Good morning house, please I need help,I noticed my generator power supply was fluctuating, it will go on n off, if I leave it to rest it might work and sometimes it might not, I called a technician he changed the caperato ( don’t know if I got d spelling right), it worked for few days n it started again, it will might work today n flunctuate tomorrow, I called the technician again he said maybe it’s the coil or avr, we put in a new avr n it worked well even with my freezer, then it worked for like a week n then it started fluncuating, not the on n off type like before though, then I also noticed it could no longer power my freezer n when we try to put more loads on it it will start flunctuating, so we had to on just 2 bulbs n a smaller tv, please what could be the issue because am tired of wasting money, thank you.

Should have checked the AVR first before going for the carburettor. Its possible the new AVR he got you is not original too. You may need to try another technician.

How about senwie 4.5kva? (The price I'm getting for the generator you recommended was far above my budget)

Its inverter AC right? It will power it conveniently. As for the price, things are very expensive now. Forget that Senwei and the fake power rating, gen will likely be fake too. If you see a bag of rice for 10k currently, you know what to expect if you buy it.

Please, I am currently searching for a small to medium range generating set between 50,000 to 80,000(I can still stretch it to 90k if need be) to buy for my business, I want to stop using the Tiger generating set aka I better pass my neighbour that I am currently using because it keeps burning my bulbs and chargers, it gives a lot of mechanical issues, starting palaver etc.

What I am considering I'm the new gen is low fuel consumption, a generator that can stay up for a long time i.e during festive period, I may need to switch it on almost throughout the day, a durable one etc.

What I use in my shop is just 3 to 5 bulbs(white ones), my fan and charger, maybe I can add a music system and TV as time goes on or when I move to a bigger place.

From my search online, I found elepaq 2.2, 2.5 and 2.8 kva(s)... then firman 1.1, 1.8 and 2.5 kva(but these firman brands online prices are higher than the budget)

I will appreciate your response sir...

Get Thermocool Junior, not sure about the price now, should be over 100k.

Expert in the house please my generator makes this sound atlest 2 or 3 times when I switch it on and atimes it won't make such sound. The sound is like when one put a new load on the generator after an hour in operation or so but it is not affecting anything and the generator works smoothly well. Check if your freezer/ reduced turns on and off during this period or run the generator without the refrigerator/ freezer for same period of time and observe if it happens.

Better go and buy a screen protector as soon as possible, you have been lucky forget ruggedity, some persons using same phone as you got theirs broken from smaller falls and it happened just once.

Check manufacturer's manual, oil change should be done at most after 100 hours of use.

I drained the oil in my TEC gen as it was due for change was had turned black...
I didn't realize i dont have enough oil in the house, i poured the little i have about 20cl and the gen Isn't coming up.
Is this due to low oil level?

You change oil only when the colour turns black? shocked

Your generator won't turn on unless you fill the oil tank. Running a generator with inadequate oil is like a man working very hard with inadequate blood, na sudden death dey call am.

Good day Gen_Masters in the house, please I am looking to buy a new generator for my mum. The most demanding thing she needs to power is a submersible pumping machine 1.5hp for water. I have checked Jumia and I see products like Elepaq (yellow and red variant) with Luthian which sparked my interest. From the specifications, they are 100 percent copper coil which I think is a good thing.

I would like to ask which product and model I should go for when considering fuel efficiency, durability, load capacity and affordability. (Wondering if a 3.5kva or 4.5kva is sufficient)

Buying online is risky. Many times what is written as specs is different from what is delivered. All generators are advertised to be equiped with 100% cooper but in reality many are not.

No, I didnt mean you stole the phone, I mean phone could be a stolen phone since you got it used. Your not being able to use Mi account is likely because the Mo account of the previous user is still logged in. Since you said you got it from a store with receipt, you can call the seller maybe he can help you with the Mi account.

It's difficult to even tell the actual kva of elepaq generators nowadays, too much fakes. For the AC, I think it's a step up transformed you need.

I use a fireman ACmaster 4500 with running of 3600..less than a year old...
Now the generator keeps going off while running sensing oil low issue. Noticed I now need to top the oil like once in a week....which was not like that before. HELP...I got this gen for over 200k.

How often do you change oil, how many hours do you run it per day averagely? I think your piston rings are gone.

I can't vouch for it even though lots of people use it. You can go for the likes of Romoss, Redmi, Xiaomi. Don't forget to pick from models that fast charge and support fast charging.
