Who is this MOD that can't punctuate FP topics correctly? I have seen instances of such in recent times. sad If you don't know, a comma (,) could be all what one needs to make meaning of an expression.

Getting 5 is very difficult on its own.
If you're not a professional writer. 6 is theoretically out of reach.

I got 5 and I used the kaplan method.
If you're into the arts, 5 is reachable.
This post deserves a medal. A lady once had issue that spanned over few months with me because I told her to always try to write in good English. It is annoying, but that is just one of the costs of social media we have to keep counting. In the scripts of students I have marked, instances of such nauseating use of language was annoyingly many.

Not necessarily Gospel songs. For me, almost all the HYMNS with some randomly selected Enya songs do the trick. I have got loads of them on my playlist.

Feexo: Ojap, Imperiouxx and everybody, I am in a very difficult situation and I need advice from everyone. I applied to a school as a graduate student in political science- I plan to lecture ultimately- and I got my visa. My mom was meant to sponsor me but she died in an auto crash last December. I had been speaking with a professor who indicated an interest in us working together on- International Peace-Keeping and Conflict Resolution in sub-Saharan Africa. I could not qualify for funding because I was 1.8 point short of the threshold. However, he said I would be considered for GA in my second semester if I maintain a GP of 3.0, and 'if' there were funds left. But, he was emphatic on my getting a GA in my second year. The school accepts a payment plan, and I am thinking of raising some money from some of my friends- I have less than $2k as I am typing this- to complete the first semester, and see how it pans out.
My mind is running wild... I have been staying with a female friend here in NY who is a citizen since Sunday. A friend who has a green card in Texas using a green-card said I should go to school, try and get my SSN and come to Texas. Another friend said I should just hop on the next plane and come over to Arizona, and work on getting my papers...

I am terrified of not going to school and falling out of status; my greatest ambition is getting a doctorate and lecturing

Should I send an email to the prof first?

Should I contact the appropriate person in school and ask for the least I can pay on a monthly basis for the first semester?

I don't want to stay in NY for too long. I don't wanna make a mistake and ruin the good relationship we have out of sheer desperation.

What do you guys think?
The Beautiful People of this thread have said it all. Sir, in whatever you choose to do, stay strong.

slimmy05: They should not even field dosumu? Agbaje would be a better candidate. Can't wait for PDP 2015, I hate the way the APC led govt have taken Lagos to be their personal inheritance.

It beats my imagination how these public office holders reason. When its time for election you start doing the right thing and after election you become a dictator. LASU's case is just a very funny one.

Woe unto any youth at this stage who carry plackards or stage theirselves as electoral thugs for naira notes for they have eaten their future already.

I am doing fine bro. How is service going? Hope you're happy with the reinstatement of Al Makura? It can only get better in Nigeria.
That is politics my brother. Politicians do anything to win elections. But really, do we have any sane youth that will work as a political thug? It baffles me seeing youth being tossed around. Oh God of creation, help our youths the truth to know...

Yeah, Al-Makura's case is important the way it turned out for peace in Lafia.

My brother, sadly, Lagos is most likely going to be elusive for PDP in 2015. I can't just imagine that candidate. And I would love a PDP lasgidi o. cheesy How have you been na?
