God instituted marriage in Genesis 2:18 so the above verses you quoted do not mean God nullified what he created.
Matthew 10:34-38 do not mean that there should not be a christian home, these verses refer to when someone in the family, daughter or mother accepted Christ and the father or the mother persecuted the daughter for accepting Christ, this kind of situation exists mostly in the muslim family. That's the sword, Jesus said.

This killings reminds of a revelation/ encounter a brother in Christ had with JESUS, which was sent to me some few days ago on the Need for all Believers to pray!

STRICT ORDER FROM GOD TO All NIGERIAN CHRISTIAN PRAYER WARRIORS

I had finished my prayer and was making some topical research. Suddenly, I heard the sound of footsteps and when I looked up, behold, the bearers of the footsteps were Jesus Christ Our Saviour and two angels. Three of them were on white garments, and except Jesus Christ, the two angels had wings and swords. Fear gripped me because that was almost the same way Jesus Christ came to me on 21st June 2012 and told me that my room was malodorous but the difference between the previous one and present one was that the previous experience took place in Aba at 2:57am on 21st day of June 2012 while present encounter happened at our camp ground in Imo State at 6:15am on this day, Wednesday 25th May, 2022. I was able to know the time of this encounter with the help of a big wall clock in my sitting room.

As I was shivering in fear of the sudden physical appearance of the three visitors - I mean physically and not in dream, trance or revelation, Jesus Christ said to me, "Son, peace be unto you. Do not be afraid, I am your Master Jesus Christ and these two angels are the angels who followed me to some places in the Northern States of Nigeria to protect the faithful christians there from the attacks of their enemies who came to kill them. We went to save their lives for being faithful to God and to show them that God still remains faithful to those who are faithful to Him".

"Son", Jesus Christ called me and said, "last year I came to you and told you that God said that all Christians should pray to stop war from coming to Nigeria, and they prayed although not all the people did the prayer and some who did the prayer didn't do it faithfully but because of those who did the prayer faithfully, God averted the war to Russia and Ukraine just for the sake of his beloved ones in Nigeria. It is not that there are no God-fearing people in those nations but God chooses who He would show His mercy. Remember God loved Jacob and hated Esau, but are they not born by the same father, Isaac? God chooses what to do and how He wants His things done. He is above questions", Jesus Christ added.

Furthermore, Jesus Christ said, "Son, God send me, to tell you and all the Christians to embark on 120 days prayer and fasting like they did last year, 2021. The prayer should start from the 1st day of June and stop on the 28th day of September all in 2022. The time of the prayer and fasting for each day is 6am to 3pm for general and those who know that they are prayer warriors should go beyond the 6am to 3pm fasting and prayer to any length they can, each day but it must still be as their strengths can carry them each day. They can do it individually, in groups or in their churches. The Bible topics, the Bible passages, and prayer points for each day shall be give to them personally by the Holy Spirit. The focus of the prayer is that God should stop the bloodshed and destruction, and bring peace and safety in Nigeria. God is ready to shake Nigeria with His power and prove to all human that He is God and not man because He has lifted up His sword against His enemies but He wants His people to move Him into action by being obedience to the order He has given. He wants His people to do their parts by praying and fasting while He will finish the rest", Jesus Christ said.

He continued further, "bloodshed Nigeria has reached the throne of God and the blood of the innocents who were killed in Nigeria are crying for vengeance. There is going to be a 'shaking' in Nigeria if christians will obediently do the prayer and fasting because it is time for God's vengeance. The prayer will affect a lot of people in Nigeria and it will expose a lot of hidden things. More so, the prayer and fasting will bring celebration at last. Then 29th day of September to 1st day of October 2022 shall be days of praises to God", He concluded.

Pls there no exaggeration or fallacy in the above message. It is absolutely genuine and accurate. If there is, I wouldn't have enclosed my contact therein. Our only strong weapons are our knees. The longer they last on the floor of prayer, the more powerful we become. Prayer is our defensive proofs, it has no spiritual restriction. It can reach the unreached. Therefore, let's obediently do it together for our benefits and the benefits of our generations. Let us be strong and courageous for God is with us to grant victory and peace in Jesus' name, amen.

Topic: 40 SIGNS THAT YOU ARE A SHALLOW CHRISTIAN 2
Text: Matthew 7:21-23

Last week I began to explain to you the difference between knowing the ways of God and the acts of God. And I began to define to you what it means to be shallow; not strong, not deep, superficial. You are just there but no deep work in your life.

We began to look at signs of shallowness and once you can detect just one of these signs that you are a shallow christian, you really should pray very hard.

SIGNS OF A SHALLOW CHRISTIAN.
As we discussed last week:
1. Poverty of the knowledge of the scriptures.
2. Inability to quote scriptures.
3. Low prayer stamina.
4. Inability to lead others to Christ after being a Christian for up to 2 years.
5. Lack of interest in reading christian books or listening to messages.
6. Lack of desire to worship God.
7. Ceremonial attendance to church.

And so we move on today:
8. Lack of quiet time: you do not have any time in the day when you are alone with God. You do not do quiet time in the morning before going out, neither do you do any quiet time before you sleep. You see, it is during your quiet time that you develop the most important relationship in life, because it is during that quiet time you move close to God and read the most important book in the world which is the Bible.

It is during that quiet time you have an opportunity to draw close to God. It makes you grow in the power and in the knowledge of God. Quiet time will increase your knowledge with God and will make you to experience the presence of God. It is a daily affair; it is not something you miss. The best time for it is in the mornings, before you get clouded with the affairs of the day. Are you here and in the morning you do not do quiet time? Or you do lame quiet time? Or you do emergency quiet time (maybe when you have a bad dream)?

It is a sign that you are not growing. It is a sign that you are shallow. If you can walk out of the house in the morning without that quiet time, something within you is confident to go out, it shows that you are very shallow. It is an evidence of shallowness.

Beloveth, the scarcity of the power of God in any generation is not the fault of God. It is due to the unavailability of usable men and women. You are as close to God as you want to be. For you to be a warrior, a champion, an Eagle in the market place or at work, quiet time is highly essential.

When you get up, do some praises and worship, pray some prayers, take your Bible, read some portions of scripture or follow any devotional that you have, pray for the day, then be quiet before the Lord; incase He has instructions for you for that day. That is essential everyday before you start moving about. It is at the quiet time that God will talk to some people about their day. Are you a quiet time defaulter? Then, you are a shallow christian. Can you raise up your right hand where you are and say this if you love your destiny:

� Spiritual shallowness, get out of my life, in the name of Jesus.

9. When you only call on God when you are in trouble or when you are in need: You are a shallow christian if you are like that.
10. You are a shallow christian when you do not share your faith with unbelievers as we were taught this morning. It is evidence of shallowness.
11. When you pick and choose what you desire to follow from the Bible. You just pick what is convenient for you; whereas God does not want you to do what is convenient for you, He wants you to do what is commanded. There is a difference between what is convenient and what is commanded.

12. When you continue to live in habitual sin: the sin has become a habit. You are finding it difficult to break free from it.

13. When you do not think about eternity at all, you only think about this present life which will soon fade away with everything in it. The Bible says "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up."

He said "since you know that all these things will be burnt with fire, all these materials and houses and money are raw materials for fire, what manner of man ought you to be, in holiness and righteousness?" If you just think about this current life alone and you forget about eternity, then you are a shallow christian. No matter how long you live on here, eternity is longer. It is a sign of shallowness when you do not sit down to think "where will I spend eternity?"

14. When you are scared of men more than God: You fear men more than you fear God. And so because it is your boss in the office you want to do what he wants when God has asked you not to do it.
15. When you avoid sermons or books that talk about consequences of sin and hell fire. It is a sign of shallowness.
16. When people cannot differentiate you from the world. The Bible says we are "peculiar people". Another word for peculiar is strange. Believers do not and cannot fit into the world. They looked at the apostles and the Bible says "They perceived that they had been with Jesus". When people cannot differentiate the way you dress and look from the world people look, you are shallow, and that is why the enemy finds it easy to be attacking you; because every time you are presenting a ladder of attack. There is a difference between being beautiful and being holy.

There is a difference between you trying to satisfy people with the way you look and trying to satisfy God with the way you look. There must be a clear divide when you see people going to church and people going to disco parties. You must be able to say "these are children of God" and "these are children of the world". But things are becoming difficult now. A lot of worldliness has crept into the church and because of that, the power level has dropped. Are you in this church and the way you appear here is different from the way you appear outside? It means there is no depth in you, you are shallow.

17. When you do not genuinely hate sin: you do not really hate it, you are cohabiting with it, although you claim you are not participating. You are supporting it. It shows you are shallow.
18. When you claim to love God but God is not allowed to control your life. You do not ask God questions about your life. You claim to love God but He is not in charge, you are the one in charge.
19. One big sign of shallowness in Christianity is when you are giving God leftovers and tips like He is a beggar. You give him tips when you should give Him your firstfruits.
20. When you are comfortable with your spiritual slumber: you are comfortable with the way you are going around your life with powerlessness, the enemy pursuing you up and down, you are slumbering in the spirit, and you are comfortable with it. It is shallowness. You are comfortable coming to the house of God; no group, no evangelism, no house fellowship, apart from just coming, praying, take your Bible, praying and just going, as if the place is not the house of your Father. It is shallowness.
21. When you are practising self deception: you are deceiving yourself. You cannot deceive God, and you cannot deceive the devil because he is the master of deception. So at the end of the day you end up deceiving yourself.

You deceive yourself:
- when you claim to be spiritual and you are not.
- when you are praying and you are not praying.
An exercise in self deception is an act of shallowness.

22. When you are spiritually blind. You cannot see beyond your nose in the spirit realm.
23. When you are spiritually immature: your maturity level is low. You are old in age but you are a spiritual baby. You are an adult baby in the spirit realm. This is a very serious matter. It is an immature christian that will be circulating around and asking people to pray when you cannot pray yourself.
24. When you fail to use your supernatural authority that God has given to you. You do not use that authority, instead you prefer to go from prophet to prophet and person to person, running all over the place; when you have an authority you are not using.
25. When you are too lazy to fast and to pray. You are a lazy Christian.
26. When the thought of the second coming of Christ does not move you at all. When people are talking about the rapture, it does not move you at all. It is a sign of shallowness. Can you raise up your right hand again and with a voice of someone who loves their destiny, shout:

�Power of spiritual shallowness, release me now, in the name of Jesus.

27. When you love pleasures more than the things of God. If there is a choice between going for a prayer meeting and going for a party, you will attend that party. Lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God are shallow.
28. When you find it strange to weep over the lost souls of people you are seeing. You see lost souls being killed by the enemy and you do not feel pity for them.
29. When you find it easy to criticize your church and your pastor.
30. When tithing is becoming very difficult for you. You take tithing as a huge sacrifice, so difficult for you. You are a shallow christian.
31. When your sacrificial life is zero. You cannot sacrifice anything for anybody, even for the things of God, no sacrifice.
32. When you engage in gossip about people. Great people do not engage in gossip. When you engage in gossip and spreading negative information about people, it is a sign of shallowness.
33. When you talk down your church, your leaders and the people there before your children. Once you do that and they do not follow you to church, it is your fault.
34. When you forgot how to go to a place and how far God has brought you. It shows you are shallow.
35. When you are losing your focus on Christ, and you spending very long hours doing what you should not do, watching what you should not watch.
36. When you cannot point to any activity you are doing to contribute to the progress of your church. The truth has to be said, that is why I am telling you now; so you do not begin to think "why is my deliverance taking too long? Why is the devil attacking me?" It is because you are shallow.
37. When you are unable to hold a personal retreat. Instead of jumping from place to place, you camp yourself with God. You convert your bedroom to the mountain you are running to.
38. When you give up easily on faith and prayers. Any small thing and you have given up. You are tired of praying and believing. It is a sign of shallowness.
39. If you still waste your time drinking the time of worry and anxiety. If you are always worried, anxious, mumbling, grumbling, it is a sign of shallowness.
40. When you have unforgiveness or hatred against anybody. It shows you are a shallow christian.

It is important that these points are clear to you so you can know where you are and understand how God views you. He said "I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

PRAYER POINTS
[Before Message]
1. Angels of war arise, fight for me now! in the name of Jesus.
2. Fire of favour, that cannot be quenched, possess me now, in the name of Jesus.
3. Voices of darkness, crying against me, shut up, in the name of Jesus!
4. Arrows of satanic delay, fired into my hands, backfire! in the name of Jesus.
5. Serpents and Scorpions of darkness, you are liars, die, in the name of Jesus.

Topic: 40 SIGNS THAT YOU ARE A SHALLOW CHRISTIAN
Text: Matthew 7:21-23, James 4:8, Heb 5:12

For those who are heaven bound and those who are very serious about their Christian lives, they should listen to me very carefully. This is a serious matter. These are very deep scriptures worthy of serious attention. If you fall under the category of shallow christians, I want to recommend that you should make this morning a morning of revival for your life, instead of thinking you have just come for service. Nobody just ever comes for service at MFM. Every service has a purpose, an agenda.

One of the most amazing statements that Jesus ever made is "I never knew you". Matthew 7:21-23. How can the God who made a person be saying that? What a deep statement. These people were saying "I prophesy in His name. I do many wonderful works in His name." Maybe they sing in the choir. They are ushers in the church. They join prayer warriors, healing the sick but yet Jesus said "I do not know you. I never knew you". That is why these words of scripture in Psalm 103:7 makes plenty of sense this morning.

It says "He made known His ways unto Moses, but His acts unto the children of Israel". Two different things: His ways and His acts. There is a difference between knowing the ways of God and the acts of God.

His acts are those testimonies we are giving, those things we see Him doing physically, manifesting in our lives, fighting for us, giving breakthroughs, healings, deliverance. Those are all His acts. They are not His ways. His ways are completely different from that. So, knowing His acts is good but it is low level. Knowing His ways is higher.

How is it possible to know the works of God without knowing God? Shallow christians do not really know God, and God does not know them. What does it mean to be shallow? It means:
- to be a person who is not deep. You are just coming to church but you are not deep.
- to be empty.
- to be superficial.
- to just be a Christian on the surface
- to be hollow
- to be lightweight
- to be wishy-washy.
- to be retarded, light, lacking depth
- that the thing does not affect you deeply.

Meaning that it is possible to be a member of a church and keep doing service for God, and doing great things for God; but you do not know God. It is just those things you are doing that He is seeing. Coming to church a thousand times is different from having a personal interaction with the Lord. It is this personal interaction that most christians lack. God is more interested in that personal relationship than personal things we do in His name. What I am saying now is a great delusion that has deceived many.

A lot of people believe they know God because they are working for God, but No. A lot are singing, interpreting, preaching but it is different from knowing God. So, working for God is different from knowing God. There are people working for me that do not know me personally. We have many people employed by MFM globally who do not know me personally, though they can recognise me if they see me. But they do not have a personal relationship with me. Same thing with God. Do you expect God to come to you? To develop a relationship with you? Certainly not. It is you and I who will decide to draw near to God.

This is naked truth which must be told. You are as close to God as you wish to be. If you want to be closer, you will be closer. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. But if you stay far away from God, He will move farther away from you. Taking a picture with a great man does not mean you know him. Knowing about someone is different from knowing them. A lot of people can recognise you and know about you, but they do not know you. The tragedy of the generation in which we are now, is that many christians are loud, noisy, proud but just a little depth in them; they are not deep.

What Are the Signs of a Shallow Christian?
I will tell you and explain to you one by one. I want to plead with you and recommend that if you fall into any of the categories, take action and pray it out of your life. Do not bother about what they are calling you. They can call you a great apostle, senior pastor, general pastor, chief this or that, chairman of this and that but drop that. All those things are mere titles. They are all like labels someone puts on a bottle just to recognise the bottle. In the last day, all the labels will be taken off, and every man will be for himself. So, forget about those labels.

If you are a true child of heaven, you will listen to me now. If you are a shallow christian, God does not know you. Your name may be in any register but God does not know who you are.

1. Poverty of the knowledge of the scriptures: I am sad to tell you that most Christians do not know what the Bible says about many things. They are just coming to church. That is why it is good to go through foundational class, membership class, discipleship class, MFM schools (school of Biblical studies, school of prayer, school of power, school of counselling, school of deliverance, school of prophets) and so on and so forth. You now begin to understand and study the Bible by yourself. People are in churches young and old, but they have no depth.

They are just coming but they are not deep. There are plenty of people who have been long in MFM but they still remain as babies, in character, in attitude, in words of their mouth, in what they are doing; it just shows that they are just passing through MFM but MFM is not passing through them. This is why many are blown away with every wind of doctrine. This is why many people are moving from place to place, mountain to mountain and they are not deep. And when they go through all those places and gather dust here and there, they end up carrying the dust back to Prayer City.

Many do not understand salvation, justification, redemption, regeneration, moving in the spirit of God, so for them, it is not clear. Many are coming to church to just get what they want to get. They are bread seekers and miracle seekers. The truth is that in MFM we do not want bread seekers, we want those who are bent on making heaven. So, the first sign to use to recognise that you are a shallow Christian is poverty of the scriptures. If I stand up a member here now and say "tell me the names of the 11 players of Green Eagles Football Club, Manchester United, Chelsea", He will read it without any stress. If I say "now, tell me the names of the 12 apostles", He will get stuck.

It is poverty of scriptures. Let me tell you point blank: the reason there are those of you running away from Sunday school is because you are shallow christians. The reason you do not like Bible study is because you are a shallow christian.

2. Inability to quote scriptures: Any christian of any depth will be able to quote scriptures. Scripture memorization is part of growth. Jesus memorised and quoted scriptures. When the devil said "jump down", He said "it is written". When the devil said "convert these stones to become bread", he replied with "it is written". If you are a believer and you cannot even quote up to ten scriptures, it is why you are getting harassed in your dream. You have no divine utterance to chase away the enemy. A mature Christian will engage in scripture memorization.

Make up your mind today. If you find it hard to quote scriptures, go and start a memorization scheme. Let me tell you one truth: the more of the Bible you memorise, the stronger you are in the Spirit. It is the opposite of what those other people are calling incantations. It is holy incantation. "It is written!". So inability to quote scriptures is another sign of a shallow christian.

3. Very Low prayer stamina: When you cannot maintain some force of prayer for a long time, it is a great cause of shallowness. Low prayer temperature. Anyone who wants to have some depth with God must spend at least one hour everyday in the presence of the Lord. When you really get to know God, the one hour will be too short. Can you raise up your right hand and let your voice be the loudest if you love your destiny:

===> Engine of prayers, enter into my life, in the name of Jesus.

Sometimes, people come to church and when prayers are going hard, their mind is elsewhere. They are shallow. So so shallow. It is a serious matter. If you are sent to talk to the president, you will go there alert and dress properly. You will not wear dangerous miniskirts to go see the president. But when some people come to God in prayer, they talk to God as if He is their house boy. They are speaking before Him unseriously. You need to have a high prayer stamina.

4. Inability to lead and teach others: After being a Christian for two years, you cannot lead others or teach others. You cannot even point to one person and say "I converted this person. It was through me this one knew Christ". You are still struggling with fornication, adultery, lying, all kinds of things. You are not even leading others to Christ. If you do not allow the Lord to touch you here this morning, it will not be my fault. I have declared His mind to you in these dangerous times we are in, in this generation.

Hebrews 5:12 is talking about the carnal christians, the spiritual babies. You cannot teach others or lead them to Christ. It is sad. After being a Christian for two years and you cannot lead others and teach others, you are shallow. After being a believer for a while, you are supposed to be able to teach others.

5. Lack of interest in reading christian books or listening to messages: Shallow christians rarely read christian books, whereas those will take you farther than even the sermon in church will. They will take you higher in the Lord.

6. Lack of desire to worship God: You have no interest in praises and worship, no personal desire to worship God, you are shallow. Ask yourself this morning as I am speaking to you:
- am I a worshipper?
- do I sing alone in my room?
- how many praises and worship songs do I know?
- how many hymns do I know in the hymn book?

Do you always miss praises and worship time in church with the belief that the service has not started yet? The praise and worship itself is the service. The purpose of the praise and worship is to bring the presence of God INTO the service. The Bible says "God inhabits the praises of His people". So, the praises bring His presence down. It is the same thing at home. So, it is a sign of shallowness to lack the desire to worship God.

7. Ceremonial attendance to church: Sunday Sunday medicine. No mid week service. Always late to service. Chatting away with friends in church. Reading newspapers during sermons. Pressing phones during sermons, are all signs that you are very shallow. The Bible says "I never knew you".

MFM is not the church for you to go to as a born again. Their doctrine is not in line with the preaching of the Lord Jesus Christ. I lost my marriage and everything I own because of this church. Go and read Mathew 5, 6 and 7 the teaching of the Lord Jesus Christ. Bless those who curse you, pray for your enemies. Allow God to fight for you. The battle is not yours, it's of the Lord. Never promote hatred in your life. Don't allow Satan to manipulate you. Thank God for restoring things to me gradually now. But my candid advice to any one. Run away from that church.

Are you saying that when you were in MFM nothing good happened in your life?
Were you not giving testimony when you were in MFM?
Are you putting all the problem in your marriage on MFM?
MFM is the reason why you lost your marriage.
You believed you are not the problem despite the fact we know as married men that no marriage is perfect and that no two human beings can live together without one issue or the other but you put all the blame on MFM.

No church is perfect. The perfect church is in heaven.

Let me ask you, are you saying the Church you are attending now is faultless? No problem, all is well, enjoyment galore is reigning. Lie!
Blatant lie!

Now, let's go to the Chapter you mentioned, Matthew 5,6,7.
These are sermons on the mountain directly from JESUS.
Christians are not supposed to curse human beings but the same JESUS issued curses in Matthew 23:13" But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that entering to go in"

The word "Woe" is a terrible word in the dictionary.

Human beings are to be loved but MFM is fighting spiritual battles not human beings except reprobates or devil incarnate.

Ephesians 6 :12 and 2 Corinthians 10:3-6

Paul preached about love in 1 Corinthians 13 but he made the agent of darkness blind for a season.

Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 1:6
"Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;"

The book of Psalms is even more dangerous than some prayers in MFM.
Psalm 35 and Psalm 109 are so very dangerous prayers from the man after God's heart, David.

Progress will be difficult if we continue to blame: leaders, members, Church, nations, friends, families, sister, aunty, father, mother except our ourselves.

Point the finger to yourself, first, then you can see clearly on how to find solution to your problem.
