Garri is something I take once in a blue moon, especially when I start craving for it.

But why are you soaking it everyday? No other option?

Due to the news on front page the man that beat his girlfriend till she died.

This almost happen to me, GOD saved me.
Last week my wife is ON, it started on Sunday so by Friday she will be Done,

At 5am on Friday I touch my wife, she quickly punch my hand away, it annoyed me. I tell her what was her problems. She says she's feeling pain. I reply her, it's now you will feel pain, but when u are asking me for money, u won't feel pain on your body.

That's where the problem started. She said all she as been asking from me. I haven't done any one.

That's where I get mad at her, I told her to pack her things and leave my apartment. I drag her bags. She push me away. This girl fall down, her breathing size. I run enter kitchen, carry water pour for her head continuously, bfor she came back me think say she dey act for me,

After 2days we settled I now ask her why do you act that way, she says she doesn't know when it happened

I have learnt my lesson, I will never lay my hand on her again.

This is my experience after being in Lagos for just 2 years. They can sell you poison to eat as long as money will fall out. It's hard to trust them when money is involved. Although I have met some nice Yorubas, but they are very very rare. Igbos like money but at least they will give you value for what you spent.

Endless breathing is not meditation. Get comfortable. Close your eyes. Then try to analyse your surroundings by listening to the sounds around you.

If you are getting distracted, focus on your breathing, and feel how it falls and rises. Some thoughts will start emerging. Analyse the thoughts, play with them, then let go.

Whenever you are losing concentration, focus on your breathing, and try to relax. Once you are 100% relaxed, you might find yourself getting sleepy. Some people even find themselves falling into deep slumber.

As a beginner is normal. With practice you will be able to completely stay in the meditative state without losing your awareness.

When your body is relaxed and in a state of sleep, your mind has to remain aware, especially if you want to lucid dream or astral project.

Practice makes perfect. Don't expect to be a guru after weeks of meditation. It takes years to master. There are lots of meditation sounds on Spotify and YouTube that will help you focus.
