Permit me go straight to the point. So I've been praying to God earnestly, with tears since I was 25. Up till now that I'm clocking 30 years this month. It seems God doesn't want to answer my prayers to bless me with my husband.

I have fasted, prayed, cried, sowed seeds, join others to celebrate, sow seed in theirs and yet I'm still not taken seriously.

Honestly, I've begin to lose faith many times and already planning to be a baby mama as soon as I earn more money.

Before the age of 24, I wasn't thinking about marriage. I majorly wanted to be done with school and get a job because I do not want to be a liability to my husband. The whole thing though, there were no serious suitors , but I wasn't worried. I had a boyfriend then of 3 years but I knew we wouldn't end up together because he was too focused on being an Activist, his communication became poor. No matter how I complained about it.

I started to become afraid when I clocked 25 and saw that most of my friends were engaged. It dawned on me that no serious man is seeing me. I believe I am pretty , doesn't dress extravagantly and not materialistic. Infact the other guy I was hoping we would be serious together told me he doesn't have money for marriage, I told him money will come but he insisted he couldn't start a relationship with me. This was when I was 25. At 26 , 27 up till 28, the same reasons I heard.

What exactly is wrong with me?

Finally at 28, I met my current bf. He seemed very serious and into me until I started to dream about marriage and started to talk to him about it. Today we had serious quarrels, he broke up with me just because I wasn't happy with him that he didn't try to greet my mum on her birthday. I thought he was taking things serious after telling me at the beginning of this year that we would have our court wedding this year. He told me he's not ready for any marriage anytime soon, that he can link me with his friend if i still want to marry this year. We have resolved the issue , but I'm not sure I love him anymore. I'm just rolling with it.


I'm clocking 30 years this month and feeling so much like an evening newspaper.

I'm just here feeling bad and dejected. Why does it take so long for God to show me mercy?

I'm somehow regretting not joining my female friends in double dating and then go with who's more serious.

Not one, not two or 3 of my friends did this same thing and they are now all married.

Honestly, I feel so much like a loser. I guess I may eventually just try to get kids of my own once I earn more money.

I feel depressed whenever I see couples together. I've had to rub away from my sanitation group in church because of a particular young couple in my department that I'm beginning to get jealous of. Like , will this ever be me?

I've been attending couples seminar since 2021 and northing yet. Is this how another 5 more years will add to my life and everyone will officially be calling me evening newspaper.

I've told my family to not judge me when I find a way to have my own children cos I'm tired of crying to them and they shouldn't ask me where is my man.

If there's any prophet amongst you. I'd really appreciate a word of prayer. Seems God doesn't care of my feelings.

I love being alone. I like to enjoy my privacy and meditate about my life. I love thinking abt my myself my present life nd the future. In my alone times i like to learn new stuff or skill to improve my life. Tins like reading abt stuff online or reading books. Somtimes my privacy involves me watching television. The tin is, i enjoy my privacy alot.

I love going out too. Am a talkative in the midst of friends. But lemme give u some hints on how i talk. I love jokes so much. So i can joke all day as far u are in the mood to joke too. I talk abt serious matters too. tins like advicing nd the rest. But one tin u will not catch me doing is talking out of point. Yes u got me right. If i am joking with u and u talking senseless tins that can never be seen as a joke, i will stop that joke. If we are talking serious matter and you talkin senseless tins, i will leave u.

So dat is just me. I will say am an introvert nd extrovert. Because sometimes i can be very loud nd sometimes just leave me to enjoy my space. lol

He is a fraud who is always trying hard to mimic Wolf Blitzer and Richard Quest of CNN all at once in his Politics Today show but still can't measure up. He is not real at all. There are many financial facilities you can enjoy in US. Banks will be offering you with loans and credit facilities once you have a good credit score...It's automatic. Many people make it big through this route, couple with their works. Some Nigerians have low self-esteem and look down on others making it. You don't travel abroad and hope to make money while sleeping. I only sleep 5 hours in a day, the rest na work and driving. Not easy, but you make your money. You work well, have good business and stay out of trouble...you are good to go. Once I am on vacation in naija I enjoy my life to the fullest. Back to US, na work, work and work. That's life.

You sleep five hours in 24 hours and you are really proud of that.

Do you hope to live real long after making the whole money in the world. Have you considered what inadequate sleep could do to your health on a long term risk?

Thank you. Our marriage is based on love, shared values and shared goals and vision for our life and our family. To think that if this is the end, none of that will happen is painful. Our marriage is based on anything but convenience. I literally have things up to move here and to be in our dynamic. We live nice but there is no big amounts of money. Our families get along, fine.

Don't mind those regretting. Believe you me, passing through higher institution improves one's intellectual capacity.

Have you had any encounter with those that didn't go to school but in a position of authority probably due to experience gained over the years but no certificate. You will understand that going to school is very important.

They have complex issues, very low reasoning capability and difficult to work with.

If you have not experienced this in a professional setting, you won't understand the importance of education. It's not just about the certificate

I served in Lagos during Tinubu tenure. Lagos was already fully developed before him. Even when I was in the university visiting Lagos before he became governor, Lagos was already a standard town.

In my profession, there are certain skills I still keep to myself. I've instructed in several training sessions and lots of people say I'm a good instructor but I still manage to keep those skills private because I acquired them privately.

I know no one is indispensable but giving them away in a platter will take away the little leverage I still manage to have over some issues.

Learn from your mistakes and good luck.

I see people that hide their skills as complex and pessimistic people.

The more you bring people up, the more you climb.

Especially if you are in a company that uses a standard procedure.

There is nothing wrong bringing people up to speed of the procedure. Anything on the contrary is wickedness and hoarding of information.

You can only bring up someone on top of a very high fence when you are at the top of the fence and the person jumps up to be brought up.
