Do the hotels actually get back to you? and like how long does it usually take for you to hear from them? You have to go there and try to see the HR, not submit CV oh. Find walk in interviews. Because hotels will prefer to employ Arabic or Hindu speaking people by default. But maybe seeing you in person might put some added pressure or promise.
