"I want to thank God for my life today, I was sick and didnt understand how my body was feeling again. Then I called one of our members who is a Deaconess and works in the Sanctuary unit as I do to come and take me to the hospital because none of my children were around.

When the sister took me to the hospital, and the first hospital said they dont know what to do and then another. All these things I was not aware of what was happening to me. So at the last hospital I was given injection, and on our way coming back my tummy started turning me. And everything in my tummy dried to my throat that I could not even speak or even know what was happening to me.

By the time they now noticed nothing was medically wrong with me they now started calling my children, church members, people around. She started calling all the Winners sisters and brothers that are around and everybody now came because I myself could not talk or do anything. So they now took me to the hospital. Everything happening I did not know.

When they took me to the first hospital, they said there is no bed. Then the second, all these things and I did not know, people around were telling me after. So they started calling my children, both the one in Ibadan, and my daughter who is a member of Winners Soldiers of Christ and her brother in Ibadan. When they came and saw me there.

I want to thank God for my life because today I did not know I will be alive today. I did not even know that I will open my mouth to speak today. I give God all the glory and as I am giving God all the glory I want Him to perfect my healing in Jesus name. Amen."

Why, I say that is because, everything in this life, you understand me, is in His hands. So knowing Christ is my biggest testimony.
Oooooooh wooow!
I cant just tell it all. How?
People were saying that in 2021, people that know me very well, since 2021, know God decorated me so Loud.
you understand me, that God has so decorated this very fellow. That ring! 'this is Femi, do you know Julius? Julius? is this not Julius'

BusinessExclusive: Wema Bank Among Best Five Banks In Q1 2022 by Godspowerpro(op):
GODSPOWERPROJECT

The Nigerian banking sector recorded impressive growth in the first quarter of the year, recording a 23.24% year-on-year increase in real GDP. This is also evidenced by the performance of the twelve commercial banks listed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).

Wema Bank proved its mettle in the key metrics of total assets growth, customer deposit growth, profit after tax growth, loan book growth, return on average equity and cost to income ratio.

According to a special report on the financial performance of quoted Nigerian banks by Nairametrics, some banks have dominated the efficiency, deposit, and profitability metrics, especially newly re-engineered banks like Wema Bank and Unity Bank, among others. They are now two of the top five leading banks in the country.

According to data from Nairalytics – the research arm of Nairametrics, the twelve banks reviewed posted an aggregate profit after tax of N275.27 billion in Q1 2022, representing a 14.7% increase compared to N239.95 billion posted in the corresponding period of 2021.

The banks were able to record an improved bottom line despite the CBN monetary policy leaning towards a dovish direction, that is, keeping interest rates low. However, the apex bank in its latest MPC meeting has raised the benchmark interest rate from 11.5% to 13%, and banks could be seeing a rise in their interest earnings going forward.

For this analysis, the Q1 2022 results of the following banks were tracked: Access Holdings, FBN Holdings, FCMB, Fidelity Bank, Wema Bank GT Holding, Stanbic IBTC, Sterling Bank, Union Bank, UBA, Unity Bank, and Zenith Bank. Ecobank was not considered in the analysis as the bank operates efficiently in other markets besides Nigeria.

The key metrics considered in these analyses are total asset growth, loan book growth, profit growth, cost–to–income ratio, and return on average equity.

Leading Banks by Profits After Tax (PAT) growth

The twelve banks under our radar posted an aggregate profit after tax of N275.27 billion in Q1 2022, which is 14.7% higher than the N239.95 billion recorded in the previous year (Q1 2021).

First position – Wema Bank (+119%)

Second position – First Bank (+108%)

Third position – Sterling Bank (+47.9%)

Fourth position – FCMB (+44.6%)

Fifth Position – FBNH: (+33.9%)

Upshots: In terms of net profit, Zenith Bank recorded the highest profit after tax of N58.19 billion. In terms of growth, Wema Bank topped the list with a 119% growth in its bottom line while First Bank recorded a 107.7% growth.

Leading Banks by cost-to-income ratio performance

The cost-to-income ratio is a key financial metric, which shows a company’s costs as a proportion of its income. It helps to give investors a clear view of how efficiently a bank is being run. Specifically, it shows how much input the bank requires to generate N1 of output.

Notably, the lower this ratio, the more profitable, productive, and competitive the bank will be. Here are the banks with the lowest cost-to-income ratio:

First position – First Bank (-12.48%)

Second position – FCMB (-6.83%)

Third position – Wema Bank (-5.5%)

Fourth position – Stanbic IBTC (-5.4%)

Fifth Position – Sterling Bank (-2.1%)

Upshots
: First Bank recorded the highest decline in its cost-to-income ratio in Q1 2022, dropping from 79.5% recorded in Q1 2021 to 67.03% in the review period. FCMB also saw a decline in its numbers to 72.69%. However, GT Bank currently has the lowest cost-to-income ratio of 42.42% in Q1 2022.

Leading Banks by Total Assets growth

The analysis of the combined assets of the 13 listed banks (Ecobank excluded) reveals that the total assets increased by 6.7% from N57.67 trillion recorded as of December 2021 to N61.54 trillion in the review period. The total asset of the listed banks amounts to over 85% of Nigeria’s annual real GDP (2021 estimate).

The increase in the total assets of the banks indicates a stronger financial position. All the banks under study recorded an improvement in their total asset base. Below are the leading banks by total assets growth between March 2022 and December 2021.

First position – Fidelity Bank (+22.9%)

Second position – Zenith Bank (+18.9%)

Third position – Stanbic IBTC (+13%)

Fourth position – Unity Bank (+9.7%)

Fifth Position – Wema Bank (+7.7%)

Upshots: Fidelity Bank
tops the list of best performers in terms of asset growth in the first quarter of 2022 after its total assets increased by 22.9% from N2.89 trillion recorded as of December 2021 to N3.56 trillion by the end of March 2022.

Leading Banks by Customer Deposits growth

Customer deposits remain one of the most competitive items in the banking sector since it is from deposits that loans are issued out and other investments are made.

The total customer deposits stood at N40.34 trillion, as of the first quarter of the year, representing an 8.7% increase compared to N37.1 trillion recorded as of the previous quarter. The bank leading the charge in terms of value is Access Bank, which accounts for 18.5% of the total share, however, Zenith Bank tops in terms of growth.

First position – Zenith Bank (+27.8%)

Second position – Fidelity Bank (+18%)

Third position – Unity Bank (+17.4%)

Fourth position – Wema Bank (+8.8%)

Fifth Position – Access Bank (+7.8%)

Upshots: Zenith Bank
recorded the highest growth in customer deposits, followed by Fidelity and Unity Bank with 18% and 17.4% increases respectively. Only Union Bank recorded a customer deposit decline in the first quarter of 2022.

Leading Banks by loan book growth

Bank loan is an important metric used in assessing the performance of banks. Notably, loans allow for growth in the overall money supply in an economy and open up competition by lending to new businesses.

The interest and fees from the loans form a major part of where banks generate their earnings. According to the analysis, loans to customers increased by 8.3% to N21.71 trillion in Q1 2022 from N20.05 trillion recorded as of December 2021.

First position – Fidelity Bank (+28%)

Second position – Zenith Bank (+25%)

Third position – Unit Bank (+11.9%)

Fourth position – UBA (+7.1%)

Fifth Position – Stanbic IBTC (+6.4%)

Upshots: Fidelity Bank
led the list of banks with the highest loan book growth in the first quarter of 2022. Specifically, its customer loan increased by 28% to N1.83 trillion from N1.43 trillion recorded as of December 2021.

Leading Banks by Return on Equity (ROAE)

The return on equity is an important metric that shows the percentage of profit made on every N1 of the shareholders’ fund. It is used to measure the performance and efficiency of the banks.

This metric will show how well banks have maximized any increase in shareholders’ wealth.

First position – Access Bank (21.39%)

Second position – UBA (20.4%)

Third position – GT Bank (19.3%)

Fourth position – Zenith Bank (19.2%)

Fifth Position – Wema Bank (15.96%)

Upshots
: The aggregate returns on equity for the twelve banks stood at 13.72% as of March 2022. Access Bank led the list with a return on average equity of 21.39% (annualized) in March 2022, closely followed by UBA (20.4%) and GT Bank (19.3%).

Final Scorecard

Taking the average of the performance of the banks across the six metrics under our radar, we see Zenith Bank on top of the rank, followed by Wema Bank, Stanbic IBTC, First Bank, and Fidelity Bank based on their Q1 2022 numbers.

"There are good days and there are bad days. In this business anybody can be your customer, even if they dont buy from you today, or tomorrow, they'll surely buy. They are always thinking of buying.
Because this is something that is attractive 'Chicken and Chips, Wow, can I have a taste?' Do you understand?"

"And you have to be ready, for example, there are days that I dont see at all, it doesn't mean I shouldn't come the next day. I just have to keep on with that consistency. It will get to a point that your bad day will be like at least you are selling more than 5, you understand."

"So when you get to a point that people know that there's this guy here, this what he does, he's good at this.
Very soon it will be like, everyday of good sales."
"I remember when I first started, the very first day I sold like 2 kilos, that's about 6 pieces of chicken and I sold it about 10. 5 per serving."

"One thing I've noticed is that it doesn't take more than 2 people to buy all your stuff. In fact one person can buy everything. I'm telling you by the time they come and like 'give me one..ah..give me another one....another one'. By the time you now start getting 5 customers. Now I dont even have up to 3 customers but I'm sure of selling what I have."

"My biggest concern is giving out my best, I am not really concerned about the money, what I'm really concerned about is me serving you and then seeing an empty plate or broken bone, and you tell me thank you.
My plan is to have something like a chain of restaurants that specialize in grills around Lagos.

BusinessDairy Leader Frieslandcampina WAMCO Announces 1-for-1 Bonus At 49th AGM by Godspowerpro(op): 6:45pm On Jun 01, 2022
GODSPOWERPROJECT

Dairy leader and maker of Peak, Three Crowns, Coast, Olympic and Nunu brands of milk FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC has announced 35% revenue growth and 1-for-1 bonus at its 49th Annual General Meeting held recently at the Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.

Operating Results and Performance:
The Company achieved strong volume and value growth compared with the previous year despite the difficult operating environment characterised by increased competition and influx of substitute propositions. As a result, Turnover increased by 35% from N199.5 billion in 2020 to N268.4 billion in 2021. Operating Profit increased by 13% from N19.4 Billion in 2020 to N22 Billion in 2021. High Finance costs due to Naira devaluation led to a decline in Profit Before Tax (PBT) by 15% from N14.9 billion in 2020 to N12.7 billion in 2021.

Ben Langat, Managing Director FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC and Sub-Sahara Africa Cluster, explained: “In the year under review, we made excellent progress in strengthening our business strategies. We scaled up investments in brands and optimized physical availability. The combination of solid brands, operational excellence and expanded route-to-market (RTM) distribution strategy sustained our leadership position and delivered significant top-line growth. Likewise, our sustainable Dairy Development received a boost through significant initiatives including collaboration on the Value4Dairy Consortium, investment in a new mobile yoghurt factory to scale up fresh milk processing, expansion to new states; all modelled towards delivering and accelerating backward integration of the dairy sector in Nigeria.”

In accordance with the company’s dividend policy, the Board of Directors proposed a total dividend of N5.83 per N0.50 ordinary share. An interim dividend of N1.10 was paid in 2021, and a final cash dividend of N4.23per N0.50 share was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting plus a bonus share to be issued to existing shareholders on a one-for-one basis i.e., one ordinary share with a nominal value of N0.50 for each share owned.

According to Mr. Moyo Ajekigbe, OFR, Chairman, Board of Directors, "Our achievements in 2021 were the result of concerted efforts by various stakeholders, and I would like to express my appreciation to them for their valued contributions. The Board recognises the formidable leadership, resilience and professionalism of the Management Team, which delivered the strong performance recorded in 2021; and our greatly valued employees at all levels for their hard work, dedication and continued commitment. Despite the severe headwinds in our business environment, our Company was able to sustainably grow the business across the board.”

2022 Company Outlook
The country’s GDP is expected to grow by 3-4%; however, the outlook remains clouded by uncertainty surrounding oil price trajectory, scarcity of FX, rising inflation, high unemployment, security challenges and social tensions across the country. Both the supply and demand sides of our business would be under immense pressure. The expected volatility and uncertainty in the business environment not withstanding, the Board and Management remain confident about the future of the Company and are committed to its success and sustainability. We are confident that the Company’s brands, which are leaders in the dairy sector, will continue to leverage our optimised route-to-market. We will continue to aggressively pursue our backward integration and product diversification strategies with vigour to ensure the long-term sustainability of our business.

Nairaland General5 Psychological Tricks To Make People Do What You Want by Godspowerpro(op): 8:25am On May 23, 2022
GODSPOWERPROJECT

https://www.facebook.com/101599235557780/posts/181435384240831/

You don’t have to act like spoiled(rotten) Veruca Salt from Charlie & The Chocolate Factory to always get what you want.

Thankfully there are plenty of ways to make people do what you want;

GODSPOWERPROJECT shares 5 among Listverse's top 10 ways to get people to do your bidding, and you can share others you personally know in the comments section.

5. Use Body Language (Chameleon Effect)

Your body language can influence how others perceive you; it can even help change the minds of those on the fence about you.

For example, when you look big (lean back in your chair and push one elbow to the back of the chair top), it will make other people see you as powerful, and they will do anything you want.

If you are seen as a leader or powerful, others will wish to emulate you; this is known as the chameleon effect. The chameleon effect will make people unconsciously copy postures, facial expressions, and mannerisms, making them more like you; you can make them do what you want

4. Favors Are Your Friend

After performing a favor for someone, they are likely to return the favor. Favors are powerful when seeking to get people to do what you want. Even if you do a small favor, it can return large dividends.

For example, if you help someone at your workplace when they are thanking you, ensure you use a phrase like “That’s what partners do for each other.” When you label your favor as an act of partnership, the phrase will make your colleague return the favor.

3. Go Big

When getting people to do what you want, offer an outrageous proposal straight out of the gate. When this offer is struck down, come in with a more reasonable offer. They will more than likely accept this because it appears to be the better deal when, in reality, it is the offer you wanted them to agree to.

For example, when negotiating with your teen, say they need to complete five chores before earning their Xbox. Of course they may counteroffer with two chores, then you finally offer three. They will agree, and you will still get the work done that you wanted them to do. Score one for parents!

2. Maintain Eye Contact

We are often told to maintain eye contact when speaking to others. It is more than just being polite; maintaining eye contact can increase attraction, understanding, and honesty. But make sure you don’t hold someone’s gaze too long, or you may be labeled a creep.
Eye contact can:

Display honesty
Create a bond
Improve understanding
Build respect
Increase empathy
Foster attraction

1. Use Your Words

As a general rule of thumb, it is better to use someone’s name instead of “Hey, you.” This is especially true if you want something from someone. Simply using a person’s name makes the other person listen; they will be drawn into what you have to say. After all, we have been conditioned to respond to our name from birth

At most places of business, employees wear name tags; it is your job to utilize them. Utilize desk plaques, names on doors, online listings, etc., to make a connection. Even if you don’t have a connection, the person whose name you just used will assume you have one based on the simple fact that you used their name. This is an extremely powerful tool that is most often underutilized.

THE (SCIENTIFIC) DEATH OF JESUS
For the next 60 seconds, set aside whatever
You're doing and take this opportunity! To know a little more about JESUS:

At the age of 33,
Jesus was condemned to death .

At the time
Crucifixion was the "worst" death. Only the worst
Criminals were condemned to be crucified. Yet it was
Even more dreadful for Jesus, unlike
Other criminals condemned to death by
Crucifixion Jesus was to be nailed to the
Cross by His hands and feet.

"Each nail
Was 6 to 8 inches long"

"The nails
Were driven into His wrist. Not
Into His palms as is commonly
Portrayed. There's a tendon in the wrist that
Extends to the shoulder. The Roman guards knew
That when the nails were being hammered into the
Wrist that tendon would tear and
Break, forcing Jesus to use His back
Muscles to support himself so that He could
Breath."

"Both of His feet
Were nailed together. Thus He was forced to
Support Himself on the single nail that
Impaled His feet to the cross. Jesus could
Not support himself with His legs because of the pain
So He was forced to alternate between arching His
Back then using his legs just to continue to
Breath. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the
Suffering, the courage."

Jesus endured this
Reality for over 3 hours.

Yes,
Over 3 hours! Can you imagine this kind of
Suffering? A few minutes before He died,
Jesus stopped bleeding. He was simply pouring water
From his wounds.

From common images
We see wounds to His hands and feet and even the spear wound
To His side... But do we realize His wounds
Were actually made in his body. A hammer
Driving large nails through the wrist, the feet overlapped
And an even large nail hammered through the arches, then a
Roman guard piercing His side with a spear. But
Before the nails and the spear Jesus was whipped and
Beaten. The whipping was so severe that it tore the
Flesh from His body. The beating so horrific that His
Face was torn and his beard ripped from His face. The
Crown of thorns cut deeply into His scalp. Most men
Would not have survived this torture.

"

He had no more blood
To bleed out, only water poured from His
Wounds.
The human adult body contains about 3.5 liters
(just less than a gallon) of blood.

Jesus poured all 3.5
Liters of his blood; He had three nails hammered into His
Members; a crown of thorns on His head and, beyond
That, a Roman soldier who stabbed a spear into His
Chest..

All these without
Mentioning the humiliation He suffered after carrying His own
Cross for almost 2 kilometers, while the crowd spat in his
Face and threw stones (the cross was almost 30 kg of weight,
Only for its higher part, where His hands were
Nailed).

Jesus had
To endure this experience, to open the
Gates of Heaven,
So that you can have free
Access to God.

So that your sins
Could be "washed" away. All of them, with no exception!
Don't ignore this situation.

JESUS
CHRIST
DIED FOR YOU!

He died for you! It
Is easy to pass jokes or foolish photos by e-mail, but
When it comes to God, sometimes you feel ashamed to forward
To others because you are worried of what they may think
About you.

God
Has plans for you, show all your friends what He experienced
To save you. Now think about this! May God bless your
Life!

"60
Seconds with God..."

For the next 60
Seconds, set aside what you're doing and take
This opportunity!

All you have to do
Is:

1. Simply
Pray for the person who sent this message to
You:

2.Then, send this
Message to people.. The more the better.

3. People will

Would you mind sharing with us, our life experiences aren't just for us alone. They are also meant to help others grow. Your experiences are probably leading you to your spiritual inclinations and someone here might be able to help. Personally, how do you worship the Creator of all things

Every institution has its organizational structure, same thing goes with our religious/spiritual institutions.

Bishop David Oyedepo is globally known as the President of the Living Faith Church, which sits on a wide expanse of land, called Canaanland in Sango Ota,

Earlier today, Godspowerproject, released this artwork in celebration of the forthcoming weeklong Shiloh event, happening next week st Canaanland. The artwork consists of the top echelons of the Winners Commission.

Here are the Top Five in the Winners political structure, which of them do you recognize? Or do you think has been left out

Jesus is Lord.

CelebritiesI Tried Banking For A Few Weeks- Adeolu Gboyega by Godspowerpro(op): 4:10pm On Nov 03, 2021
Adeolu Gboyega has confronted issues everyday people boycott, and that nobody simply wants to acknowledge, during a straightforward conversation with Godspowerproject, which pushed his buttons to bare his mind.

The celebrated GM of Crest 87.7fm, Akure, discoursed with this publication for the first time amid the advance of the E-naira, and during the cordial chat, Mr. Adeolu answered important questions pertaining to the future of the country, especially the youths.

This saw the southwest radio boss and former banker, mentioning his stance towards matters of national concerns, following his latest initiative of driving a youth-centric news and current affairs station in Ondo State.

When asked to share notable highlights from 2 decades of broadcasting, to influence the next generation of broadcasters. Adeolu said "Hardwork truly pays. Work so hard to distinguish yourself in whatever you choose to do and that will surely open doors for you. By doing just broadcasting and doing it well at least by acceptable standards, it has open lots of doors for me."

Mr. Adeolu added that "the Nigerian broadcast space has evolved over time, however the fundamental principle of professionalism is standing on very shaky legs. If care is not taken, the industry will be a shadow of itself in years to come."

As the broadcasting guru continued on; exposing the amateurish approach of cryptocurrency promoters in the country and subsequent entry of e-naira, Adeolu proves his versatility encompasses what it takes to make an amazing broadcaster.

"Cryptocurrency promoters in Nigeria are mostly people who do not have all the details of its trading and so, lose people's money in the process. This does not mean Crypto is bad. It's just about knowledge and having adequate information about the market. Meanwhile, e-naira has created heavy enthusiasm amongst industry players as it has been projected as one of the stabilizers in the forex shortfall the economy has witnessed in recent times"

After Adeolu had mentioned that he "wants to be known for being a broadcaster that walked the earth, creating other amazing broadcasters and becoming an institution in the field of broadcasting" he shared his opinion on what the younger generation should focus their time, energy and resources on, saying, "Hardwork and sustaining a good legacy that will outlive them. So many of our young people do not care anymore about good name or hardwork but quick money"

Discussing the concept of sure investments, Adeolu added that "Well, I believe so much in Investments in people. It is a coin that you can spend for years to come. Asides that, real estate has proven to be a money spinner of all times ditto the amazing opportunities that the cyber space offers us all."

Attributing his popularity to the grace of God, Gboyega reminisced with Godspowerproject about the time he switched career lanes and what followed after, "Of course, I tried banking for a few weeks but it was obvious my calling was in the studio, because even while attending to a customer those days, my earpod was always glued to my ear to listen to the radio. I was distracted by what I love which was and is still broadcasting"

And while diverse opinions continue to thrive concerning the entertainment industry in its entirety, Adeolu, whose interests are all miles apart yet finds a way of fusing them together; reading, partying and praying, aptly describes the situation in a most vivid manner.

"This is one of the largest employers of labour in Nigeria today, but sadly underrated though, Government has hinged this largely on defined structures for the industry. However, the joy is that things are no longer how it used to be"
