Wetin Really Happen for US (1993)
Back in 1993 for Chicago, US, tax agency (IRS) and drug enforcement agency (DEA) hold bank accounts linked to Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Summary: The court hold say forfeiture of money for civil case no be the same thing as criminal conviction for court, plus the matter don pass 10 years — na why dem no disqualify am.
