I have a certificate in Human resoures mngt and I am a certified HR professional here in Toronto, My question is, whats the market like in Nigeria, I'd say right now, in respect to HR professionals and do I need to go thru some conversion before I could work as an HR professional or is it relative to companies??

I wouldnt even hesitate to suggest he take the engineering job. Like you said, thats his passion, thats where he sees his career grow. The bank offer does sound good but if what I am familiar with, most jobs place you on 3 months or longer probation. I am pretty sure if he doesnt meet the quota set by the bank at the end of the 3 months, I bet someone will have a story to tell.
