Fellow Nigerians, it is a pity, we do not even understand what God has bestowed upon us. We do not understand that This land is flowing with milk and honey.
All things being equal or if the economy situation is normal, we are suppose to be supplying foods to at least 20 nations.
It is a pity. God will have mercy on us.

and looking at this verse critically is talking about the kingdom of God, yes is by grace we will make it to heaven, but before that grace will speak brother there must be contention on our side to fight against every sin, violently without piety of any thing or any one. why are we discussing this topic? Vesna Vulovic: The Stewardess Who Survived a terrorist
attack at 33,000 feet.
On January 26, 1972, a Yugoslav Airlines DC-9 departed
from Copenhagen for Belgrade (via Zagreb) with 28
passengers and crew. At an altitude of 33,000 feet, a
bomb in the cargo section, planted by the Ustashe
Croatian separatist group, exploded. The plane
disintegrated and crashed on the mountains.
In what must be one of the greatest survival stories of
all time, stewardess Vesna Vulovic survived the 33,000
foot descent sitting on the tail of the plane.
22 year old Vulovic wasn't even supposed to be on that
plane. As she later stated in an interview, it was another
Vesna who was supposed to be on that flight, but she
was happy with the mix-up as it allowed her to make
her first trip to Denmark. She ended up with a fractured
skull, two broken legs, and three broken vertebrae - one
of which was crushed and left her paralyzed from the
waist down.
Vulovic spent several months in and out of hospitals;
operations allowed her to walk again. She became a
celebrity when the Guinness Book of World Records
invited her to a ceremony in London with Paul
McCartney. She is listed for surviving the longest fall
without a parachute. Vulovic is now a national hero in
Serbia and spent the late 90s marching in Belgrade

ayoku777: I understand you too well, brother. I know what it means to have an insatiable hunger for an uncommon intimacy with God. It makes you tarry and tarry and beseech and beseech.
You feel tired but you've reached a point where giving up is now worse than death.
Other christians look at you like a fanatic, or even call you proud and presumptuous to ever think that kind of intimacy can be possible.
It gets to a point where your only encouragement is the word of God and the inner witness of the Spirit nudging you on. But you know what God has shown you and you are ready to contend till you possess.
Be encouraged!
What will be rewarding must first be demanding.
Pain is the test of passion, and perseverance is the proof.
Endurance is the proof of esteem, what you esteem you endure for.

Brethren, you must fast, it is not only because of your flesh, you must fast to deal with your unknown spiritual battles that you have inherited from your parent. We came from different roots or background, your parent might have served idol, your ancestors might have worshipped snake, they might have killed a day old baby to make charms. Many terrible dirty things might have happened, long time ago, that you do not even know anything about, the black man foundation is shrouded in the mystery of idolatry. Psalm 11:3 " when the foundation is destroyed what can the righteous do?"
There is only one option left for the righteous. Fasting. Real fasting. Dry fasting. No food, no water until after 3 days, you can drink water and continue.
Matthew 17: 21 " Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting" it means that there are differnt kind of battle, some with one prayer point, they vanish, some two days fasting, the battle is over, some 3 days, 4 days, 7 days, while some battles may need an extraordinary annointing from an annointed man of God to break the yoke when you do not even have the strenght to fast.
Fasting destroys canality and creates self control, it enables you to think, calm, to understand spiritual things. It makes you to grow spiritually, and also hear the voice of God. It is through
fasting that any organ of your body can be re-created. The truth is, this generation may not fully utilized all the benefits and advantages embedded in serious fasting and prayer.
The fifth strategy is that you must as a matter of necessity honour the Lord with what you have. Bretheren, can you buy the whole year and put it into your pocket? Is it possible to buy the whole of the twelve months? Can you buy your future? The answer is yes, a big YES! When you honour the Lord with your increase, you are storing the whole of the year with good things and then you activate the law of abundant, whether you like it or not, it will flow back to you in a big way. Try it. It never fails.
Let's read some Bible verses together, Proverb 3: 5-10 " Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own undestanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Be not wise in thine own eyes: fera the Lord, and depart from evil.
It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruit of all thine increase:
So shall the barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine."
Establish the foundation of the new year on the rock by giving your first fruit offering in your church. It pays to give your money to God than to use it for uncertain business ventures.
Number six, wisdom is the principal thing, get it, buy it, do every you can to acquire wisdom.

Each year has its own uniqueness. We have 12 calendar months. January to December. Whether you like it or not, there will be a lot of challenges, you may call it any other name but that is life.
There is time for everything. God has designed and appointed various times and seasons for all things on earth including human being. There is an appointed time for the manifestation of miracle. The truth is, God's time may not always be our time. Your time may be different from mine. While my time may also be the same with another person. Time and chance happen to them all.
A wise man believed he does not know everything, so, the best thing to do is to look up to the man that knows the end from the beginning, GOD.
The first strategy is to find out if there is any word from the Lord concerning your life. Find out. Are there any prophecies concerning your life? Grab it, claim it, see it, say it and work on the fulfillment.
Are there any negative or bad prophecies concerning your life? Have you been stealing God's money? Are you a lukewarm christian? Do you want to backslide? Are you a prayerless christian? watch it, note it, change and cry for repentance to avoid danger in the new year. Do not take warnings from the Lord for granted. Is there any false prophecies? Reject it. Nulliffy it by the blood of Jesus. Pray against evil dreams and prophecies.
There may be many things for you to be done for your desired miracle to manifest. It may be just one thing. Find out.
Strategy number 2 is to be at the right place at the right time. Be consistent with your walk with God. Be faithfull in whatever you are doing for God. Do not make the mistake of not attending one important service or program organized by the church to help you out of your problem. Angels are always around to distribute gifts fifteen minutes before the program. Don't miss it. You do not know the day of your visitation. It may be that day you decided to rest at home, then the angel of God will come visiting with gifts for you. The best advice, be constant. Psalm 84:11 " For the Lord God will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withold from them that walk uprightly.
The third strategy is to go out and carry out the greatest assignment, Soulwinning, Evangelism, and Church planting. Anything you are doing in the house of God must be focused on soulwinning, usher, chorister, prayer warrior, pastor, any job whatsoever must be directed at soulwinning. This is the only way you can touch the heart of God. It is the heartbeat of God. It is estimated that six people died every second, definitely, millions will die every month. What are you doing about it? Many of these people will go to hell. Do something about it. Share tracts, distribute flyers, organize crusade. Go out for morning cry. Go to the hospital and minister to them, visit the prison. Join the evangelism group or empower them with funds to carry out their activities. When you are doing evangelism, you are always on fire for God, you will never be tired, you are always burning for more souls to be brought into the kingdom.
Another strategy is to live a self controlled life by living a fasted life. There is no other way to say it , the way of the cross leads home, the cross is a place of slaughter, it is not a pleasant place, Paul the Apostle said, i die daily. The flesh is very stubborn, you must tame it or else, it will send you to hell.

Fulfillment or non-fulfillment is not the issue, Jesus said, watch and pray. Prophecies are not automatic, it could be changed depending on the prevailing circumstances, except some few cases that are direct and bound to happen.
Many people do not understand God, i pity them. Pls. Meditate on these two verses, it will help you one day.
1 Corinthians 13: 8-9 " Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge , it shall vanish away.
For we know in PART, and we prophecy in PART"
So, don't expect all prophecies to be fulfilled. God is sovereign. Men of God will always be Men of God. They are not God. God may decide to show them some secret, while he will postpone others till the appointed time. It depends on their relationship with God or how mature the men of God are in his presence.
Get ready to fast and pray to nullify negative prophecy by repenting and changing your evil ways. Also prepare to work and pray for the fulfillment of good prophecies.
It takes maturity to handle all prophecies, some are personal, some are for the public, some may be for the church, some may be kept secret to avoid trouble. Some prophecies can land the man of God in jail, if he is not mature enough to handle it. John the baptist gave a prophecy in the Bible, Herod's wife manipulated King Herod through her witchcraft power by using her daughter to dance to cut off the head of John the Baptist.
Prophecy is edifying, provided we worked on it to favour us and it is also dangerous, it depends on how we handle it.

My wife & I went to visit a 92yrs old woman who has raised 94 people from the dead in her life. When she came to Dalas she called me that she went to talk to me. My wife & I hurried to meet her. I asked her this question;
‘’How do you know whom to pray for to raise from the dead?’’
I told her I’ve only seen one person raised from the dead. I was called out of a deep sleep & was told that the man had died. I immediately went there & rebuked the devil & asked the Lord to restore his spirit into him & the guy came back to life. That 10 – 15yrs ago.
I said, ‘’How do you know whom to pray for?’’
She said, ‘’I never pray for the rising from the dead for anybody until I hear the voice of Jesus telling me to ‘Do it’ ‘’.
I said, ‘’What is the most magnificent one you’ve ever seen?’’
She said, ‘’That was awesome. I was right here in the Metroplex speaking in a large church & there was a woman & her 2 children that came to the meeting every night & her husband didn’t want her there. But she came anyway.’’
This is a disobedient woman girls! She should listened to her husband & stayed at home. That’s what God told her to do but she didn’t. so she came to church, brought those 2 children & that night she said, ‘’The man walked into the service & walked up & killed her & their 2 children in front of everybody. Everybody screamed & ran & Jesus spoke to me saying, ‘Go up there & put your hands on them & command them to live in My name & I will raise them from the dead. I went there, I told everybody to ‘settle down! Settle down!! I laid my hands on them & commanded them to live! The husband was still aiming his gun at them before everyone. But the mother & both kids came back to life right there & the man got saved.’’
If he didn’t get saved there you might as well give up on him. She told us about many experiences she had with God. I asked her, ‘’Where did you get this anointing, how did this happen?’’
She said, ‘’When I was a young girl, my mum & dad took me to all of Smith Wigglesworth’s meeting. I gat to know Smith Wigglesworth on 1st name basis. Just before Smith Wigglesworthdied, he called me & said, ‘God told me to pass this anointing unto you’ that’s where I gat it.’’ She’s 92 & she’s raised 94 dead people from the dead. Are you comparing yourself to them? Are you demonstrating holy than thou attitude? I don't think so. I observe that you are only telling them to change or repent based on the truth you have got from those that died and came back to life which is confirmed in the Bible. I watched Pastor Abraham, i watched sis Amure, i watched the young boy samuel or oghenetega. All their messages are almost the same, if not all. What do we do as christians? Do we fold our hands? Do we condemn their messages at the expense of Our G.O and Pastors, NO! I say a Big NO. I think what we need to do as Christians going to heaven is to call the attention of Our G.O and Pastors to all these messages from the people that died and came back to life, not only that serious christians should take it as a great responsibilty to invite them, especially the message of sis Amure on Jewelleries, which many christians are still using, up till now. Sis Amure should be invited by some G.O and some Pastors to find out about her experience in the Journey beyond. Those men of God that seem to condemn all these messages are right to say that their members should depend on the Bible alone. Yes, i support them, but my G.O, Dr. D.K olukoya called for a solemn Assembly, which i attended to warn and rebuke leaders and ministers of the danger of various sins. Even before solemn Assembly, the use of trousers and jewelleries had been banned in MFM, I do not know what other churches have done on these messages, but i believe they must have done something concerning all these messages. How do we know the truth? The Bible gave us an admonition: 1 John 4:1 " Beloved, believe not every spirit, but TRY the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this that spirt of Antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world" i may not believe all others, but i believe sis Amure's message, she has the spirit of God. Proverb 24:3-4 " Through wisdom is an house builded and by understanding it is established:
And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches."
Love may be enough if there is agape love or divine love, but wisdom, knowledge and understanding coupled with an unconditional love are highly recomended for a successful marriage.
It is possible to love somebody without having any clue about how to live with the person. I love you, i love you, i love you. Easy to say, what about committing those words into practice, it is difficult, it takes a great deal of knowledge to live together with somebody without any problem.
I believe what we call agape love or divine love is scarce, what we see around us are infatuation, emotional, love at first sight, and so on.
Love is not enough. Knowledge is not enough too, i think we need the two.

Joagbaje: Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth 3 John 1:2.
Many have only thought of prosperity in terms of money or the multiplication of material possessions, but prosperity is first an ability. Material possessions or finances are often the most common symbols or indications of prosperity, which is why many equate prosperity with money; but it’s beyond money.
Let’s review the example of Joseph in Genesis 39:2; the Bible describes him as a prosperous man:
"And the Lord was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian."
We’re told that he (Joseph) made his master, Potiphar, to prosper, to the extent that Potiphar made Joseph overseer of all that he had:
"…the Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; and the blessing of the Lord was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field. And he left all that he had in Joseph’s hand…" Genesis 39:5-6.
Even after he was falsely accused and sent to prison, the Bible says that Joseph was still prosperous. He was put in charge of the prisoners and the Lord made him successful in all that he did (Genesis 39:22- 23). You can be "in prison," and be prosperous. You can be working for somebody or an organization, and be the reason for their prosperity. Consider Jacob: the Bible says he made Laban to prosper. In Genesis 30:27, Laban testified of this to Jacob and said,
"…I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake."
Much more than the acquisition of material possessions, prosperity is the ability to help others prosper! It’s the ability to do what you want to do, go where you want to go, and be whatever you want to be to the glory of Christ! It’s the ability to please God, and walk with the Spirit, and have His glory manifested in your life! It’s the Spirit of dominion at work in your life as a child of God.
You’ve been empowered by God, not just to prosper spiritually, mentally, physically and materially, but also to make others prosperous. it may be the reason for the failure of some banks in Nigeria. @Joagbaje, God bless you for this post. 66. My head henceforth you will only attract good things are meant for my life consciously or unconsciously in the name of the Lord Jesus.
67. My lamp keep burning and never allow anything that can put you off in the name of the Lord Jesus.
68. Pour your grace upon me for my antennae to receive all information meant for my success correctly and to put it to use effectively in the year 2014 in the name of the Lord Jesus.
69. And I receive grace and wisdom to rightly apply it all.
70. Lord by this time of next year let me look back and be grateful to you in ALL aspect of my life. |
