APC. They don't need the baggage and court cases that part of APGA will bring into the party.
2. They shouldn't accomodate PDP Governors and Senators from the South East and South South.
3. PDP Governors and Senators from NE, NC and NW who are in their second terms and who wish to join the party may be allowed to join the party but must not be allowed to run for any elective position on their platform. What they are going to be needed for is their structure and support base in their respective states so as to wrest power from PDP.
4. APC need moles in PDP also. They should try to woo Aminu Tambuwal into their fold. He has shown that he his independent minded. He has dared the PDP leadership a number of times.

Served some years in Plateau state back wen allowee was 9775. First 6 months, I was away from my state of posting but returned 6 months to the end of nysc. My place of primary assignment didn't give me a dime so I was forced to live on just nysc allowance. Anytime I collected my allowance, I will rush to Oasis bakery to have some yummy cakes and Farm Fresh yoghurt. In the 1st week all is fine, in the 2nd week I'm still okay, in the 3rd week I'm holding on and in the last week, I'm trying hard to stay alive. I so much suffered during that period. Now that its 19800, you shouldn't experience what I experienced.

I'm confused here. He seriously dissected Prof. This is what happens to bigots.

yabadabado: what i have learnt from the Igbo way... is when people keep on saying u are the smartest...my brother go 4 brain examination..u cant be asking 4 Igbo presido.. and be dancing ibiri oh ibiri 4 jonathan back.
i hear Igbo people say the don't follow or have leaders...and i always laugh. no society in history has been able to progress without organization, u must have a leader.
The Ibiri oh Ibiri got me laughing. Ibiri oh indeed!

honor2011: Well said bro! Igbos are their own worst enemies! Our igbo brothers seem to be full of contradictions. On the one hand they desperately want to become the president of Nigeria, and on the other hand the also desperately want to "balkanise" the country. How could you want to assume the president of a country that you do not believe in. Their contradictory position will never get them any where. Most of us who believe in the continued existence of the country are always wary about what an Igbo man will do to that continued existence of Nigeria should he ever become the president of Nigeria.
Exactly the same reasons why I will not vote for an igbo. They used their own hands to bring this upon themselves but with the forming of APC led Tinubu and Buhari, I don't mind voting for them if that will take power from PDP. I understand our fears but I'm not afraid of them becoming President under APC. Do you know why? Buhari and Tinubu are also aware of our fears but they will put them in check. Tinubu is the best strategist and politician that Nigeria has at the moment. From the South West, South East, South South, North Central, North East and North West; nobody can match him. I'm ready to put my political interests in Tinubu's hands and go to sleep and when I wake, we are still in power. Even if the President comes from South East, we will rule them so far Tinubu is there. Chikena..

Why do you think we men loot? Its because of our wives demands. They pressurise us into getting them all the good things of life. Now wonder what they will do when they get there. Let me ask you again, have you ever had a boss that was a woman? Most Women that are in top positions are too straight, proud, bossy, over bearing all in the name of due process. They don't realize that there is politics in all areas of life. They don't know when to start nor stop things. They don't know when to let go nor take things up. Even in my house, I wish you can hear the acts my sisters and mother say they will perpetrate if they ever find themselves in a political position. You can't help but agree with me that our women are not ready to lead this country out of the situation we find ourselves in. Many Nigerian woman don't dress, talk nor act decently. Many nigerian women can't manage their homes properly, how do you now expect them to manage an entity called NIGERIA where the rot is at an alarming level? In no time, they will throw caution to the wind and join the looting party. Just take a look outside and you will understand what I'm talking about.
