Mark Twain must have had a clear knowledge of what he was talking about many many years back. His experience is no different from our world today. 5 years ago, news went flying in the media, and as usual folks find news about selected entities to be juicy and assimilate it all, irrespective of how silly they may sound, majorly fueled by a weird hate for the said entity.

The media were at their best as they wrote that the SA government (or South Africans) vowed to sack Believers' Loveworld aka Christ Embassy. Maybe true, maybe not, but this became a lifeline for other terrible stories to be told too. A pidgin adage says "Na when Elephant die, na him you go see different kind of knives". Noteworthy, CE Church never responded to such claims or stories, they went on their usual business, praying. Read the news here

Fast forward 5 years later, the story has changed, and the words of Aldous Huxley comes to mind readily “Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.” The First Lady of SA, the wife of His excellency, President Jacob Zuma was in IPPC 2013, in Lagos Nigeria. Folks made gest of her, called her gullible and brainwashed. Some however chose to say CEC were always interested in "vain glory", some said they are all same thing, corrupt people, etc.

Well, almost a year later, the Southern African Leaders' and Partners' Conference 2014 hosted the presence of His Excellency, the President of South Africa, and his wife, the First Lady, who were warmly received with great shouts of excitment by the delegate. In the 3rd and penultimate session, peaking up with each progressive revalation and teaching, the meeting was yet to reach another resplendent climax as Pastor Chris invited President Jacob Zuma to the Podium to address the congregant.

Interestingly, folks hit on Zuma and Oyakhilome! Well, that's another story for another day. Oscar Wilde said “Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth.” 5 years down the line, the story changed, the same SA government who vowed to sack CEC (whether the story is true of false is another day's story) are ow 'brainwashed'?

It's simply clear here that little minds only talk about people, and that prayer changes everything, for the weapons of our warfare should not be carnal, but might through God, to pull down strongholds, casting down imaginations and everything that rises itself against the knowledge of God... It does not matter how many your opposition are, it don't matter how terrible the winds are, quit talking about the problems, start praying about them.

It is my prayer that South Africa will be greater if her leaders are, and the knowledge of God's Word will rest on the leaders of SA, causing rapid growth and stability as God has ordained.

The Wuest Translation renders it beautifully: it says Christ is seated "…over and above every government and authority and power and lordship...." You might say, "Yes, that’s Jesus, but how does that connect me?" Ephesians 2:1-6 gives us the connection. Part of it says, "And you hath he quickened…together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved...And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus." Notice your current location: you’ve been raised up together, and made to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

This, therefore, means you’re from the government of heaven; you’re over and above every rulership or government, and the authority by which they govern. It doesn’t matter where you go in this world; wherever you find yourself, be conscious of your heavenly pedigree. When I go out, whether from one country to another or within an environment, I’m always conscious that I’m from the government of heaven. Carry that consciousness as well. You’re not an ordinary person.

Look beyond your natural citizenship, the country of your earthly nativity, to Zion, the real country of your birth. Psalms 87:4-5 shows that you were born in Zion. You’re far removed from the influences of demons, wickedness, perils and debilitating forces in this world.

I wonder why she needed one when she was already in tiptop shape even before going to the HS.

I also wonder why she consented to lying that she was (or wasn't) healed or why she faked falling under the anointing when she actually went there to get healed? Why didn't she just insist she was already healed and object to lying or why did she stay on if her faith had already healed her before she met Pastor Chris?

The fact is- if she could lie to her husband for 8 years thereby putting him at risk. If she could agree to lie that she wasn't healed so they could claim she was healed after meeting Pastor Chris. If she could pretend that she fell under the anointing. If she could lie to us all in 2010-2012 consistently (and unsolicitedly) that she was healed and in perfect health. Then she could very much be telling another lie now which only means that those who choose to believe her are doing so not minding how duplicitous (and initiated by bile) her newfangled stories are. But I am not surprised because when a man has made up his mind to hang his dog, even a thread used for sewing would be more than sufficient for him.

Like I said earlier, let me pretend to agree with you that Kenyan28 was healed at the healing school.
She stayed 'healed' until she got married in Dec 2010, I remember then she kept making 'faith proclamations'. She later got pregnant, carried the baby for nine months and was still 'healed', she gave birth to her child and was still healed.

When did her doubts start?

Her baby started showing signs of illness and even then she still did not know what was wrong. When her baby was tested, the result was shocking HIV+ How??


How could a HIV negative mother who conceived a child after testing negative give birth to a HIV positive child?

is it not therefore safe to conclude that the mother was HIV positive all the while? What does this say about the test in Randburg that turned out negative? its very simple, it was a 'false negative' result. I dare say that if a follow test had been carried out in a Lab it most certainly would have turned out positive. But Kenyan28 never did any other test even after several warnings till her baby was tested positive, if that was not an act of 'faith' tell me what else is.



Just in case you didn't know, the type of test she did that turned out to be negative has some degree of inaccuracy and incidence of false negatives. please take time out to read this:

First - "I was healed...I know I am healed"

Secondly - "Why is the healing not permanent?... I was healed"

And then lastly - "I was not healed"

I honestly wonder why the progression of her stance is an issue to you as this is the normal progression of stance for anyone who has been scammed. I will give you an example, I once invested in a dubious pyramid scheme, but at the time I invested in it, I had no idea it was a scam. I remember the CBN even did a full page warning in one of the national daily's warning people not to invest their funds in the scheme. But I felt the CBN was just blabbing; I read testimonies of different people who supposedly made a fortune out of the scheme so I bought in completely to it. At one time, one of the schemes paid me 300% on an investment and I said wow, this must be real, I later invested over a million naira into the scheme and decided to wait for my returns. 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 10 weeks passed yet no returns. Some of my friends who warned me later started asking if I had received my profit; of course I made excuses for the company. I told them payments were delayed due to backlog of previous payments. gradually, weeks turned into months and it gradually began to sink in that I had just been a victim of one of the worlds oldest scam, 'the pyramid scheme.' Today, I have absolutely no doubt in my heart that I was scammed.
You see, its the same progression of stance; if tomorrow someone who heard me defend the scheme comes to me with a similar business proposal and I say, 'No, sorry I can't invest, I did it before and I was scammed' will he say oh but you said it wasn't a scam back then?

You told her to confess her 'faith', she did and now you've turned against her pulling out the same confessions you taught her to say which I warned her about.

The conclusion is very simple and I don't think I will waste another time discussing this in details again. She was never healed because if she was, her child would not have turned out to be positive. For her child to have tested positive, it means the mother was positive for the virus. SIMPLE!

Now, be a gentle man and answer my question, is it possible to loose one's healing? If yes, why? If no, explain John 5:14 pls.

The contention until you brought up the commentary on John 5 was whether a healing can be lost. You provided that scripture and the commentary to prove your point that healing can be lost or in other words, there can be a relapse of the illness. My point, along with others, is that John 5 where Jesus said something worse does not mean a loss of healing or a relapse. Something worse means some other worse thing, other than that illness, can befall the individual.

Your problem is poor knowledge of the Word or complete ignorance. See, get a study bible, open John 5:14, you'd see 3 references to what Jesus meant by 'something worse..."

From the bold, it's evident, except you are blind or dyslexic which obviously is being clearer, it's evident Jesus said LAST STATE is WORSE than the first... obviously same illness, but with higher destructive nature due to the spirits. Use the tissue in your head to apply it to Kenyan case.

This points must be properly thrashed out because you are looking for a lame excuse for why Chris failed to heal the Kenyan. This was the same idiotic excuse Joagbaje brought forth when she first came saying she was not healed. Now, even if for a second we accept that the Kenyan lost her healing to sin; what about all the others, many of whom are dead now? They also returned to their sins?

Ok, I would assume you know the answer, which is yes, one can loose it, and for various reasons. Consider pulpit commentary for John 5:14

Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.Verse 14. - After these things (see ver. 1). Westcott thinks that a looser connection between the foregoing and subsequent events is denoted by μετὰ ταῦτα than by the expression μετὰ τοῦτο.. Consequently, the persecution referred to in the remainder of the chapter may have occurred several days after the foregoing conversation. 

Jesus found him in the temple. Some have inferred from this, the recognition by the healed man of the hand of God in his cure, and his desire to express his gratitude in the house of God by some appropriate conduct or service; and, granting this explanation, much charm is observable in the tact that Jesus found him. and found him there. The Lord's habit of visiting the temple, and the penetrating glance which he casts over all the frequenters of his Father's house might then fairly be deduced from the passage; but the motive of the man is quite conjectural.

From the words of Jesus one might as reasonably suppose that the man was treading at the time on dangerous moral ground, making some kind of gain from his notoriety. It would not be reasonable to conclude from this that Christ's doctrine, like that of Job's friends, involved the indissoluble connection of sin with sickness, or made the amount of pain in any case the criterion of individual sin. Our Lord repudiates this position in John 9:3 and in Luke 13:1-5; but special calamities have unquestionably followed wrong doing, and can, in many instances, be referred to obvious transgressions, to specific acts, or inveterate habits.

The man's own conscience would respond to the charge. Jesus added: Lest a worse thing befall thee. There is, then, something worse than thirty-eight years of apparently hopeless wretchedness! Jesus said, even as reported by the apostle of love, the most terrible things that ever fell from human lips. The "sin no longer" makes it seem as though man's will could accomplish much (cf. Isaiah 1:16, "Cease," etc.), and as though all the future of our life were, so far as human responsibility goes, dependent upon ourselves. We are to act as if it were.

Let it be noticed that he who said, "Sin no more," said, "Rise up, take thy bed, and walk." Three things, which appeared utterly beyond the power of the impotent man, were, nevertheless, done by him through the grace of Christ, which he then and there appropriated.

That's what cops do, a change in tone, and especially stories gives one up. You've told your stories in different forms, and if asked in another 4 years time, you'd still change stand. Sow The Right Words Into Your Life · Thursday, October 2nd

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap (Galatians 6:7).

The Lord Jesus, in narrating the parable of the sower said, "A sower went out to sow his seed…" (Luke 8:5). Then in the eleventh verse, He explained that the seed the sower sowed was the Word of God, letting us know that words are seeds.

We read in our opening verse that what you sow is what you reap. If you sow good seeds (the right words) into your life, they’ll produce the right results. You can’t sow corn seeds, for instance, and expect to harvest mangos; every seed reproduces after its kind. So, the question is, what words are you sowing into your life?

Words come to us when we listen to other people, in messages that we receive from our environment, what we read, watch etc. These words become seeds that are sown into our lives, reproducing the character that we become. Who you are today is not an accident; it’s the result of all the seeds (words) that have been sown into you all your life: by those who took care of you while you were growing up, your environment, the schools you attended, and all the information you received through your senses of hearing and sight. How these words got into you isn’t so important; what’s important is that they did, and today you’re the result of those words.

If those words (seeds) weren’t the right ones, and you want to make adjustments, you have to introduce new "seeds." You can’t make the adjustment by crying or regretting; you can only do so by sowing the right words into you. Sow words of joy, peace and love, and you’ll reap the same. Your life goes in the direction of your words. If your words are excellent, your life will be excellent.

Stop your heart and ears from the wrong words. The only words you should allow take root in your heart are words that inspire, lift, bless and stir you in the direction of God’s perfect will.

The Lord perfects that which concerns me! I’m the expression of His glory, grace, wisdom and righteousness. I walk in preordained pathways today, and I make progress by the Word, living triumphantly to the glory of His Name. Amen.

Kenyan brought up that, she could as well have said she saw healthy folks asked to pretend to be sick...it's her word against the Healing School's. Question however is, if after testing negative, and the hospital said so, and she knew she was because it could not have been window period, she now was put on the healing line 14days later, and instructed/forced (her words) to lie that she got -ve after Pastor Chris ministered to her...,

1. It beats my imagination that a healthy person was asked 14days after to stand on the healing line.

2. Lie to who? The world or the visitors at the healing school?

3. When testifying to who, the world or herself?

This should put in perspective her words, she said she was healed, then later she said the fact was that she was healed but 'short lived', then later, I wasn't healed, i have the feeling the kit was expired, to it was expired kits, to I was fooled, now...I was instructed/ forced to lie?

If this were a court room, and I'm the persecution counsel, I'd have nailed the coffin on day one... you both might wanna check this out

Your sudden change in tone and indirect calling for an end to the interview proves one thing- a desperate attempt to reconcile past staments with current. You used it to play the regret card, a stunt a prosecution counsel would immediately object and the judge would sustain it, why it is inadmissible in any sane courtroom.

Your personal attack on the interviewer or persecution counsel is a game changer, it proves something, likened to the scene of a drowning man who needs every strain of hope to stay alive.

For obviously you were not in the Window period, but an experienced person living with H I V as you described yourself in another post, the enlarged though is very striking, can you explain what the above bold and enlarged meant? Angels On Patrol! · Wednesday, October 1st

There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone (Psalms 91:10-12).

In the days of Abraham, the Bible tells us how, in the city of Sodom, the people were wicked and indulged in all kinds of evil practices. God, seeing the wickedness in Sodom, sent two angels to destroy the city: "And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground" (Genesis 19:1).

Do you realize that as Christians, we can invite angels through our prayers, and have them patrol our streets and cities as they did in Bible days? We can pray and stall the efforts and actions of wicked men in different cities and nations. Yes, we can.

The Bible says, "Are they (angels) not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?" (Hebrews 1:14). Through angelic activities, initiated by our prayers, we can ensure that the perpetrators of evil and confusion are delivered into the hands of the law and decisive actions are taken against them. We must refuse to act as victims, and not sit idly by when Satan and his cohorts are on the rampage in towns, cities, and villages around the world. We can thwart their efforts.

Imagine that pandemonium breaks out in your neighbourhood and people are scampering for their lives as a result of an onslaught or a drive-by shooting. Are you going to be running like everyone else, with the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life? There’s a better way to all of these; it’s prayer. It’s about time we prayed correctly as Christians, to wield our authority in Christ, invoking angelic ministration in our cities and nations. God is counting on us for this, and we must act.

Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for always causing us to triumph in Christ and make manifest the savour of His knowledge and glory in every place.
