njokuuche77: She's US based, married with 3 kids. She lives in Texas. Her husband is Tunde who works or used to work with Access Bank in Lagos. She got involved with another guy in Nigeria and they both got involved in series of adulterous activities. Her lover, an older guy as well swindled or collected over N10m from her. She went to arrest him only for him to publish nude pictures of them together in order to prove his innocence to the Police that whatever happened between both of them was consensual, that he's not a fraudster as claimed by the married woman. The blackmail from the man got to her husband and this compelled the husband to conduct a DNA test on all his 3 children which later turned out that they are not all his kids after all. Those kids belong to someone else. On Saturday, 9th of June, 2018, the woman drove her truck to the bridge, parked her Ford SUV van on the 3rd Mainland Bridge and jumped inside the lagoon on a suicide mission which is a resultant effect of the blackmail. Bad market/bad business/dirty game. She's gone and the kids are left in the hands of strangers to be taken care of Lesson to learn. That is the problem, we do stuff that we ain't able to face the consequences, that's cowardice, what a miserable life |

lexyman: Nigeria dont play physical football ... Nigeria is the only country in Africa that plays that style ... we re only going to perfect it soon That is why we may never get to quarter final in the world cup if we continue with our aje butter ways South American teams combine power and skill, reason they do well. You need something extra to bulldoze your way beyond your opponents in big tournaments, even France had to get physical with us to boot us out at the last world cup. Italy did it to us in 94. So you see say kpako and skill na the way or else we will be back home. Did you not observe England getting physical with us in that friendly? |

oloriooko: Watching WC '98 Spain vs Nigeria and one wonders why Spain has developed so much while Nigeria seem to be on same spot cuz the SE 98 could have been our foundation to more formidable world beating team Spain developed its local league with consistent developmental programs while we have done nothing. that spanish team in 98 was a very good team, it was our ruggedness that won that game for us, it takes ruggedness, tactics and discipline for an african team to overcome its european counterpart, just watch the Cameroon team in italia 90 and Senegalese team in 2002. Power play is one of our strength as Africans and must be deployed cos you can't beat very good European teams by skills alone, you got to show power like we also did in 94 against Bulgaria but if na ajebutter football you wan play, I sorry sorry! |

Kog45: Sir if Keshi's team was a disgrace to football then Onigbinde's team of 2002 is what?Nigeria 2010 WC team is what?
Even France 98 team is what cos this was a team that took 5 pensioners to WC,namely Peter Rufai,Rashidi Yekini, Augustine Eguavoen,Ben Iroha,Uche Okafor and took already injured Amokachie to WC and dropped in form Jonathan Akpoborie.
And on 5 CB he took to WC,pls try and sit down and analyse why he took such decision or do you think Keshi was a dummy.
On Kunle Odunlami, he replaced injured Echiejile and was to deputise for Ambrose and Oshaniwa cos he was a versatile defender.
If i may ask is Ambrose a CB under Keshi but RB.Keshi took four CB to WC namely Joseph Yobo, Kenneth Omeruo,Godfrey Oboboana and Egwueke. Don't just waste your time educating keshi's haters Sir, cos rohr who folks think he is a better coach have his work cut out to better the 2014 performance and it's not beans by any standard |

guys take it easy on the goal keeping issue, let's just admit that the exit of enyeama and ikeme illness caused all these. We just have to look ahead and hope things get better from now on but nobody is talking about the level of confidence in the team that causes stage fright in the first 20-25 mins, especially the defenders. |

komekn: DISAGREE COMPREHENSIVELY.
It's not so simple. If we play to our strengths, and in a 3-5-2 Formation. We will come away smiling.
We will need to be bold, cohesive and fast this Croatia team relies on physicality and Modric to knit things together. If Modric us starved off the ball or too occupied chasing the shadow of Etebo in midfield his influence will be limited.
Thier emphasis on physicality will be neutralised by us. Like I say potato no be YAM.
My prediction 3-1 to Nigeria. This is my number one issue with the team before tactics, boldness yes boldness. Top African teams in the past were also known for being daring, this have been lacking in our international friendlies with the european teams and even with an Argentina without messi which led us to conceding early and cheap goals. This is my major worry and fear for the Eagles and am shocked that is happening with folks like moses and mikel in the team despite their huge experience, me think more experienced players like omeruo and musa in addition to mikel should start our games to overcome this issue, that back four needs an experienced player who played in the last world cup in it's fold. Am sorry this is my view as our opponents will not wait for 20 mins for us to settle in the game, they will hit us fast and lock shop like what serbia, England and even czech did. Rohr to me is not doing much on this issue and I pray this doesn't hurt us. |

Kog45: Oga icon4s i was on ghost mode reading different views and it was like whao Nigerians really love eagles..
Oh really surprised seeing a whole Chriskel losing hope and lamenting like a lost soldier in the wilderness.Initially i thought he wasn't him until he responded to a salvo from safarigirl and his friend Mujtahida nailed him.
He came out and said he doesn't know what came over him.Initially i thought he must have jammed metaljigsaw the broken bottle man cos Chriskel i know is a passionate super eagles fan.
My good friends Michael2 and goldfish80 never dissapoint. They remain real critics of Rohr even when he was winning believing tactically the man is not getting it right and to be candid Rohr is not getting it right now going by the friendlies.
Safarigirl,TheSuperNerd,icon79 O pari master and Joebie remain unshaken still showing total support for eagles.
Really surprised to see some monikers who are always on ghost mode came out in full force to share their views and different opinions ranges from team leadership of Mikel,Moses an obstacle to the team formation, Ighalo not good enough, Uzoho not that solid,Balogun/Ekong look vulnerable, Shehu finding it difficult,Iwobi should be used as AM,Mikel and Onazi supremacy rumours etc.
I sighted tbaba1234 doing his thing with hope,BasconVanVelli looking hopeful,Elyte89 showing his comical approach to douse the tensions in the house.Metaljigsaw looking at the team critically before he play his bet.Marzt still showing his undying love for some players in the team.Omanbala raising up his mind for better outing. Mujtahida believe there is no tension. Goke and Oasis believe there is hope if Rohr get it right.Andrew444,Realpoacher,Soetanoluwa,junnyake showing their moods with critical analysis of the team.
But forgiveness and Komkne really surprised me with their great analytical views of the team. They are indeed a lover of super eagles.
Icon4s reading your full comprehensive post showed patriotism of a real super eagles fan who is ready to swim with the team in any circumstances.
I think we need to continue showing that love even in unwarranted situations cos is our team and we have been long here talking about this team,so the recent performance should not weakened us like my good friend Chriskel who wasn't happy and i will not blame him cos if Australia could walloped Czech republic 4 nil why Nigeria losing to the same Czech.
Pls we should stop saying Rohr is hiding his check cards for WC,no the team is not getting it right and truth must be told.Let's hope for better performance at WC. The way you have analysed us eh, I salute you Sir as we can only pray things get better from now on. |

charlesemeka85: Super Eagles manager Gernot Rohr has claimed that an unnamed agent representing a Qatari-based Nigerian player attempted to influence his World Cup selection without success.
The German also revealed that agents give presents to journalists for them to write favorable articles about their clients so they get invited to the national team.
''I was recently at the Lagos airport, prior to the squad announcement. Suddenly, about 200 young people marched up, with giant posters. "Gernot Rohr, We Love You" was written on it, and my picture was huge,'' Rohr said in an interview with German newspaper Welt.
''I first thought "Wow," then wondered how they all knew when I wanted to travel. We took pictures, and gradually I realized that the guys all wanted to recommend a player to me, who is playing in Qatar and still wants to go to the World Cup.
''Later I learned that the player's advisor had staged the whole thing. ''
Rohr added : ''There is often a lack of expertise. In addition, players and their advisors like to give gifts to journalists to put pressure on the coaching team, for example, if they want to be called up to the squad. Nigeria has a lot of different media, but unfortunately not all are serious.''
Rohr and World Cup winning-manager Joachim Löw are the two German coaches that will be in the dugout at the 2018 World Cup.
Igho Kingsley rohr pls keep all these till after the world cup o! then we can hear all your stories, for now just do your work abeg |

Victor Moses Rated Nigeria's Best Player Vs Czech Rep, Iwobi Second Best Outfield Player
Published: June 07, 2018
Victor Moses Rated Nigeria's Best Player Vs Czech Rep, Iwobi Second Best Outfield Player Chelsea right wing-back Victor Moses was rated as the Super Eagles best player in their 1-0 loss to Czech Republic in a pre-World Cup friendly held in Austria on Wednesday, June 6.
Nigeria will take on Argentina in a potential decider on June 26 during the World Cup and the South Americans monitored proceedings from the Rudolf-Tonn-Stadion (Schwechat) to know much more about their third rivals in Russia.
Argentina sports newspaper Ole reckon that Moses, who was awarded 6.5 marks from a possible ten, was Nigeria's best player on the pitch but didn't get enough help from his teammates.
''His performance went from low to high and he became the figure of the Africans. He took charge of the ball, put together a game and distributed with a lot of class. He is the engine,'' they wrote on Victor Moses.
Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi was Nigeria's second best outfield player with a score of 5.5, ''In the first half he did not feel comfortable and did not find the ball. But in the second half he improved..''
Francis Uzoho was rated 6 while second-half substitutes Tyronne Ebuehi and Elderson Echiejile were the defenders with the best rating, 5.
Ifeanyi Emmanuel make we dey deceive ourselves, croatia match beckons, we still dey agree say we get best player when we loose, what a shame! |

Icon4s: My brother, those of us that have followed football since in the 80s would never be moved again by any form of defeat we see today.
See, World Cup preparation matches most times do not determine how well a team will perform. Trust me on this. This has been a common reoccurence over the decades.
What you just need to look at is the quality you have in your team. The ability of the team.
I am telling you I am not moved. I have seen enough of this team to rate them. The issue is if they can bring their "A" game. do we see enough quality and ability in this team? |

realpoacher: At this point we need to start asking Rohr questions
Rohr doesn't show confidence in his team... He has disbelief in them and he has transferred such disbelief to the team itself
We no longer play with determination, power, grit and self believe
What i see on the pitch are not fighters,. I don't see warriors rather i see sissies and wussies
Too bad
Let someone tell Rohr that Nigeria have attained Heights that is head and shoulders with the highest might in football before in the past and we won't take mediocre performance from him or his team.
We are not new to success. We have been successful before in the past, we have tasted success before even with less preparation. Thats where we get all our hope, and believe from... Let Rohr not turn us to cowards
Blood and Sand is what we need to see on the pitch..... Its a do or die.... in addition, are we beginning to loose our physicality as an african side? african sides are known to always bully their way thru the opposition, if you watch the 94 team against bulagria, you will see ruggedness, can't this team just add ruggedness to their play, the europeans are already technical, you want to match their technicality without ruggedness? what a joke |

goldfish80: Honestly, having watched some other countries tune up games, you wonder if we are 5 months behind schedule in preparation for this tournament. I wonder what our magic sauce will be in a forth night. I also think there is something psychologically wrong with our players, their level of confidence is very low, at wembley they seem overwhelmed by the wembley crowd and I could sense stage fright. same thing I noticed in the first 25 mins against argentina and to think with players like moses and mikel who have played at the greatest stage of football, we still experienced this says a lot. I think a player like musa who is also very experienced should start games, including omeruo who also played at the last world cup. The players who are all making their world cup debut look so low on confidence especially our very young defence including the acclaimed oyinbo wall. This stage fright I fear is what croatia will capitalize on. |
