FRSC Launches All-in-One Mobile App to Boost Road Safety and Digital Service Access • Urges motorists, passengers to download FRSC App

Psalm 150:6 KJV
[6] Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

As part of her innovative moves to enhance national safety consciousness, reduce preventable road traffic crashes, the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC has unveil a mobile application; FRSC Mobile Application, which is now available for download on Google Play Store.

In a press statement e-signed and released to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP by the Corps Public Education Officer, Assistant Corps Marshal, ACM Olusegun Ogungbemide stated that, "In one of her major breakthroughs in making digital convenience meet public safety, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has once again made a mark in innovation and service delivery with her robust and user friendly Mobile Application called, 'FRSC Mobile App', designed to transform how Nigerians engage with road safety services."

According to the statement, "This Mobile Application is not just a convenience tool, it is a strategic intervention to enhance national safety consciousness and reduce preventable road traffic crashes."

"In a nation where the loss of lives on highways remains a grave concern, this innovation brings solutions right to the palm of every Nigerian. It is no longer acceptable to be uninformed when the tools for protection and compliance are within reach."

"But the success of this initiative depends largely on the willingness of the public to embrace it. This is not just an app, it's a life saving tool, and the Corps calls on all motorists, commuters, logistics operators, fleet managers, and the general public to download and utilize this free application without delay."

"FRSC Mobile Application, which is now available for download on Google Play Store, is a one-stop hub that offers real-time access to critical safety tools, FRSC services, and vital road use information. It represents yet another milestone in the Corps’ pursuit of smarter, safer roads through digital transformation."

"It is more than just a technological upgrade; a strategic response to the growing need for real-time access to FRSC products and services, and timely traffic intelligence. With a few taps on a smartphone, road users across Nigeria can now enjoy end-to-end access to FRSC services, right from the comfort of their homes, vehicles, or offices."

"This all-in-one mobile application has been developed with road users in mind, combining convenience, efficiency, and life-saving tools into a single platform. Through this technology, applicants can easily renew their Driver’s Licence directly through the app, eliminating unnecessary delays and reducing human contact. Through the Mobile Application you can verify the status of both drivers licence and vehicle number plates to ensure that they are truly registered."

"Additionally, the App also gives Real-Time Safety Alerts by notifying users of speed limit violations, helping them stay within safe driving thresholds while promoting responsible behaviours on the road. It also helps to detect Black Spot on the highways. With its seamless access to a mapped database of crash prone areas, users can avoid dangerous routes and plan safer journeys."

"Most importantly, the App also avails you the opportunity to Live National Traffic Radio Streaming. This is to help you stay informed on the go as users can without any ounce of stress, stream National Traffic Radio 107.1 FM to get real time updates on traffic conditions, safety campaigns, and emergency advisories."

"Through the App, you can report obstructions, road traffic crashes as well as disserve by FRSC personnel for prompt response."

"The Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps, Shehu Mohammed under whose leadership, this technology was birthed while speaking on the benefits of the Application revealed that by bringing FRSC services closer to the people, this app strengthens accountability, reduces bureaucratic bottlenecks, and enhances real time safety awareness. It is a modern tool for a modern society that reflects FRSC’s resolve to tackle road crashes using technology and proactive engagement."

"He maintained that in an era of smartphones and instant information, ignorance is no longer an excuse for unsafe road behaviour or expired documentation. With just a few taps on your device, you can be safer, smarter, and fully compliant on the road."

"The Corps Marshal further called on the public to note that having the FRSC app is not a luxury, but a necessity. All motorists including passengers are admonished to download the FRSC App today because your safety is your responsibility and now, it’s just a tap away."

"For more information on the App, kindly call 122 or visit www.frsc.gov.ng or follow our verified social media platforms@ Facebook.com/FRSCNigeria, X.com/FRSCNigeria, Instagram.com/FRSCNigeria, Youtube.com/FRSCNigeria."

IGP REITERATES NIGERIA POLICE FORCE’S COMMITMENT TO TACKLING ALL FORMS OF VIOLENT CRIMES THROUGH ENHANCED TECHNOLOGY-DRIVEN POLICING

As Police Rescue 4, Neutralise 3; Recover Millions of Naira Ransom in Enugu, Ogun States

Psalm 150:6 KJV
[6] Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D., NPM, has once again reaffirmed the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force under his leadership to combatting all forms of violent crimes, particularly kidnapping, across the country, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP can report. This assurance follows the successful outcomes of well coordinated and intelligence-driven operations carried out by police operatives in Enugu and Ogun States, which led to the rescue of four kidnapped victims, the neutralisation of three armed suspects, the arrest of multiple others, and the recovery of ransom money, firearms, and other incriminating exhibits.

In Enugu State, on July 16, 2025, at about 3:00 p.m., police operatives working in synergy with local security outfits, responded swiftly to a distress call from the Okpuje-Ani community in Nsukka LGA, reporting sighting of armed kidnappers in a forest area. Upon engaging the operatives, one of the armed suspects was neutralised while others escaped into the bush with various degrees of gunshot injuries. Recovered at the scene was an AK-47 rifle loaded with two live rounds of ammunition. That same day, operatives of the Anti-Kidnapping Tactical Squad arrested one Aliyu Adamu, aged 23, along the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway, following credible intelligence. The suspect, upon interrogation, confessed to participating in several abductions and admitted to being invited from Awka, Anambra State, to carry out criminal operations in Enugu.

In a related development, on July 15, 2025, at about 2:20 p.m., two female suspects, Juliet Chukwu (aged 39) and Nancy Chukwu (aged 40), were arrested by the Command’s operatives. They were apprehended during the sharing of a ₦10 million ransom collected from their kinsman, whom they had conspired to kidnap after initially demanding ₦50 million. The male victim was safely rescued unharmed, while their operational Toyota Corolla vehicle and the said ransom were recovered.

Meanwhile, in Ogun State, a reported kidnapping incident involving three persons around the Ajebo axis under Owode Egba Division on July 16, 2025, triggered a swift deployment of tactical teams. Today, at about 04:00 am, the Anti-Kidnapping team with the aid of technology, identified the location of the kidnappers, engaged them in a shootout along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, during which two suspects were neutralised in the ensuing gun battle and successfully rescued all 3 kidnapped victims unhurt. Items recovered from the operation include: One AK-47 rifle, 139 rounds of ammunition, one magazine, one cutlass, a chain and padlock, the sum of ₦1,235,000, suspected to be part of the ransom, and several mobile phones used for negotiations.

The IGP has commended the bravery and professionalism of the operatives involved in these successful operations, noting that these operations reflect the strategic shift under the current leadership of the Force towards proactive, technology driven and intelligence-led policing. Citizens are assured that the Nigeria Police Force remains fully committed to dismantling criminal syndicates across all regions and restoring public confidence in national security.

Psalm 150:6 KJV
[6] Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

Proverbs 27:17 KJV
[17] Iron sharpeneth iron; So a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.

As humans, we are prone to challenges, either we are currently facing one, exiting one or about to face one.
But one thing is certain; it is our understanding of GOD'S will for us, and also those whom we choose to associate with, that shapes how we emerge victorious.

1 Corinthians 15:33 KJV
[33] Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners
.

Paul quotes from Greek poet, Menander, "bad company corrupts good manners"

Paul employed every sensible reason at his disposal to warn against the carefree lifestyle being encouraged

1 Corinthians 15:34 KJV
[34] Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame
.

Here it was needful for the Apostle to shame those who were his Spiritual children so as to live in accordance to the sound doctrines of the Scriptures.

Our understanding of the true teaching governs and guides how we live our lives in this world as believers.

1 Corinthians 15:58 KJV
[58] Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Paul now directs all his encouragement towards the strengthening of believers suffering all forms of discouragement, persecutions and sufferings for the sake of the Gospel.

Nothing should move the believer in his love and service towards the cause of the Gospel.

Is there a person, or situation threatening your moral stance, kindly seek the Lord Jesus in prayer

Psalm 27:1-2, 5-7, 11-14 KJV
[1] The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? [2] When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, They stumbled and fell.
[5] For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: In the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. [6] And now shall mine head be lifted up, Above mine enemies round about me: Therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD. [7] Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: Have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
[11] Teach me thy way, O LORD, And lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. [12] Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: For false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. [13] I had fainted, Unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. [14] Wait on the LORD: Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

GOD wants all men saved, to see people repent from their sins and ushered into HIS Kingdom

1 Timothy 2:4 KJV
[4] who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

2 Peter 3:9 KJV
[9] The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

GOD has given us the scope of the entire world as our harvest field

Matthew 28:18-20 KJV
[18] And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. [19] Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [20] teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Mark 16:15, 20 KJV
[15] And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
[20] And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

As far as GOD is concerned, no territory, town, city, area is exempted as long as it is in the world,

But according to Scriptures, there are adversaries to contend with

1 Corinthians 16:9 KJV
[9] For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries
.

When it comes to Advancement of the Kingdom, satan is fighting every inch of the way to fight the salvation of the lost

Deuteronomy 2:24 KJV

Although it is freely given, it must be forcefully taken
There are Spiritual forces we must engage to discomfit the forces of darkness

Matthew 17:19-21 KJV
[19] Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? [20] And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. [21] Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting
.

3 Forces
1. Force of Faith

Our words are not effective except they are injected with faith
Ephesians 6:16 KJV
[16] above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked
.

2. Force of Prayer
Spiritually, it is on the altar of prayer that we fight battles and silence the enemies
Ephesians 6:18 KJV
[18] praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints
;

3. Force of Fasting
Fasting is an amplifier of all that Prayer delivers: for high tension delivery, amplify prayer with fasting.
We break limits through fasting

The combination of the three is what satan cannot resist.

LORD, as I go on the harvest, let my words be injected with faith, and stand effectively, thank You mighty GOD in Jesus precious name

Lagos, Nigeria – Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO) has announced a change in the date of its 15th Annual Autism Conference. The 2025 GTCO Autism Conference, originally scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 15th July, has been resched uled to Wednesday, 16th July, following the public holiday just declared by the Federal Government of Nigeria in honour of the memories of the immediate past President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.

While the conference will now take place as a one-day event on Wednesday, 16th July at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos, the one-on-one consultations will proceed as earlier scheduled, from Thursday, 17th to Saturday, 19th July, at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja.

Themed “From Awareness to Action: 15 Years of Advancing Autism Inclusion,” the conference is the flagship event of GTCO’s Orange Ribbon Initiative and serves as a platform for engagement, education, and support for children and adults living with autism, their families, and caregivers.

Speaking about the initiative, the Group Chief Executive Officer of GTCO Plc, Mr. Segun Agbaje, stated:

The Orange Ribbon Initiative began in 2009 as our commitment to advocate for children with neurodevelopmental disorders and to support the families and caregivers who nurture them. What started as a simple but focused effort has grown to shape how we advocate, how we listen, and how we respond. This is the foundation upon which the Autism program is built—one that champions acceptance, encourages early intervention, and advocates for a future where every child is given the opportunity to thrive.”

Mr. Agbaje added: “Now in its fifteenth year, the GTCO Autism Programme remains committed to advocacy, support, and empowerment. We have been building a space for dialogue, learning, and transformation—not just for the autism community, but for all of us working towards a more compassionate society.”

At a recent press briefing, the Chief Communications Officer of GTCO Plc, Oyinade Adegbite, also reaffirmed the Group’s unwavering support for autism advocacy. She noted that while this year’s conference will now be a one-day session, it remains packed with impactful conversations and expert insights. Additionally, three days of free consultations with specialists will be available to provide direct support to families and individuals affected by autism.

GTCO appreciates the understanding and support of stakeholders and participants in light of this date change and remains committed to creating a more inclusive world for children and adults living with autism.

We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be a meaningful and impactful conference on Wednesday, 16th July 2025.

John 3:16 KJV
[16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

1 Timothy 2:4 KJV

.

He hung on the tree to draw all men fo Himself

John 12:32 KJV
[32] And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me
.

Reaching out for souls is an open ended platform

1 Corinthians 16:9 KJV
[9] For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries
.

We must put up a fight of faith to resist the gates of hell

Deuteronomy 2:24, 36 KJV
[24] Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.
[36] From Aroer, which is by the brink of the river of Arnon, and from the city that is by the river, even unto Gilead, there was not one city too strong for us: the LORD our God delivered all unto us
:

Don't watch the resistance, confront it
We can't possess without putting up a fight
We contend to possess.

Soul-winning Is Warfare (Against the Gates of Hell), spearheaded by the devil himself

2 Corinthians 4:4 KJV
[4] in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them
.

Soul-winning is not an activity or program, it's a battle.
It's not about grammar, it's about power to crush the opposition

Jude 1:22-23 KJV
[22] And of some have compassion, making a difference: [23] and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

Soul-winning is not a playfair but warfare-

Luke
11:21-22 KJV
[21] When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: [22] but when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils
.

Satan get off my path this week, I decree your blindfolding force broken in the name of Jesus.

Matthew 11:12 KJV
[12] And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

Satan is personally involved in resisting the salvation of souls

Matthew 10:1 KJV
[1] And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.

Luke 9:1 KJV
[1] Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases
.

We take the 'Name weapon' against all activities of the devil
And we do that before we set out. And that gets the job done

Lord Jesus, help me to meet Your expectations so I can come under Your sworn Blessings

Lagos POCACOV Chairman Urges Voters To Choose Peace Over Violence In Ongoing Local Govt. Elections

Psalm 150:6 KJV
[6] Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD
.

As Lagos goes to poll today at the ongoing Local Government and Local Council Development Area (LCDA) elections, the Chairman of the Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV), Lagos State, Dr. Moses Oladimeji, has issued a firm and heartfelt appeal to voters across the state: choose peace, not violence, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP can report.

POCACOV, a national initiative of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun, PhD, NPM, is coordinated nationwide by Assistant Commissioner of Police, CSP Olabisi Okuwobi, and champions a non-kinetic, preventive approach to addressing cultism, youth restiveness, and other societal vices through advocacy, education, and community engagement.

Dr. Moses described the elections as a test of Lagosians’ commitment to democracy and humanity. He warned against the recruitment of youth into cult groups and violent gangs for political gain—a dangerous tactic that has destroyed many lives and disrupted entire communities.

“No vote is worth a single drop of blood,” he said. “We cannot keep watching young men and women—our sons and daughters—turned into weapons of destruction in a process meant to build our future.”

He emphasized that cult-related activities during elections often result in fatal clashes, wasted potentials, and irreversible loss. Beyond the violence, he stressed that many of the young people used to perpetrate these crimes end up neglected, hunted, or killed—while those who used them vanish behind tinted convoys.

Under his leadership, POCACOV Lagos has led school outreaches, media campaigns, community events, and sensitization drives—all aimed at empowering the youth with better alternatives. The organization continues to foster a culture of peace, integrity, and civic responsibility across the state.

Dr. Moses called on community leaders, religious institutions, and educators to rise and reinforce the message: violence is not strength, and peace is not weakness.

He concluded with a clear charge to every voter:

> “Protect your community, protect your conscience. Vote peacefully. Do not become a tool of destruction in someone else’s game.”

POCACOV Lagos stands united with the good people of Lagos in promoting a safe, peaceful, and progressive election for all.

1 Corinthians 1:10-13 KJV
[10] Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. [11] For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you. [12] Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. [13] Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?

The Book:
In this book, we perceive the author points out the problem of divisions and disunity, both in speech and in thought

It is unlikely that either Apollos, or Cephas (Peter), or another Apostle was dividing the Church, but different self-styled leaders who were claiming to be followers of Paul, Apollos, Cephas, or Christ himself.

It would appear that they were actively dividing the Church.
It's not about whom you claim to follow.
The body of Christ cannot suffer strife.

Our Opinion:
We see same manifesting in modern day churches; as some claim to be disciples of certain founders or overseers (who are mostly oblivious of the level of atrocities committed in their name), to justify their misguided attempts at creating divisions in the body of Christ.

Conclusion:
It is purely by GOD'S initiative that we are saved through our Lord Jesus. So all boasting should not be done in the eloquence of human leaders, but in the Lord alone

Psalm 150:6 KJV
[6] Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

When the Books of the Bible were originally written, they did not contain chapter or verse references. The Bible was divided into Chapters and Verses to help us find Scriptures more quickly and easily.

It is much easier to find "John Chapter 3, verse16", than to find "For GOD so loved the world..."

The chapter divisions commonly used today were developed by Stephen Langton, an Archbishop of Canterbury, who put the chapter divisions into place around AD 1227.
The Wycliffe English Bible was the first Bible to use this chapter pattern.

The Hebrew Old Testament was divided into verses by a Jewish Rabbi by the name of Nathan in AD 1448.

Robert Estienne, also known as Stephanus was the first to divide the New Testament into standard numbered verses.
Beginning with the Geneva Bible, the Chapter and Verse divisions employed by Stephanus have been accepted into nearly all the Bible versions.

Key Points About Bible Chapter And Verse Divisions:

Not original
:
The original manuscripts of the Bible did not have chapter and verse divisions.

Added for convenience:
These divisions were added later to aid in study, reference, and communication.

Stephen Langton:
The chapter divisions used today are largely attributed to Stephen Langton, who divided the Bible into chapters around the 13th century.

Robert Estienne:
The verse divisions were added in the 16th century by Robert Estienne (also known as Stephanus).

Not always perfect:
Some scholars note that the chapter and verse divisions can sometimes disrupt the flow of the text or obscure the original meaning, according to the Church of the Great God.

Paragraph divisions:
Many modern Bible translations also include paragraph divisions to help readers better understand the context.

Psalm 150:6 KJV
[6] Let every thing that hath breath Praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

Paul, also named Saul of Tarsus, commonly known as Paul the Apostle, was a Christian apostle who spread the teachings of Jesus.

Given his contributions towards the New Testament, and being responsible for establishing several Christian communities in Asia Minor and Europe, he is generally regarded as one of the most important figures of the Apostolic Age.

Historical records have it that Apostle Paul was physically short and of thin stature, baldheaded and frequently had challenges with painful and poor eyesight.
He was not an impressive speaker and did not command the force of personality like others did
He was a bowlegged short man with a big nose, and an unbroken eyebrow that lay across his forehead like a dead caterpillar

In the description of Paul in the Acts of Paul, a literal translation reads "A man of middling size, and his hair was scanty, and his legs were a little crooked, and his knees were far apart. He had large eyes, and his eyebrows met, and his nose was somewhat long"

This may be a little more than imaginative writing from a century after Paul died, but it does not clash with the way Paul's critics described him;
"His letters are weighty and forceful, but in person, he is unimpressive

2 Corinthians 10:10 NIV
[10] For some say, “His letters are weighty and forceful, but in person he is unimpressive and his speaking amounts to nothing
.”

Was Paul Married?

Probably not, but because Paul said almost nothing about it, there is plenty of room to debate the matter

When counseling singles and widows at Corinth, he wrote

1 Corinthians 7:8 NIV
[8] Now to the unmarried and the widows I say: It is good for them to stay unmarried, as I do.

CrimePolice Rescue Trafficked Ghanaian, Cautions Against Fraudulent Travel Offers by Godspowerpro(op): 9:21pm On Jul 01, 2025
CROSS BORDER CRIME: POLICE RESCUE TRAFFICKED GHANAIAN NATIONAL, CAUTIONS AGAINST FRAUDULENT TRAVEL OFFERS

As part of its ongoing efforts to crush transnational crime syndicates and clampdown on violent crimes such as kidnapping, the Nigeria Police Force, through the INTERPOL National Central Bureau (NCB) Abuja, in close collaboration with police operatives of the FCT Command, has successfully rescued Sammed Iddrisu, a Ghanaian citizen who was deceptively trafficked into Nigeria under the guise of processing travel documents for migration to Europe, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP can report.

The operation, which was executed on 27th June 2025 in Abuja, followed actionable intelligence received from INTERPOL NCB Accra, Ghana, on 16th June 2025. Preliminary investigations reveal that on 10th January 2025, the victim’s father, Mr. Nartey Louda, was defrauded of GHC 55,000 by a trafficker identified as Attah, who falsely promised to facilitate a French visa and related travel documents for his son. Acting on these fraudulent assurances, Sammed was directed to travel to Abuja, Nigeria, with the expectation of collecting the said visa.

Upon arriving in Abuja on 25th June 2025, however, the victim was unlawfully detained and coerced into participating in illicit internet-based activities associated with the QNET pyramid scheme, a fraudulent operation disguised as an e-commerce business. The criminal syndicate also attempted to manipulate other individuals, including a Ghanian, who managed to escape and return to Ghana, where he reported the incident to the authorities, triggering international coordination and rescue efforts. As a result of proactive surveillance, intelligence acquisition, and a prompt response from INTERPOL NCB Abuja and the FCT police operatives, the victim was rescued and reintegration procedures are underway.

The INTERPOL NCB Abuja has initiated necessary steps to ensure these fraudulent individuals are apprehended and made to face the full wrath of the law.

The Nigeria Police Force hereby cautions members of the public to exercise due diligence, verify travel-related offers through official diplomatic channels, and report all suspicious persons or activities happening around them through appropriate and official law enforcement channels.
