Reminds me of the story a friend told me of a time when he had to attend a conference in France. He didn't get a direct flight to France that day, so he opted for the only option on the table - a stopover in Italy. Seeing as all the other classes had been booked, he had to go for a first class ticket. On arriving at the airport in Italy (can't remember the exact one now, was so 'fascinated' by the story when he was telling it), he was the only one that was told to step aside seeing as he was the only black guy alighting from the first class section. That was the end of his journey that time, he was deported back to Nigeria right from the airport.
