GODSPOWERPROJECT 1. GOD Turned My Stagnation To Promotion!’“I had been stagnated in my job for the past five years. I usually attend the fourth service every Sunday. Last Sunday, after the church service, God spoke to me, ‘Go to Canaan Land, dance, praise and worship Me.’ I obeyed, despite the heavy traffic and I came. After dancing, praising and worshipping God, the following day, another job came my way, which I never dreamt of! Here is the appointment letter! God turned my stagnation into promotion! I give Him all the glory!” ---Amos Iluromi. 2. Plague of Sickness Destroyed after Joining this Commission!‘I joined this Commission in 2018, beaten, battered and sick. The hospital became the second home of my family, and nothing was working for me. However, I left the East and came to Canaanland, and Bishop David Oyedepo encouraged first-timers to engage with every instruction and prophetic declarations from the altar for three months. While he made declarations in that service, he cursed every siege over our career, family and life. I keyed into the declarations and engaged in Kingdom advancement prayer. I also invited people and all my friends to church. That same year, in August, my family joined me. Since we joined this church till date, none of my family has fallen sick, and my business has been restored. I return all the glory to GOD!’ — Christopher Okeke

GOD be praised for HIS mighty Hand over our lives. Woke up as early as to 3 this morning prepping for the last Sunday in the showers of Blessings series in the Living Faith Commission. After a short praise and Word study I was on my way to join a free bus to Canaanland at Abuleegba. I joined a bus and was asked to sit beside the driver but told them I'd rather not mk driver no use gear knack me for knee (happened one time during an interstate trip), so I sat right behind the driver (meanwhile there was a platform for bags where you can raise your legs on). So bus continued to move and joyous worshippers continued to join. Until this aggressive 'agbero' bros demanded we give him a lift to 'that junction' and we told him politely that this is 'church bus'. Na him bros vex swear say 'e e ni de Canaanland' I had no idea how/why/when the Holy Spirit prompted me to shout back 'a ma de Canaanland, koja Canaanland loruko Jesu' and our bus drove off filling the bus. Exactly 6.05am we were by the walls of Canaanland lining up with other vehicles being orderly ushered into the church premises. No one can pinpoint exactly what went wrong but suddenly, passengers began screaming and the bus rammed into a highlander infront of us. The four of us seated behind the driver's seat had our knees and shins hit the (earlier described) platform and instantly our minds went back to curses by the jilted 'junction bros' Bottom line is evil agents are everywhere so we really have to be careful. This encounter made me understand why people dont give strangers lifts. Who knows what 'talk and happen' he had used, but to GOD be all glory for my Holy Spirit inspired counter declarations. The Word of GOD in my mouth, the name of JESUS in my mouth e dey work o. Quiet Christians die quietly" I was in so much pains but all on my mind was just to join 'Showers of Blessings' and to GOD be all glory Jesus healed everyone's pains. Holy Spirit spoke through Papa to all our situations and we were not ashamed. Hallelujah. Thankful to JESUS no one was severely hurt. Lesson Dont shut your mouth when any bagger makes negative comments concerning you o. Open your mouth and counter their declarations and GOD will enforce the dominion of HIS people. All the glory must be to our GOD

The OCPF is a platform inspired and established to galvanize the arrays of Owase indigenes who are professionals to drive the human capital and socio-economic development of Owase Community. These set of professionals have deemed it fit to pull and engage their wealth of strengths, resources and capacities to drive the growth and development, building and making remarkable impacts in their community, Owase. The occasion which took place at the Community hall was graced by HRM, Oba, Adebori Adeleye (OON), the Olubaka of Oka land and other arrays of dignitaries including High Chief Williams A. Since inception OCPF has provided a veritable platform through which laudable interventions for human capital development of Owase community people are being articulated and accomplished. Through the Forum, the following interventions have been provided: 1. Repair of Community boreholes 2. Community Town Hall project execution 3. Agrochemical supplies to farmers 4. Provision of palliatives during covid-19 lock down. THE CEREMONY Giving a welcome address at the ceremony, the National Coordinator of the forum, OCPF, Dr. Benard Omoyeni referred to the official inauguration of the forum as a landmark and memorable event that marks an epoch of human capital and socio-economic development in Owase community and Oka land at large. “The Owase Community Professionals’ Forum founded as a Nongovernmental Organization (NGO) is designed to be an engine room of ideas that will champion the course of Owase indigenes at local, national and international levels, creating a leverage for emancipation of our people by providing leadership, mentorship and interventions that will help our people realize their potentials”, the national coordinator said. While speaking on the interventions envisaged by the forum, he said educational advancement of the youths in secondary, technical and tertiary institutions, job placement/employment creation and upgrading the social infrastructural development of Owase Community are among the envisioned interventions set by the forum. Also speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dare Owolabi, Chairman Board of Trustees and a former Director, State Security Service of Nigeria, while giving a key note address stated that development is not birth in a day instead, it is a truism that the developmental process must be envisioned, initiated and driven by great men and critical thinkers of which the inauguration of the OCPF officially symbolizes. He noted that the birth of OCPF is to create positive narrations that will foster accelerated human capital development, youth growth, care for the aged, less privileged and the vulnerable while synchronously promoting love, peace, security and communal living. Mr. Owolabi added to his speech an advocacy for determination, self denial, relentless service, genuine desire to serve rather than to be served and also called on all illustrious sons and daughters of Owase at home and diaspora to join force with the OCPF to achieve the objectives of its establishment in his conclusive note. The OCPF inauguration was occasioned by the unveiling of OCPF logo by HRM Oba (Dr.) Yusuf Adebori Adeleye (OON). While unveiling the logo, the paramount ruler who came alongside his entourage, expressed excitement towards the developmental initiative championed by OCPF noting that it is highly commendable and impressive. In his word; “After going through the history of Owase Community Professionals’ Forum (OCPF), I was highly inspired and that is why I am here today to unveil the logo and to inaugurate the forum. I am so happy for the initiators of this forum as they have decided to organize this initiative for the development of Owase Community and this is exactly what inspired me. I will call this Owase model and I will encourage other quarters to emulate the Owase model towards the development of Oka at large”. The royal father proclaimed royal blessings upon every member of the forum, unveiled the logo and subsequently officially inaugurate the forum. The inauguration event did not come to an end until a lecture was given to the youths of the community titled “BEYOND WHITE COLLAR JOBS: A FOCUS ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP”. The lecture was delivered by Prof. Benson O. Igboin who was represented by Dr. Hyacinth Iwu of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State. In thr about 45 minutes lecture, the Guest speaker, Dr. Iwu spoke extensively on: why entrepreneurship is relevant and most desired now in Nigeria, the meaning of entrepreneurship, the likely challenges that may affect one’s desire to be an entrepreneur, overcoming challenges that comes with entrepreneurship among others. He said, “it is no more news that the rising level of unemployment in Nigeria has become an epidemic. Scores of graduates are being churned out of our tertiary institutions on a yearly basis to face the stark reality of an unaccommodating society and the unavailability of jobs, particularly white-collar jobs”. He added “Every year, thousands of graduates are turned out for whom there are no jobs. Nigerian streets are littered with youth hawkers, bike riders, and touts who ordinarily should have been gainfully employed in some enterprises; or would have demonstrated their skills and resourcefulness if there were enabling environments and reliable management structures on the ground” In his conclusion note, Dr. Iwu admonished the Forum to shift its attention to Entrepreneurship development which has been identified as a key driver in economic development and a tool to solving persistent unemployment challenge among the youths. He applauded the Owase Community Professionals’ Forum for the great initiative towards finding a platform to build the youths in the community despite various challenges facing Nigeria at the moment. www.trekafrica.net Sanwo-Olu, Osoba, Yahaya, Nwachukwu, Baba, Audi, Others Headline NAOSNP 2022 Security Conference The National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) has concluded plans to host this year's annual Security Conference with the theme, Crime Prevention and Intelligence: Institutionalizing Citizen Participation, Technology and Way Forward. According to a statement signed by the Association's Public Relations Officer, Mr. Eric Elezuo, the event comes up on September 21, 2022 at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island with prominent security experts and strategists lined up to dish out the best of security lectures. Addressing the press on the forthcoming event, the President of the Association, Mr. Samson Oki, said that "this year's conference topic was drawn against the backdrop that our security agencies are grossly stretched to their limit. They cannot handle the enormous challenge of crime prevention and intelligence gathering alone. The citizens within the country, the citizens in the Diaspora, the international community, and technological innovation must be called into the task of ensuring territorial integrity and maintenance of peace and order in our dear nation Nigeria. "When banditry, insurgency, abduction, robbery etc. occurs it doesn’t only affect the citizenry, it weakens the military and paramilitary agencies, too. He maintained that "The security agencies, therefore, must infuse appropriate practices and measures which demonstrate to the citizenry that their inputs are needed and will dispel fears from their hearts. The citizenry has to be assured that their intelligence, information, and input will not lead to reprisals. Agencies must also begin to fully deploy the immense advantages which technological innovation affords us in the 21st century. This is the basis of the interaction between the people and security agencies which the NAOSNP Annual Security Conference 2022 seek to engender. "The high-profile media national event will gather eminent stakeholders from the security sector, captain of industries, entrepreneurs, government functionaries, corporate business managers, ICT and media executives," Oki added. On the line up of dignitaries billed to grace the event are the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the Chief Host; former Governor of Ogun State, Chief Segun Osoba, who will function as the Chairman of the day; Chief of Army Staff, General Farouk Yahaya, who will give the keynote address. Others are the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba; Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Ahmed Abubakar Audi, Comptroller General of Immigration, CG Idris Isah, former Military Governor of old Imo State, General Ike Nwachukwu; Board Member, Lagos State Security Trust Fund, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan, and HRM Oba Suleiman A. Bamgbade as the Father of the Day. The event will be anchored by popular standup comedian, Oluwaseyitan Aletile aka Seyi Law and radio girl, Dayo Anthony. Also to feature during the Conference is a panel session where selected dignitaries will speak on salient and topical security issues as well as take remarks and questions from the audience. The 2022 edition of the NAOSNP Security Conference is the third in the series. The first was held in 2020 while the second took place at the NECA House, Ikeja, in October 2021 with two former IGs, Mike Okiro and MD Abubakar as keynote speakers.

GODSPOWERPROJECT To the glory of GOD Almighty, The Holy Spirit laid it in my Mom's heart to support my ministry last night with a blessing, and almost immediately I felt a nudge to visit our brothers and sisters in detention as part of Covenant promise. So as early as 5am I was off to Canaanland for another encounter, and to GOD be the glory, Papa (Bishop David Oyedepo) was JESUS's mouthpiece. By 8, I was in the carpark and quickly bought some tasty Covenant bread for and still with some change in my pocket. Enroute to the nearest police station to my location, the Spirit laid it in my heart 'what manner of man gives food without water' I initially considered the change I had left, and after some back n forth I decided to get drinking water with what's left. I got the water and bread to the station where the officer in charge was filing documents with a female constable. Bottom line is, the bread was vehemently rejected but the water was gladly accepted. "Rather give inmates money to buy whatever but dont bring food, water is allowed tho" Moral: I had good intentions (bread) but the Holy Spirit clearly had a greater yet simple agenda (water). If I had 'simply' dismissed water, my sacrifice would have been a waste but now even though I have a mini bakery in my room (lol) I'm very happy GOD's gift of water was graciously accepted. GOD asked Abraham to sacrifice Isaac, that was a tall order but Abraham obeyed and we are all testimonies of how well that act of obedience turned out. Now I'm already feeling like a billionaire by simply obeying to buy 'common water' You may be feeling like 'I'll give that woman 30k to support her business when I have like 30k in my account', whereas the standing directive is to give this your last 1k to that brother who's looking like everything's going good for him. Only GOD knows all things Lesson: have you been nursing a lingering feeling to help someone or make a stranger happy, whatever it is that the LORD has laid in your heart, ask GOD for the grace to go through with it. Every good thing we have- came from (above) HIM in the first place. Please visit your nearest police station with bags and packs of drinking water and I pray GOD blesses you abundantly today and forever in JESUS name

Oki Samson www.trekafrica.net The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Rivers State command has debunked and condemned an online Media publication, credited to Sahara reporters alleging that the corps had arrested an oil marketer for exposing extortion by some officers in a viral video online. In a press statement e-signed and released to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP by the Command's Spokesperson, DSC Oluremi Ayodele stated that, "The attention of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Rivers State command has been drawn to a defamatory and libellous publication by SaharaReporters, dated 5th September, 2022, with the caption " Nigeria Civil Defence Corps Arrests Oil Marketer Who Exposed Extortion Of Millions Of Naira By Lawless Personnel". According to the statement, "It is imperative to point out that the report about the purported arrest circulating in the media space was not only misleading, but a grandiose attempt to denigrate the service and the positive impact it is making in the society." It is also a calculated effort to change public perception about the Rivers State Command and dent the image of the Corps and the reputation it has built with dedication, diligence and commitment to the mandate of the NSCDC in Safeguarding all Critical National Assets and Infrastructure as revealed by our unrelenting war against Oil theft, pipelines vandalism and illegal dealings in petroleum products in Rivers State. "Recall that the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola had earlier directed the immediate reconstitution of the Antivandal unit nationwide and the process is ongoing without delay". "The Commandant General, Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi mni. had also talked tough while addressing the top management of the Corps and State Commandants nationwide where he maintained that the federal government expressed serious displeasure on the issue of oil theft which required drastic measures by the Corps in order to protect the major revenue base of the country." It is therefore prejudicial, misleading and unprofessional on the part of the Journalist who published the story with allegations that Mr Miyer was threatened, arrested and detained by the NSCDC officers for releasing a video footage showing some of our personnel extorting money from him. Obviously, this action is a reckless falsehood in all its intent and purposes was meant to deplete the public confidence in the Corps. For the purpose of emphasis, the NSCDC Rivers State Command has over the years built a reputation and unbroken record of massively arresting and prosecuting oil thieves while proceeds of contents impounded and mode of conveyance from illegal dealings in petroleum products are remitted to the Federal Government coffers after the process of forfeitures are completed in agreement with judgment gotten at the Court of competent jurisdiction. “The attempt to stir up, discontent and whip up sentiments with regards to the unsubstantiated and baseless report that the owner of the NNPC filling station along Today's FM Rumuekini in Port Harcourt was arrested and detained by the Command for releasing the video footage is highly condemnable and disdainful. “The NSCDC Rivers State Command wishes to call on all credible media and reputable journalists to distance themselves from the apparently biased, unprofessional and disgraceful yellow journalism practiced by some media channels and purveyors of fake and misleading news. "It is also noteworthy to relay that the NSCDC Rivers State Command made a total of 75 arrests both on land and waterways out of which are 54 Suspects; In addition the Command further secured 17 convictions and made interim forfeitures of Petroleum products and over 20 different modes of conveyance such as wooden boats, fiber boats, Trucks, Tankers and Cars abandoned by fleeing illegal dealers in Petroleum products from January till date". “The Command under the leadership of Commandant Michael Besong Ogar is rugged, purposeful, determined and would not be distracted by any mischievous submission by agent provocateurs”. "It will interest the public to know that Information drafted through a volunteered phone call by Mr Miyer shows that he personally decried the action of the Journalist and he emphatically said that the NSCDC did not arrest or detain him but he was rather arrested for Illegal dealings in petroleum products and vandalism of oil pipelines by another Agency of the Federal Government". "Let me further reiterate that the NSCDC Commandant General is currently putting adequate modalities in place to fish out the bad eggs and subsequently avoid loopholes; I hereby warn all perpetrators of heinous crime such as illegal dealings in petroleum products and vandalism of oil pipelines to desist from such nefarious activities. I can assure you that the reconstitution of the new Antivandal Teams will not exceed this week as we are fully committed and ready to rid the Nation from the hands of economic saboteurs".

SS' Turned 'AA'!" "My son was diagnosed with Sickle Cell (SS). In one of the Sunday services, Bishop Oyedepo prophetically declared, 'That sickle cell disease is gone!' He mentioned it twice and I claimed it. He further said, 'if you believe, go back to the doctor and confirm it.' On Monday, I took my son to the laboratory for a test. To the glory of GOD, 'ss' had become 'AA'!"- A. Momoh |
Bishop David Oyedepo Living Faith Church September 11, 18 & 25 GOD has commanded me to proclaim showers of blessings upon all worshippers here at Faith Tabernacle for the next 3 Sundays of September, beginning from Sunday September 11, 2022. Whenever GOD commands His prophets to bless, such blessings are irreversible in nature- Num.23:20 GOD once told me "Behold I have touched your tongue with a coal of fire and from henceforth as you say it, you will see it"- I believe GOD has ordained the end of the dry seasons in your life as you come under these prophetic showers of blessings. As we all know, blessings are the cure for curses. All generational and satanic curses shall be flushed under these showers of blessings. I believe this shall be an opportunity od a lifetime for many, as GOD steps out and begins to rewrite the story of every worshipper in these services. The following testimonies attest to what GOD is set to do for everyone in this prophetic season.

AMEN ESTATE CASE: POLICE DID PERFECT INVESTIGATIONS, JUSTICE - FPRO • Suspects only Crying Foul for Undue Sympathy, As Lagos Government Sets to Prosecute Suspects www.trekafrica.net The Nigeria Police Force wishes to make public the outcome of the concluded investigations into a petition against the owners of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited and Amen Estate, one Saheed Abdullahi Mosadoluwa (aka Ibile) and Ms. Sade Balogun respectively. The result of the investigations shows clearly that the Police carried out a laudable investigation worthy of commendation in the absence of sentiments and the duo are to be prosecuted by the Lagos State Government contrary to the news making the rounds. The case commenced through a petition by one Adeyinka Igbinoba, dated 21st March, 2022, received at the office of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, psc(+), NPM, fdc, and endorsed to the IGP Monitoring Unit to investigate. In the petition, the petitioner claimed that her sisters, Barrister Bunmi Okoror and Abiodun Abdul, requested for a refund of an initial deposit of 30 million Naira made to one Saheed Abdullahi Mosadoluwa (aka Ibile) in respect of some parcels of land in Lekki, Lagos, claiming that the issued Certificate of Occupancy was fake and they subsequently reported the matter to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. In the course of the back and forth to recover the said sum of money, the petitioner, Adeyinka Igbinoba, with her siblings Bunmi Okoror and Abiodun Abdul, and their mother, Mrs. Abdul Beckely along with their driver attended a scheduled meeting in the office of Mr. Saheed at Landbook Office, Eleganza Plaza, Opposite Ikole Complex, Ajah, Lagos, who had clearly emphasized that he would only refund the paid sum in full when they withdraw the case from the EFCC. At the meeting, they met Mr. Saheed, his agent, Mr. Kolawole Opeodu, and two other men. It was alleged that the meeting became heated and led to a serious altercation where Mr. Saheed hit the petitioner with a carved wooden object leading to a serious fracture on her right ankle. It is equally pertinent to mention that Ms. Sade Balogun, owner of Amen Estate where the petitioner resides, acting on her friendship with Mr. Saheed, restrained the petitioner from accessing her property. Detailed investigation into the petition has successfully addressed the three (3) salient issues. Firstly, a response to police request from the office of the Permanent Secretary, Bureau of Lands, Lagos dated 23rd May, 2022 ascertained the ownership of the land but did not confirm or deny any encumbrances on it as requested. Secondly, there exists circumstantial evidence in form of audio recordings substantiating the claim that Mr. Saheed (Ibile) caused grievious harm on the petitioner as she sustained the fracture to her right ankle between the corridor and the staircase leading to the suspect’s office which has been operated upon and renders the complainant incapacitated on crutches. Finally, the conduct of Ms. Sade Gbadamosi in restraining the petitioner from accessing her property constitutes a breach of the petitioner’s fundamental rights and is likely to cause breach of peace. The Nigeria Police Force hereby calls on citizens as vital stakeholders in policing to disregard the baseless and unfounded allegation and sponsored falsehood making the rounds in the media space to the effect that the police are in connivance to prosecute innocent individuals as the facts have been set out above. The falsehood being peddled is due to the fact that their (culprits) frantic and unrelenting efforts to subdue and pervert justice were squashed by the Police, as we stand by justice under the present leadership of the Force. The Attorney-General of Lagos State will be prosecuting the matter before the Courts as soon as possible on request by the Lagos State Government and whomsoever has any reservations as to the police investigation is at liberty to express such before the Court.
