IslamRe: Why Do Non-Muslim Terrorists Get Little Press Coverage? by GraphicsPlus(m): 7:56pm On Jun 12, 2013
Which media are you talking about? You should send the video or story to Aljazeera or Sahara reporters. Are they not your people? 99% of terrorism committed all over the world is committed by muslems. Check history.
WebmastersRe: Nigerian Governments And Creating "Websites" On Facebook - Why? by GraphicsPlus(m): 7:34pm On Jun 12, 2013
The issue is that 90% of those facebook pages are fake. They are operated by 419ers who want to use the name of those government agencies to dupe people. There is no government institution that will have a facebook page without a website. I mean it makes sense to have website first before facebook page. Aside promoting a facebook page by paying facebook, how will people know you have a facebook page? But when you have a website and people visit it, it's natural to have a facebook icon that will lead the user to the page when clicked. The issue is that Nigerian politicians have not really embraced the e-world. Every state should have a vibrant website. Every governor should even have a personal blog site.

Tricky questions indeed. I got 7. But they are basically theoretical stuff. The knowledge of them will not make one a good web designer.

Why are you bitter. If you have lost your own virginity, are these girls responsible? How will you bet that they are not virgins? Why are some Nigerians reason in a foolish way?

All of them dont need to be virgins to be part of the campaign. Some of them may have lost their virginity, but they are wiser now. They are now living a chaste life. So they are still qualified to join the campaign.

OlisaAnderson: I wont lie about the fact that i'm not perfect so instead of using classes to define some of my elements, i used "DIV's";it saves much more time...
I dont get you. What do you mean by classes and divs? Div can either be a class or id. Talking about classes, you used several classes in ur css. Again, relying on what dualcore said, the comments in ur stylesheet is enough evidence that you are using a free template. Are the comments for newbies that will edit the css file for u later?

Look at:
1. text-align: center; /*set value to "left", "center", or "right"*/
2. margin-right: 5px; /*spacing between each menu link*/
3. border-radius: 3px; /*--CSS3 Rounded Corners--*/

The comments are funny to the extent that any sensible person will know that it was a tutorial template that the author made available for download. He made the comments so that newbies that will download the template will not be confused.

Again, the logo simply bears: "In-somnia" as evident in the screenshot. Dualcore, check. He has corrected it to "In-sonmia".

OlisaAnderson: Im on my knees, sorry for trying to outsmart.
I swear on my integrity, i designed it myself; photoshop, html, css, jquery, actionscript.
I did it all by myself.
After filling a dummy text in your form, the below screenshot is what i got. U are far from been professional. This is what u normally see when one uses a free template. If you did it yourself, what stops u from customizing ur thank u message when one fills a form? Why will clicking on the submit button take a user to another tab? I can give you a simple ajax code that will make the form submit without page loading. The ajax will just remove the submit button and replace it with a thank u message. When a user refreshes the page, the submit button will appear again.

PoliticsYou’re An Ingrate, FG Lambasts Ribadu by GraphicsPlus(op): 8:49am On Jun 11, 2013
ABUJA — The Presidency, yesterday, reacted to the assertion by former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu that Nigeria under President Goodluck Jonathan is a ‘sinking ship’.

It said that Ribadu is an ingrate considering what the Jonathan administration did for him on his return from self-imposed exile.

Mallam Ribadu at a lecture in Kaduna on Saturday said Nigeria, under President Goodluck Jonathan, was a sinking ship in which the yearnings of the masses were being neglected by a tyrannical leadership.

Reacting to Ribadu’s claim, the Presidency, in a statement, yesterday, by the Special Adviser to the president on Media and Publicity, Reuben Abati, said in his quest for relevance, Ribadu has resorted to disparaging leaders of the land to satisfy his new leaders.

According to the statement: “The Presidency totally rejects the false, hypocritical and self-serving claim by Mallam Nuhu Ribadu at a lecture in Kaduna on Saturday that Nigeria under President Goodluck Jonathan is a “sinking ship” in which the yearnings of the masses are being neglected by a tyrannical leadership.

“We find it very sad and utterly deplorable that Nuhu Ribadu has resorted to shameless wolf-crying, the peddling of arrant falsehood and the denigration of the elected government of his fatherland in furtherance of his selfish quest for continued national political relevance after his wholesale rejection by Nigerian voters in 2011.

“It is very unfortunate indeed that the once highly respected former EFCC Chairman has now taken to political prostitution and developed a penchant for irresponsible and reckless utterances aimed at improving the electoral fortunes of his new friends and “leader”, who he once famously denounced as ‘not fit to hold public office’.

“There can be no doubt that nothing else but blind ambition for an office for which he is clearly unfit is driving Ribadu to infer that an administration led by a President who welcomed him back to the country after his self-imposed exile, restored his rank in the Nigeria Police to save him from the shame of demotion and converted his dismissal from service to retirement has now become tyrannical and anti-people. We take special note of his ingratitude.

Ribadu was a tyrant — FG

“If Nuhu Ribadu wants to talk of tyranny then he should talk of the days when he orchestrated the impeachment of governors with an illegitimate quorum of legislators who had been threatened by the EFCC under his watch.

It beats the imagination that Nuhu Ribadu, a man who once presided over an EFCC which in 2007 compiled a list of disqualified politicians aspiring for office without a court order or legal backing now has the guts to accuse the man under whom Nigeria has had the most credible elections in this Fourth Republic of being the leader of a sinking ship.

Can there be a greater tyranny than the tyranny of removing governors via undemocratic means and barring legally entitled persons from contesting elections?

“Nothing else but misguided ambition could have driven Ribadu to urge Nigerian youths to rise up and save the country from an administration which he willingly served recently, but which he now duplicitously and insincerely claims is “imposing private interests on the majority.

“It is certainly the height of hypocrisy for Ribadu who built his entire reputation as an anti-corruption crusader by completely disregarding the rule of law and recklessly trampling on the rights of perceived enemies of the government of the day, to now accuse an administration that has consistently upheld the rule of law and respect for fundamental human rights of being tyrannical.

“It is only a shameless man that will turn around and accept to be the political lackey of a man he once openly accused of corruption at various times between 2004 and 2007. Now that he has been used and abused by the undemocratic overlords that reign over the ACN and fearing that he may soon be dumped now that that vehicle is about to be subsumed into the so called All Progressives Congress, Ribadu is desperately seeking fresh relevance.

“Ribadu’s descent into a moral abyss since leaving the exalted office of EFCC Chairman, his equally ethically-challenged new friends and his willingness to vituperate against any person or institution he perceives as a challenge to the fulfillment of his unattainable ambitions, have clearly exposed him for what he truly is – a thoroughly unprincipled attention-seeker whose entire career in the public service was built on bootlicking and doing the bidding of the powers of the day without a care for legality which should have been his primary concern as an officer of the law.

“President Jonathan and his Administration will not be distracted from the diligent implementation of the agenda for national transformation by the falsehoods and vituperations of Ribadu and his new friends.

“Far from being tyrannical as Ribadu falsely alleged in Kaduna, President Jonathan will, as he has consistently done since assuming office, continue to strengthen institutions of democratic governance in Nigeria, uphold the fundamental human rights of all Nigerians including the youth, and protect their right to elect leaders in free, fair and credible elections,” the statement concluded.

You are really a scammer. I have been watching u. You want attention desperately. Just because you grabbed and edited template that is not even yours and you think we will start shouting awesome. Your website is not even responsive. You are the owner of that thing called in-sonmia.com, yet you are claiming that you are giving a review to to them. My brother, dont be stup1d. If you want a review, just tell us. If you want attention, just relax and be contributing naturally to the community, you will be noticed organically. You just registered 2 days ago and you want to be known immediately. You came here and started posting incessantly that your name is Olisah and blah blah blah in threads that were opened for another discussion.

Here are your conflicting posts:

1. My name's Olisa, im a Nigerian website designer based in lagos, got my knowledge at the bristol uni.

You said you got your knowledge from bristol university. That your portfolio page is at: www.in-sonmia.com. Then you turned around and told us that u were looking for agency to build you a website for your modelling agency, then a friend introduced you to yourself. A friend introduced you to in-sonmia.com. Do you think NL dont keep record of your previous posts?

Here is my advice. If you want cheap recognition, go to politics and romance section. There you will find secondary school boys and girls fighting over tribe and other useless stuff. There u will see 'first to comment' bullsh1t. You will easily get attention there. But for you to think that webmasters here are babies who could be cajoled by guys like you, means that your failure has started. Did you notice that all the posts you made, nobody talked to you? They wanted you to finish fooling yourself. Good day.

mitey: Is it a requirement for the application to run on Joomla? I don't think there is currently any component in JED that can do what you require without much hacking of the core code.

In that case, there are two options: either you write an application in pure PHP/MySQL and import it into Joomla using the Joomla wrapper component or other third-party extensions or you can create your own Joomla component.

In my experience, it is usually easier and faster to import a php script, but creating your component is safer and more rewarding in the end.

So what's it going to be?
It`s either joomla or drupal. They said wp is a no no. If u are interested. send me an email and tell me what ur buck will be.
