What that means it failure ab-initio. You can't import facts where none exists. Writing KCC to say you mistakenly added a child which didn't exist at the time of application and under the circumstances described is sufficient grounds for denial. Well if they have the cash to spear, let them give it a push.

Getting a call log from any network isn't difficult. If you have your numbers registered and a valid means of identification, you may freely apply specifying the phone number for which correspondence is sought.
I can see how much you love this girl. If your intentions are genuine and you are sure no scam is intended, put the process thru prayers. God who instituted marriage will honour your genuine intentions. I am a believer in the power of prayers and logical reasoning.

I need to ask you the following questions:

1. Do you have documented photos of your courtship?
2. Can you get a call log from your network as proof of telephone correspondence between you both over a long period of time?
3. can you provide email exchanges between you both especially if you live in different cities?

If your answer to all these is yes, please you may proceed with your wedding. Even the American Government presupposes that single applicants may choose to marry and travel with their spouses even after being selected for further processing. Pls do not send any documents to KCC. Reserve documents for embassy interview. Goodluck dear.

It's better she sticks to eligibility thru education. 5 credit is good to go. Since this is her highest education qualification, I pray the 5 credits include at least Maths or English.

What of a corresponding death certificate to that effect? What of the usual investigations the embassy do run to verify claims? Caution him to thread carefully. Any lies could have overwhelming consequences.

You may marry if you wish but be sure the union will go thru rigorous scrutiny to be sure it's not fictitious. Go thru the whole thread and gain useful insight on the necessary documentations and preparations necessary before your interview. Goodluck bro.

If you study law in a country with a different legal system than the US you can still become a lawyer, but the process is longer.

If you have a legal education from the proper country, you can sit for the bar exam in almost every US state (Louisiana is different) and become a lawyer with no problem. You do not need to be a US citizen to practice law as long as you meet the other requirements of that state.

There is no "national" bar exam to take so keep that in mind. Every state has it's own licensing requirements. A license in one state will usually transfer to other states but it's not automatic. If you want to practice in New York and practice law there, you can't go to Los Angeles and try cases without going through the California bar.

Yourself, International passport, med result, birth cert, school certificates, proof of qualifying work experience if proving eligibility via work experience, police report, if an ex-con court and prison records, marriage cert if married, the selectee notification letter, interview notification letter, 2 passport photos, military record if in the military, Marriage termination documentation if a divorcee, $330 visa fee, and any other supporting documents not expressly mentioned here. Keep the photocopies neatly in place.

That's too bad. You can only add a new arrival, that is a new born child who was not born at the time of application or a spouse for those who applied as single but now married. Any new additions other these result in outright denial. So sowie!
