How can atheists be discussing about "humanity"?
This is a serious anomaly!
Do these folks know what atheism is sef? Care to educate us? |

naijadeyhia: You responded to someones post. You have not seen or heard the persons voice before but you responded to his post....are you talking to yourself? In his instance, there is evidence of a dialogue (you post a comment, I respond and vice versa), but a prayer? A prayer is essentially a monologue; all the participant ever does is siloloquise. |

While what the little boy is doing is beautiful and impressive and commendable, herding just isn't it in today's world. There are many more like him who are denied of basic formal education because of normadism - an injustice in today's world. |

KevinDein: what's the point in being so educated and writing so many books when you can put it in practice and better the lots of the average man? Ekiti, for example, claims to have professors in almost every home yet their standard of living is probably among the lowest in the country. Mazi, what exactly do you understand by "standard of living"? Ekiti has one of the lowest poverty rate in this country, lowest HIV prevalence, second on the school enrolment index, etc. |

Basically, what people tag as 'supernatural' is what they cannot, at that moment, explain. There are also times when certain stuffs are considered to be supernatural because people consider them too beautiful/wonderful - sunrise and sunset, for example. ... |

Imagine the dude always putting his pix on every stuff in the State.
Last year I visited Awka Government House and to my surprise I saw about 55% of the staff wearing clothes that has his picture on, as if that wasn't enough, I also saw an inscription "Willie is working" on a flyover.
The fact is he personalises every of his achievements like a super celebrity. That is exactly the same thing Kwakwanso did as Kano State governor, branding every project executed by his government 'kwakwansiyya'. So not impressive! |

While I am disappointed with the performance of the Buhari-led administration's Economic Management Team so far, Audu Ogbeh's threat to those fertiliser producers is something I very much welcome. A serious country like China or Singapore would've done the same. You can't be exporting the little we produce when the demand is there in the local market, especially with a product like fertiliser. In order to attain food sufficiency, the government must keep its head straight. Free market capitalist principles my foot! |
