The Federal Government of Nigeria has been urge to urgently begin the arrest and prosecution of some sleazy banks Managing Directors for hoarding and transacting the newly resigned naira notes in black market saying the act was nothing less than national economic sabotage.

The Managing Director of Badison Security Limited, Mr. Mathew Ibadin who made the call with the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP in Lagos over the weekend, said it was clear that most commercial Banks have compromised in the timely disbursement of the new naira notes hence some National Assembly members were calling for extension in the 31st January 2023 deadline given by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for the return of old naira notes.

The renowned multi-award winning security expert and highly cerebral Ibadin wants a Presidential Taskforce to be set up immediately to monitor and arrest erring Bank MDs and some staff involved in hoarding and transacting the redesigned new notes with highly placed Nigerians warning that if the common man on the streets could not get the notes to spend, it could spell revolution in the country.

A visibly agitated Ibadin noted that even though the newly redesigned naira notes of N1000, N500 and N200 were yet to circulate appropriately in the public space since the CBN gave three months notice for the validity of the old notes to seize, it was obvious that many of the deposit banks have evidently embarked on dubious transactions. He pointed out that bundles of the same new naira notes which are not yet adequately in circulation could be seen being abused in wedding and other parties as revealed in a video currently trending in the social media. “How did such naira abusers get the bundles of the new notes if not for the corruption of bank officials” he asked.

Last Tuesday while addressing journalists after a meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee of the CBN, the Bank’s Governor, Mr. Godwin Emefiele had said that there was enough quantity of the new notes to go in circulation adding that the CBN commissioned currency swap which would make it possible for banking agents to exchange the new notes with the old ones. With these measures in place, Ibadin posited that the deposit banks must have compromised. He has therefore called on the Federal Government to constitute a task force to unravel the mystery behind the inadequate circulation of the newly redesigned naira notes even after CBN had ordered commercial banks to stop loading their Automated Teller Machines (ATM) with old notes.

Last week, the CBN said it was on the look out for those who spray and stamp on naira notes at parties, warning that such abusers would be appropriately prosecuted for abusing our currency which is a symbol of Nigeria’s sovereignty. The apex bank last week also had reiterated the fact that it is a global best practice to redesign the currency every five years, but here in Nigeria our naira notes were last redesigned nine years ago.

In the light of this, Ibadin while supporting President Buhari on the sanctity of 31st January, 2023 as deadline for the return of old naira notes, has urged the Federal Government to properly investigate to know the erring banks hoarding the new naira notes and giving same in bulk to some people, particularly highly placed personalities. Such offending deposit banks should be sanctioned by way of having their licences withdrawn and their managing directors prosecuted for national sabotage. He would want the task force to be set up by the president to diligently probe into the processes of disbursing the new currency with a view to knowing who collected which amount from what bank.

He supported the CBN’s warning that anyone who sprays naira notes at parties should be arrested and prosecuted for abusing our currency stressing that the Department of State Service (DSS) could be saddled with the responsibility of tracking such naira abusers. Besides the suspicion that stashed away naira notes in homes other than in deposit banks could be used to buy votes, Ibadin added that the culture of having much cash outside the banks has helped to increase the kidnap for ransom regime.

Economically speaking, the Badison security boss noted that much cash outside of the banks would continue to instigate inflationary trends in the system and also trigger instability in the stock market against other currencies. He has therefore called on the National Assembly to support the CBN in ensuring that deposit banks effectively disburse the new notes rather than call for six months extension of validity period to July 31, 2023 as recently canvassed by some Senators and House of Representatives members.

The security consultant also posited that the CBN monetary policy on old currency would help the security agencies especially Police and Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in their financial fraud investigations.

Meanwhile, as at the time of filling this report, information reaching NAOSNP has it that, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has extended the deadline for the use of the old notes till February 10.

CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, announced the extension in a statement signed on Sunday, 29th January, 2023.

The family of the detained Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has urged members of the public, to discountenance the voice note circulating in the social media, alleging that the IPOB Leader has been poisoned.

Kanu’s younger brother, Prince Emmanuel told our Correspondent that he, along with Kanu’s lawyers, on Thursday, met with the IPOB Leader at the Abuja headquarters of the Department of State Services, DSS, where he is currently detained.

He said his brother did not tell him he was poisoned as at Thursday when they met last, but promised to find out the true situation on Monday, January 30, when he said he hoped to visit him again.

Kanu’s brother wondered how the story of the alleged poisoning began, and cautioned against fake news.

Prince Emmanuel urged Kanu’s followers, Biafrans and members of the public not to take laws into their hands but to remain calm as he hoped to see and hear from his brother again on Monday.

Kanu’s brother had posted on his Facebook page the outcome of the Thursday’s meeting with him.

The post read: ”I Met with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the company of Evangelist, and Barr Nnaemeka Ejiofor, at Department of State Services, Abuja.

“As always, we focused more on victories recorded and way forward. He maintained that this struggle for liberation remains a collective fight and thanked those who have not betrayed the struggle.

“He said Nigeria has continuously flouted the orders of her own court and such will never be tolerated in IPOB. Those who attack this noble structure were not there when it was built and can never be brought down

“This movement is devine. To me, IPOB is a huge achievement for our people and for men and women of good conscience. We have come that humanity may be set free”.

Meanwhile, the voice note which is currently trending on the social media claimed that Kanu had been poisoned in detention, urging ‘Biafrans’ to go on rampage in protest.

As Major General Koko Isoni moves to Headquarters Theatre Command

In line with the recent redeployment of senior officers across Nigerian Army Formations, Major General Mayirenso Lander David Saraso has assumed Office as the new Commander Sector 2 Joint Task Force (JTF) North East (NE) Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP reports.

The seasoned Infantry senior officer took over command on Friday 27th January 2023 at the Sector Headquarters in Damaturu, the Yobe State Capital after being conducted round various troops' locations within 27 and 29 Task Force Brigades by the outgoing Sector Commander.

Speaking during the Handing and Taking-Over Ceremony at the Sector Conference Room, the outgone Commander, Major General Koko Isoni while thanking officers and men of the Sector for their support, loyalty and commitment through out his tour of duty, sued for same and even more support to enable his successor carry out his assigned task of securing the Sector 2 Area of Operational Responsibilities without hitches.

He noted that the change in batton came at a very critical time when the nation is inching towards the conduct of the 2023 General Elections and therefore urged troops and units under command to remain dedicated to their duties and avoid all forms of crimes and misconduct.

He further expressed gratitude to the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt Gen Faruk Yahaya for giving him another opportunity to further continue in the service of the motherland by appointing and redeploying him to go as the Deputy Theatre Commander JTF NE OPHK.

Similarly in his address, the new Commander Sector 2 JTF NE OPHK Maj Gen Lander Saraso while appreciating the efforts of the outgone Commander in the area of operations and infrastructural developments also promised to continue with the good legacies. He assured officers and men of the Sector of his zeal to build upon the successes recorded by his predecessor.

Highlights of the ceremony was the signing of the Handing and Taking Over Notes, decoration of the Commander with the Sector 2 Insignia and presentation of the Sector 2 Flag of Authority to the new Commander.

• Approves redesign of new IDs, Membership Screening


The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, psc(+), NPM, NEAPS, fdc, CFR, has invalidated the existing Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) Identity Card with effect from December 2022. This is in line with the IGP’s zeal to sanitize and standardize all sectors including the Police Community Relations Committee. The IGP has also ordered the redesign and re-issuance of new PCRC ID cards from the Force Headquarters, Abuja, and through judicious screening of membership across board.

The Inspector-General of Police hereby directs all eligible members of PCRC nationwide to contact the offices of the various Zonal, Command and Formations PCRC Chairmen as well as the Police Public Relations Officers (PPROs) of their Zones, Commands and Formations respectively to obtain new forms for processing the newly approved ID Card. The IGP equally directs that hence, anyone found parading himself with the invalidated PCRC ID card should be arrested and prosecuted.

The Lagos State Police Command has told Lagosians to disregard fake news making the rounds about a supposed new CP in Lagos. It affirmed that CP Sylvester Abiodun Alabi remains the Commissioner of Police in the command.

This information was gathered by the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP in a press statement released by the Command's Spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin to the Association. 'The Lagos State Police Command has been inundated with requests for clarification on the status of the Commissioner of Police in the Command. We wish to state categorically that the Commissioner of Police in Lagos State is still CP Abiodun Alabi, fdc, mnim, psc. For the avoidance of doubt, no Commissioner of Police has been posted to Lagos State.'

'Members of the public are therefore urged to disregard fake news making the rounds that a new Commissioner of Police has been deployed to Lagos State Police Command. It is hoped that this clarification would halt the barrage of calls to officers of the Command which has resulted in needless distraction and waste of valuable time', NAOSNP gathered.

Ahead of February general elections, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has organised a 2-day capacity building workshop for all State Commandants and the Corps' strategic managers to ensure a hitch-free 2023 general elections.

The two-days training organised in partnership with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, tagged, “Preparing for the 2023 General Elections: NSCDC Capacity Building Training,” began on Wednesday in Abuja.

Dr Ahmed Audi, NSCDC Commandant General (CG), said that the strategic management workshop is aimed at developing common policy guidelines that can be used in deepening the capacity of personnel.

He maintained that the Corps will ensure that voters, domestic observers, election sensitive materials and electoral officers' safety and security are well coordinated.

Also, that plans are underway to release a revised standard operational guideline on election duties and other salient election security rules for personnel’ to ensure a secured national electoral process.

He charged all personnel to actively protect all offices of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), as any State Commandant with reports of attack on any INEC facility in their state of operation will face sanction.

“We must protect INEC offices because they are critical national assets and the Corps will not take it lightly if we hear that INEC offices are attacked in any domain headed by any of you,” he warned.

Audi cautioned that, it is important for officers to acquaint themselves with the new electoral law for a seamless operation during the election.

He stated that, according to the new Electoral Act, NSCDC personnel could arrest electoral offenders and conduct thorough investigations but can not prosecute the suspects.

“You must go through the Electoral Act carefully because a section of the Act says that we can arrest and do thorough investigation but INEC is saddled with the right to prosecute, hence the need for a scientific synergy.

“The Inter-Agency Consultative Committee on Election Security (ICCES) has produced a revised code of conduct and rules of engagement for security personnel on electoral duty.

“It is expedient that we become conversant with this updated document as strategic commanders and relate the knowledge to our respective subordinates,” he advised.

According to him, security threats in the country had been curtailed due to proactive measures taken by security agencies, hence the need to continue the proactiveness before, during and after the elections.

Audi said that although ensuring security in the south-Eastern part of Nigeria had been a peculiar problem, security agencies had developed certain strategies that can not be disclosed to the public.

He went ahead to say that the Corps is ready to deploy as many personnel needed to ensure security during the elections, noting that the Nigeria Police Force is however the lead agency during election security.

“So, we are working very closely with them and other stakeholders in achieving an effective electoral security management objective within the election’s timeline.

He said that President Muhammadu Buhari had directed that the Corps must protect critical assets, citizens, be apolitical and endeavor not to disenfranchise citizens.

The Resident Representative of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in Nigeria, Marija Peran, said that it’s of global concern that the insecurity rate in the country might deter the integrity of the 2023 general elections.

Peran said the NSCDC plays a vital role among the security agencies engaged with securing the election, hence the training.


"With a good reputation among the citizens, NSCDC enjoys public confidence more than any other security agency in Nigeria," she said.

She commended the NSCDC for its commitment to advance their skill sets, deliver quality services constantly and for having a good understanding of the importance of inter-agency collaboration for the greater good of Nigeria.

The KAS Country Representative said: "there is need to identify security lapses, hence enabling personnel of security agencies to strengthen their skills and operations for good electoral conduct, investigation, arrest and prosecution of offenders."

Konrad Adenauer Stiftung is an organisation promoting democracy, good governance and rule of law that supports security sector reforms.

Peran however said that the level of proactiveness by security agencies in the country is impressive and the election process is experiencing a level of preparedness that is unprecedented.

• Prosecution Ongoing, Counter-Allegations Hold No Water

The Nigeria Police Force wishes to state emphatically that Prof. Zainab Duke Abiola who was alleged of complicity in the grievous assault of a female Police Officer, Inspector Teju Moses on Tuesday 20th September 2022 at her residence in Garki, Abuja, along with her domestic staff including the housemaid, one Rebecca Enechido, and a male suspect currently at large, has a case to answer with respect to the allegations.

The FCT Police Command under which jurisdiction the matter transpired, has charged the suspects to court upon diligent investigation, and the case with charge no. CR/544/22 is ongoing and the next hearing will come up on 1st February 2023 at High Court 16, Zuba, FCT Abuja. The suspects have been charged with the offences of criminal conspiracy, attempt to commit culpable homicide, voluntarily causing hurt without provocation, and assault to deter public servant from discharge of his duty amongst others. The recent media row by the suspect is therefore unnecessary as the matter has not been concluded in court. It is similarly pertinent to note that the spurious allegations recently made in the news hold no water.

The Nigeria Police reposes confidence in the judiciary believing that the Courts will leave no stone unturned in ensuring that justice is done in the extant case. The Police equally appreciate Nigerians and concerned individuals, groups, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), who have shown interest in the matter and severally called for justice for the grievously injured Police Inspector.

Lloyd N. Morrisett and Joan Ganz Cooney created the renowned children series in 1969

Sesame Street co-creator Lloyd N. Morrisett has died, according to a tweet from Sesame Workshop. He was 93.

"Sesame Workshop mourns the passing of our esteemed and beloved co-founder Lloyd N. Morrisett, PhD, who died at the age of 93," read the post on Tuesday from the nonprofit organization behind Sesame Street.

A cause of death has yet to be revealed.

Morrisett was remembered by the nonprofit as a "wise, thoughtful, and above all, kind leader" who was "fascinated by the power of technology and constantly thinking about new ways it could be used to educate."

"A Lifetime Honorary Trustee, Lloyd leaves an outsized and indelible legacy among generations of children the world over, with Sesame Street only the most visible tribute to a lifetime of good work and lasting impact," another tweet added of Morrisett.

Alongside Joan Ganz Cooney, Morrisett created the renowned children's series in 1969 in the middle of the Civil Rights movement.

The organization described the show as a "simple but revolutionary idea" to help disadvantaged children prepare for school through animation, puppetry, and live-action sketch comedy.

Included with Sesame's Street announcement on Tuesday came a statement from Cooney, in which she mourned the death of her fellow co-creator and emphasized his impact in children's television.

"Without Lloyd Morrisett, there would be no Sesame Street," she said. " It was he who first came up with the notion of using television to teach preschoolers basic skills, such as letters and numbers."

"He was a trusted partner and loyal friend to me for over fifty years, and he will be sorely missed," she added.

Morrisett received his B.A. at Oberlin College before helping to create the revolutionary television series. Following his undergraduate studies, he completed his Master's Degree in psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and later earned his Ph.D. in experimental psychology at Yale University.

In 1970, he helped found Sesame Workshop, which prides itself as "a community built on diversity, equity, and inclusion, where creators, educators, partners, and beloved characters come together to help kids grow smarter, stronger, and kinder," according to their website.

Morrisett's biography on the website also states that he became a Lifetime Honorary Trustee after serving 30 years as Chairman of the Workshop's Board of Trustees for the organization.

The Department of State Services (DSS) has held a 4-day Strategic Workshop for its State Directors of Security and Heads of Institutions at its National Headquarters, Abuja between 18th and 21st January, 2023. The workshop, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP gathered, was part of the Service’s preparedness for the general elections.

During the strategic workshop, the Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof Mahmood Yakubu presented a keynote address on the preparation of the Commission towards the election. He assured the Service of the Commission's determination to deliver free, fair and credible election.

Also, the Commission, through its Director of Legal, Mrs Oluwatoyin Babalola, educated participants on the Electoral Act 2022 and its implications for Security agencies. The Service reviewed the security situation in the country and assured INEC of its support which is in line with the President’s pronouncement to the world to bequeath a free and fair election.

In the same vein, related trainings and courses have been outlined for midlevel officers. The Service's PRO, Peter Afunanya shared: 'For the period, a capacity building seminar in Public Relations was declared open by the DGSS today, 23rd January, 2023 for mid-level officers drawn from the State Commands. Resource persons from the media, public relations practice and the academia are participating in the seminar.'

The DGSS, Alhaji Yusuf Magaji Bichi CFR fwc, used the occasion to reiterate the need for professionalism and neutrality of personnel in the discharge of the Service’s mandate before, during and after the general elections. Of note was that at the end of the strategic workshop, participants pledged to work in collaboration with sister agencies, INEC and all relevant stakeholders to ensure that peaceful elections are conducted across the country.

In a related development, NAOSNP gathered that the DSS commenced a two-week Joint Service training programme at the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS), Abuja on 16th January, 2023. Participants are drawn from the country's Armed Forces, Police and other law enforcement and response agencies. The Course was initiated by the Service to strengthen interagency relations in view of their separate and combined roles in the forthcoming elections. The Joint Service Course is designed to promote interagency collaboration and efficiency during the elections.

The General Officer Commanding 81 Division (GOC), Nigerian Army, Major General Obinna Ajunwa has commissioned the Hippo Lounge and Hippo Mascot in a sustained effort to improve the infrastructural beautification of 81 Division Hippo Mess at Outer Marina Lagos.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony which was done during the send-forth and special Tombola organized for the outgoing Commanders and officers of the Division, the GOC stated that the completion of the project was part of his resolve to key into the vision of the Chief of Army Staff to add value to the system and leave an enduring legacy for the junior ones. The GOC assured that he will further renovate the entire mess as he has tasked the President Mess Committee Brigadier General Kingsley Nwoko who supervised the execution of the project to forward estimates for the entire renovation of the Mess, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP reports.

The GOC also applauded the posted-out commanders and officers of the Division for their tireless efforts, dedication, and support which he said has helped in the successes recorded so far by the Division. He further urged the commanders to be good ambassadors of the Division wherever they find themselves.

The outgoing senior officers include Major General IM Abdullahi, Brigadier General AA Galadima, Brigadier General Mbafung, Brigadier General EO Oshunsan and Brigadier General KN Nwoko. Others are Colonel Asuku, Colonel Orji, Colonel Abdallah, Colonel Sholotan and Lt Col OJ Osoba among several others.

The Lagos State Taskforce in its effort to achieve zero tolerance to crime in the State has again fulfiled its promise of making criminality unattractive through the arrest of a two-man syndicate who specialise in defrauding unsuspecting members of the public of their hard earned money in the name of assisting them with converting dollars to Naira.

The duo, Abdullahi Mohammed and Victor Etuk were arrested at mid-day by officers of the Agency along Oshodi while in the process of swindling an unsuspecting lady walking along that axis by asking for directions to a non existent market and then later asking her for a place to change their supposed large sum of dollars. She declined but they promised her an iPhone 11 Pro Max and 200,000 Naira if she could take them to where they could change their dollars. Her repeated appeal for them to leave her alone drew the attention of the officers who swooped in on them and effected their arrest.

One of the suspects, Victor Etuk claimed he has been in the practice for over three years and had been convicted for it in 2020 for seven months after being caught.

“I was arrested during the pandemic by officers of Ago Police Station for defrauding a woman through this same means and my share of the loot was 12,000 Naira. I spent 7 months behind bars but as soon as i got out of jail i went back into the same practice”

The second suspect, Abdullahi Mohammed is also an ex convict who spent six weeks in Badagry Correction Centre after being convicted for other crimes.

Speaking on the arrest at the Headquarters of the Agency, the Chairman, CSP Shola Jejeloye described the antics of the suspects as an old trick in the book which has been on for a long time but unfortunately some individuals still fall victim to it.

“We have heard of this method of defrauding people popularly known as “wash-wash” and it is quite unfortunate that it is still being adopted up to this very day. These two are just part of a larger syndicate who still engage in this practice and we will make sure that they are all fished out and brought to book”

Jejeloye appealed to Lagosians to be vigilant especially in crowded areas where people like this lurk and search for who to defraud. He urged Lagosians to alert the Police or any security agency once anything suspicious takes place around them. He promised to intensify efforts to ensure that miscreants and hoodlums are taken off the streets for the safety and serenity of all.

“The Agency will leave no stone unturned this year and anyone engaging in crimes or criminality will be arrested and prosecuted”

The two suspects will be charged to court accordingly.

Kaduna Ambush: NSCDC CG Presents Cheques, Offers Job Opportunities To Families Of Deceased Personnel

The Commandant General of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, has condoled with officers and men, families of seven personnel, who were ambushed by bandits in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State, during which seven lost their lives.

Addressing officers and men, as well as bereaved families at the NSCDC Kaduna Command Headquarters, when he personally, visited to pay condolences, the CG stated that the Corps had in the past lost officers in the line of duties, but not as much as compared to the Birnin-Gwari tragic incident.

Audi, who described the killing as colossal, however, charged other personnel not to be deterred by the ugly incident; instead, they should continue to put in their best for a more secured country.

“Death is inevitable, it is heart touching losing the personnel.

"Although, this is not the first time we are losing personnel, but it's so painful that we lost seven personnel at a time.

"It is a great loss, that is why i am here personally, to encourage all of you, to continue to do your best and not give up," he said.

The Corps helmsman hinted that he had initiated the process of payment of death benefits and other entitlements to the affected officers through the office of the Minister of Interior to ameliorate the pains of those they left behind.

He explained that the Corps had been settling burial benefits, entitlements, accident and group life Insurance policies to personnel as and when due.

He said that upon assumption of duty as CG about two years ago, backlog of salaries and arrears had been cleared with a few pending, which would soon be settled.

Continuing, the Commandant General, who was visibly emotional during his address, also delivered the message of the Minister of Interior.

He added, "the Minister sent his condolences, and directed me to inform you, that he is with you on this journey and would ensure that FG continues to support the Corps at all time."

He later presented cheques of undisclosed amount of money to next of kins of the seven fallen heroes as a token of support pending the payment of their accrued benefits.

Furthermore, he announced the approval of one slot for each family as replacement of the slain officers by the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.

"This is a service that has its personnel in mind. It is my vision to champion the course of promoting personnel's welfare in the Corps.

"The minister has approved one slot each for you to replace your husbands.

"I have also directed the Kaduna State Commandant, Idris Yahaya, to liase with you on getting your details across to us in Abuja," he informed.

Assistant Commandant General (ACG), Zone B, Muhammad Haruna, who received the CG in Kaduna, expressed appreciation on behalf of all the personnel from the Zone for his welfare policy since his assumption of office.

He commended the effort of the CG in lightening the burdens of the deceased family members left behind, stressing that the visit no doubt encouraged, motivated and gave succour to the injured and broken hearted within and outside the Corps.

In his vote of thanks, representative of the deceased families, Mallam Baba Ladan, thanked the Minister of Interior, CG, ACG Zone B, the Kaduna State Commandant and all officers and men nationwide for their prayers and for standing by the families during their period of grief.

The CG appreciated GOD for sparing the life of SCA Thomas Hassan, the only survivor of the attack, who was admitted in an undisclosed hospital following the attack but has since been discharged.

In order to encourage him and others, the CG announced his elevation to the rank of Inspector of Corps (IC) from Senior Corps Assistant (SCA) and immediately, decorated him with his new rank even as he charged him to teach others the manoeuvring tactics used to survive such dangerous attack in order to minimise casualties in case of similar confrontation in the future.

He re-iterated the commitment of the corps towards collaborating with other security agencies in dealing with hoodlums in the language they understood in line with Presidential directive.

Dr Audi commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his relentless effort towards providing relevant platforms to contain various security threats across the country.

Also present at the event were other agencies' Service Commanders like the Commisioner of Police, Comptroller of Nigeria Immigration Service, Controller of Correctional service, 1Division Garrison Commander, Sector Commander, FRSC among others, who gave emotion-laden goodwill messages.
