No need to reveal your identity, it's of no use, besides, it might be used against you in the future, you know nairalanders can't be predicted and trusted.

God is a God of second chance, i think you won't try to outsmart Him again.

Once again, all the best, especially with your family.
FamilyRe: How I Destroyed My Family!! by greatgod2012(f): 1:27pm On Aug 28, 2014
@op, it is well.

This is a lesson for all "soki-sombolo" set of people.
When God in His words warned us not to steal, it's not because of stealing his properties but for our sake. Also, when he asks us not to commit fornication/adultery, it's not because of snatching his gf/wife, it's for our good sake, because he already know what committing those sins can cause us, our health and our loved ones, just like what the op is facing now.

Well, i commend you for taking right step now, the end result now is what we still await, but prepared for the worst, because i doubt if your relationship can ever be the same way.

All the best o

We are all celebrating this rare gem, even after her exit, can we also be likewise celebrated while alive and after our exit? Let's all live our lives in such a way that we'll be celebrated while alive and after our exit, let's lay legacies that will forever be remenbered.

May God help us all.

FamilyRe: Is It Ever Acceptable To Hit A Woman?? by greatgod2012(f): 12:26am On Aug 28, 2014
Honestly, it's a show of total disrespect, indiscipline, mannerlessness, rudeness and gross arrogancy on the part of a woman to hit his man first.

Violence should not be caused by anyone, be it man or woman, let there always be mutual respect.

What is good for the goose is also good for the gander.

It is a gross hypocrisy when we say a man should not hit a woman but turn a blind eye when it is the other way round.

Let's be objective please.

Not supporting a man hitting his woman, as well as a woman hitting his man.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE HIT, DON'T HIT FIRST.......
FamilyRe: Is It Ever Acceptable To Hit A Woman?? by greatgod2012(f): 12:14am On Aug 28, 2014
Ladystewie: it's a great show of cowardice when a man hits a woman. No matter what she does or says, it's no excuse. iF you're looking for someone to figh, go pick on someone your own size
but what about the woman who hits his man firsthuh

I don't like judging others, but it seems you are not being fair in your judgement.

Violence shouldn't be tolerated from any gender, be it from man or woman........nobody has the right to hit anyone, if you hit first, be ready to be hit back. Enough of hiding under one finger of "afterall she's a woman".
Is a man not a human being also?

It's very simple.............IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE HIT, DON'T HIT YOUR MAN FIRST.

What went wrong with him and his baby mama?

Can you agree to live his child after marriage, if that is what he wants?

Will you be comfortable with seeing his baby mama around him each time they have to inevitably meet as regards the welfare of the child?

@sambarry, these are not the only ways a man can be tagged a good husband, not that all the men in your pictures are not nice or caring but doing all that only does not imply they are good husbands.

A good husband is the one who believes in you, your ability, your dreams and help/stand by you to actualise your dreams.
A good husband is the one who strenghten you in the day/s of your weakness.
A good husband is the one who does not kill your passion by limiting you to the bedroom and kitchen, but the one who helps to ignite and radiate it.
A good husband is the one who will not subdue you and relegate you to a sub-standard object/element.
A good husband is the one who protects, loves, respect and cherish you in all circumstances.
A good husband does not feel comfortable when his wife is unhappy for one reason or the other.
A good husband sees his wife as his other half, not as a slave or as a sekx object.
Above all, a good husband treats his wife the way he wants the wife to treat him.

Ditto for wives too.

As per the man in my life, words alone are not enough to describe him, he's the best husband and the best father, we've been together for almost 10 years now and i have never for once regretted marrying him. If i'm to choose a man a million times, i'll choose him over and over again. I even pray that our daughter marry someone like him.

To the best husband and best dad..........i love you and i will always do

FamilyRe: How I Destroyed My Family!! by greatgod2012(f): 1:13pm On Aug 26, 2014
@op, by involving family members, it's like washing your marriage's dirty linen in public, what if you think they(whoever you invite) will forgive you and help you pet your wife into forgiving you and they do otherwise. I will advise you involve your wife alone, and if she thinks telling her folks is what she believes in, then, it's better that way than you being the one to invite them to come and see and hear how you have been cheating and exposing their daughter to infections.

That being said, remember my first post on this thread, "whether she forgives you or not is irrelevant, but confessing to her is very very important. To forgive you now depends on........
1. Her prerogative.
2. You being truly sorry and genuinely repentant.

However, she might find it difficult to ever trust you again, that is left for you to live with for the rest of your life.

Now, to get started, let it be between you and her alone, even without the kids there......and start with this phrase "i'm not worthy to be called your husband", tell her that she is too good to be married to someone like you and that you want to confess your being unfaithful to her, that after that, you're truly sorry and promise never to betray her trust again, if she can give you a second chance, but if she can't, you truly understand that you're the cause of it all and promise to be a good father to your children, but you will so appreciate and make it over for her if she can forgive you".
In all these, you have to be on your knees o, and if she asks you to get up, tell her to let you remain like that to show how truly remoseful you are.
It now depend on her to forgive you or not.
And i sincerely believe that she will forgive you.

Now, if it's the other way round, will you forgive her.(no need to answer this question, just for us all to ponder on.

All the best.
