Picked a rider from Charlie Boy, Gbagada, going to VI @N4,900, 26 mins drive.
Just to leave that spot, I drove not up to 100m and confirmed to her that this destination is in VI... Omoh, she said no oooh. That it's Ilupeju she's going. Omoh, inside my mind, I was like WTF! This is my first trip nah.
And she was so specific with the address street name in VI ooh.
She suggested canceling and re-order, I told her if we cancel or not, indrive already removed their commission from my account the very moment I 'picked' her order and she accepted.
She asked how much, told her they removed 850 for that trip already, she then re-order and it showed 1.7k on the app. Omoh, I vex say which kind mumu thing be this on my 1st trip.
I just take am like that and took her to Ilupeju and she paid 2.6k. I just accepted my fate like that.

I think they are Experimenting not confused, the suspension of Acceptance rate has got me back fully working on their platform, and alot of drivers are gradually coming fully back on their platform. By the time they get so many complaints about the fixed price they will look for way to tweak it make it better. Competition from Indrive is really making them to ease alot of things

@the bold; I never knew bolt had done this. They're on the right track with that.
The introduction of acceptance rate and driver score was actually the reason drivers started complaining, cos it increased the blocking of drivers and forcing drivers to accept unpleasant rides.
If they had heeded to drivers' complaints from that period, they won't be in this mess they found themselves (put themselves, rather).
Drivers are the 'soul' of their company. They should take that.

They pay a % for an item, I sort the balance and their repayment period na 3 months, and I have got 3 people already.
I want to see the outcome first. Still test-running it.
I still dey the rudimentary stage. You know, they say a forest starts from grass. I've not got the ground yet, but definitely, will be moving.

195/65/15 too small. 15" rim is not vey good for this Nigeria roads, except is covered with 70' profile (vertical height) tyre.
Upgrade to 205/65/16.
I don't think that car leg space can take beyond that self.
So, with 205/65/16, you would appreciate the difference.

They're trying to satisfy riders by fixing the price for them, whereas, it's not favouring drivers who are the 'soul' of the business.
Indrive is giving bolt sleepless night and imagine someone suffering from insomnia for 3 days wey dey try to solve physics, shey him no go work down rubbish like this?

BTW, Before I joined e-hailing, I dey work with one company that deals in house hold appliances, so, I detached myself after many years of working with them and felt I can also establish myself for that business since I know the in-and-out of it.
