It all boils down to the word "Purpose". If the purpose is well laid out with sincerity, then it actually might lead somewhere reasonable. |
This is the problem why most relationship/marriages are crashing, we don't think about marriage when we are entering a relationship, if we do then we should know starting with friendship is very necessary! |

Chairman of Warri Wolves, Godwin Abigor yesterday became furious over the claim of Enugu Rangers on Nations Cup hero, Sunday Mba, saying that he was scandalised by the club and the attitude of the midfielder. Abigor produced documents to authenticate his claim that Sunday Mba was still a Warri Wolves player. Among the documents was a November 2, 2012 letter from Rangers requesting for the services of Sunday Mba, Chigozie Agbim and Lazarus Chukwu. Wolves were yet to release him as negotiation for any transfer, according to Abigor, had not taken place. “In that letter, Rangers referred to Sunday Mba and the other two as Warri Wolves players and since transfer had not taken place why are Rangers now claiming that Sunday Mba was theirs?” Abigor said. He also produced the player’s license and contract showing that he was a Warri Wolves player. Their petition to the League Management Board against the move of Rangers to sell Sunday Mba to European club even during the Nations Cup and the resolution of the league board on the matter were equally produced. Abigor then said the following: “I pray for the career of Sunday Mba to blossom. He is a good player but he must watch his conduct and behaviour. It is difficult to succeed without discipline. Sunday Mba has exceptional talent but he must be honest and sincere in all hedoes. He must learn to respect contracts otherwise he may not be a successful professional. On the side of Rangers Football Club, I find their claim as irresponsible. The documents speak for us.” When Delta State Governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan rewarded Super Eagles players for winning the 2013 Nations Cup, Warri Wolves players in the team were paid additional N2.5 million. Mba collected his share. But on Sunday he was quoted in the media as saying that he belonged to Rangers. On Sunday, chairman of Enugu Rangers, Festus Onu, rewarded Rangers players who were in the Nations Cup team. Each of the players received N300,000 each. Mba and Chigozie Agbim were listed as recipients. Former Ogun State Sports Commissioner, Bukola Olopade counseled that the matter should be handled professionally, lest the outside world would laugh at our system. However, we gathered yesterday that Mba was already in Europe on trial with a club. It was not immediately known the country he went to. One of the players from Rangers simply said “he has gone to Europe.” Rangers said last night that they would produce their own documents on the player. Warri Wolves produced relevant documents. Adediwura Adesegha is a beautiful actress who stands tall among the rising movie stars who are being tipped to take over from the established acts. In a recent chat, she speaks on the many troubles her boobs and shape have caused her with men and other personal issues. Below is a brief excerpts: Is there any part of your body you that men can’t resist? Adediwura Adesegha: We have the physical aspect and the spiritual and other aspects that surround that question. When we talk about physical attributes, it has to do with my shape, it has to do with whatever you think you can flaunt. For example, at a nightclub where you are expected to dress in a manner that portrays a club girl, in that case, I think I have something I should be able to flaunt. I have got boobs (laughs). On a serious note, it has to do with your educational background. You have to be educated. The way the world is going now, you must be talented and outspoken. You must be an extrovert and must be able to face challenges. I think I have a sound educational background and so too are my physical attributes. So, I am well packaged. You must be having it tough with men because of your shape and boobs. How do you handle that? Adediwura Adesegha: My boobs and shape do get me attracted to men just like it happens to every other lady that have got it but I think I have been able to handle it well. Besides, it is really no big deal to get advances from men because it’s like a daily routine, but its left to you as a lady to be responsible and respect yourself. When would you get married? Adediwura Adesegha: Having a man to oneself is another job entirely. You have to search, open your eyes and pray. Its not something you just say ‘okay, I love him’, while what you have for him is not real. Some will be in love at the beginning but later, as the year rolls by, the love goes off. As regards when I will marry, I will keep you posted. How often do you have sex? Adediwura Adesegha: I read in a magazine that if you can have sex like three times in a week or more, it’s really another form of exercise. So, sex is good. But how often I have it is personal and not for the public to know (laughter).
Where in my post did i say that?
But you said don't eat close to bed time! Lol |
What it should have said is : don't eat close to bed time. Using 8pm is wrong. The assumption is that most people go to bed right after 8. If you eat after 8pm and are still up doing activities till 11, you'll be fine.
so you think your intestine shut down because you sleep? |

PARTICIPANTS at the 4th Allure Vanguard Women on Wellness, WOW, seminar, got a shocker recently when they learnt that foods eaten after 8.00pm, were essentially poisonous to their body systems. But the Guest speaker at the seminar, erudite Professor of Anatomy and Reproductive Endocrinologist, Dr Oladapo Ashiru, who dropped the bombshell counselled Nigerians and everyone in general, to endeavour to eat their meals before 8.00 pm, in order to maintain good health and avoid undue strain and stress to their digestive systems. “Any food eaten after 8.00pm is poison, as the intestine shuts down after 8.00 pm. You should try to eat before 8.00 pm to avoid accumulation of undigested foods that are harmful to the organs,” Ashiru noted. During the event, held at the Pearl Crown Hotel, Parkview, Ikoyi, Lagos, Ashiru, in his presentation entitled “Defying Age”, observed that the ideal way to go was to eat slowly, chew well and drink water 30 minutes to one hour after meals to allow the food be digested in its real state as water dilutes the nutrients. “People often violate the rules of the body when they do not follow the law of nature. While it is natural that foods eaten should not go into the digestive system, swallowing our foods straight without chewing deprives the food from being broken down. “Too much food and undigested food, lead to fermentation and subsequently, decay which eventually leads to other problems, as undigested foods poison the body and it shows in the skin. Advocating that “we must only supply the body what it can take”, he said the intestine is the root system of the human body that is responsible for the most common cause of systemic damage. Listing factors responsible for promotion of ill health and aging, he mentioned food intake, environmental factors, such as diesel, gasoline, automobile fumes and radiators, as well as air pollution often caused by refineries, industries, waste. But as a factor that causes aging, Ashiru singled out bad eating habit and food incompatibility as knotty problems. He frowned at the adoption of foreign lifestyle and penchant for foreign foods. He discouraged the mode of preparation and manner of serving food at public parties, describing the trend as unhygienic. Calling for introduction of food regulators, Ashiru highlighted the Mayr method which he said proves that by fasting, known as modern Mayr medicine, diagnosis can be made as most illnesses are traceable to the intestine. He advocated for a Mayr therapy- a therapy that entails a re-orientation of eating habits and lifestyle. “To cleanse the system, a manual abdominal treatment can be carried out to cleans the intestine, blood and fluid and consequently reduces pain, he said, while proposing that everyone should do an ASYRA test, do a 3-10 day detox procedure or intestinal cleansing. “These along with removal of environmental poisons will help regenerate and renew life,” he argued. Editor, Allure Vanguard, Mrs. Remi Diagbare said the essence of the seminar was to enable participants make healthy lifestyle choices. “We are often so wrapped up in fashion and style that we forget that lifestyle is an important part of well-being. So we need to promote healthy lifestyle and that is what we are doing,” she said. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/12/health-expert-warns-any-food-eaten-after-8pm-is-poison/ |
